On Thursday, 35 year old Wendy Holland was sentenced to 219 years for her role in an incestuous sex ring accused of molesting children for years. Holland was previously convicted of incest, sodomy, sexual abuse, sexual torture, child endangerment and molestation. Prior to sentencing Judge Jody Bishop stated in the ”Fourteen years I’ve been on the bench, I have never seen a case come as close as bad as this one has been in terms of acts of sexual abuse.”  Wendy Holland is the aunt of Brittany Wood who went missing at age 19 in May of 2012 and is now presumed dead. Defendant, William Brownlee, 50, received the maximum sentence of 20 year s for his crimes. This POS was convicted of sodomy and sexual abuse in October 2014. Judge Bishop stated the maximum sentence was not long enough. Agreed!

Holland, one of the leaders of an incestuous sex ring, was sentenced Thursday by a Baldwin County judge to 219 years in prison.

Holland, 35, stood expressionless as Judge Jody Bishop sentenced Holland for sex crimes she committed to children. She was convicted by a jury on charges of sodomy, sexual torture, and sex abuse to a child under age 12.

“Fourteen years I’ve been on the bench, I have never seen a case come as close as bad as this one has been in terms of acts of sexual abuse,” Bishop said before sentencing. “The court can’t … understand why you did all of this action.”

Also sentenced Thursday was family friend, William “Billy” Brownlee, 50, to 20 years in prison. He also participated in deviant sexual acts to children inside the Wood homes in Stockton and Fairhope.

Brownlee and Holland also face pending charges in Mobile County.

Holland and Brownlee were among 11 people charged with sex crimes following the disappearance in 2012 of a suspected victim of the ring, 19-year-old Brittney Wood.

In a letter read in court, the underage female victim in both cases said years of abuse left her traumatized. She has a hard time trusting anyone, gets angry easily and rarely feels safe.

“I was a little girl being held down and raped,” wrote the victim, who was in court.

Authorities said the two were part of a group of relatives and friends who sexually abused children and swapped their own kids for sex for years.

Holland is the widow of the alleged leader of the group, Donnie Holland, who was Brittney Wood’s uncle. The teen went missing around the time Holland was found with a gunshot to the head; his death was later ruled a suicide.

Even without Brittney Wood to testify, two of her uncles and an older brother already pleaded guilty to sex charges before juries convicted Wendy Holland and Brownlee.

53 year old Gregory Graff had previously been arrested and charged with murdering his step daughter, Jessica Padgett. The police stated that Graf shot Jessica Padgett to death in what appears to be a sexual assault. Just when you thought this crime could not get any worse, it did. According to Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli, Gregory Graf videotaped himself having sex with his stepdaughter’s corpse. That is correct, this sick SOB killed 33 year old Jessica Padgett, a mother of three, so that he could have sex with her corpse.   What is going on in this world? Jessica Padgett had been missing since November 21 when she was last seen  her job  at the Duck Duck Goose Child Care center. Her body was found on the property of Gregory Graf.

Since Graf has such a perverse fascination with death, I think we should send him there.

The man accused of killing his stepdaughter, Jessica Padgett, videotaped himself having sex with her corpse, Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli said Friday.

He said the video confirmed what Gregory R. Graf told investigators on the day he was charged with homicide last month: that he wanted to have sex with Padgett, and that he did so after she was dead.

Morganelli said he had concluded Graf killed Padgett in order to have sex with her body.

Necrophilia is best described as sexual arousal stimulated by a dead body.

According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the standard classification of mental disorders used by mental health professionals in the United States, the criteria for necrophilia are the presence, over a period of at least six months, of recurrent and intense urges and sexually arousing fantasies involving corpses that are either acted upon or have been markedly distressing.

The condition is not curable, Berlin said, but can be managed with a combination of sexual appetite suppressing medication and therapy.

Morganelli disclosed on Friday that Graf allegedly made a video of himself engaged in several sex acts with Padgett’s body, saying it was clear from the images that she was dead.

54 year old Elbert Richardson, of Brockton, Massachusetts has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault on a child under 14. The victim, an apparent acquaintance of Richardson, is eight months pregnant. Richardson was arraigned in Brockton District Court where he plead not guilty. However, is being held without bail until a hearing on December 10th. A DNA test has been ordered to determine whether he is the father of the child.

A 54-year-old Massachusetts man has been arrested and charged for impregnating a 12-year-old girl, according to WickedLocal.com.

Elbert Richardson, of Brockton, MA, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault on a child under 14. Richardson had been arraigned only a few days earlier on similar charges.

The victim, an apparent acquaintance of Richardson, went to the hospital in need of medical attention and it was there she discovered that she was eight months pregnant. Authorities say that she was unaware of her pregnancy prior to the hospital visit. The girl was reportedly raped in April, and after learning that she was 32 weeks pregnant she told police that Richardson was the father. It was revealed through witness testimony that Richardson also raped the teen this past August.

33 Year Old Missing Jessica Padgett Has been Found Dead in Northampton County, PA … Stepfather Gregory Graf Charged with Murder

33 year old Jessica Padgett has been found deceased in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Padgett’s body was found buried behind a shed on the property where her step father, Gregory Graf  and Jessica’s mother lives. 53 year old Gregory Graff has been arrested and charged with murdering his step daughter. According to police, Graf shot Jessica Padgett to death in what appears to be a sexual assault. District Attorney John Morganelli said Gregory Graf admitted he shot Padgett in his home and disposed of her body.

Jessica Padgett had been missing since Friday, November 21 when she was last seen  her job  at the Duck Duck Goose Child Care center on Canal Street in Northampton around noon.  Graf is being held without bail. The DA is still considering whether he will try this as a death penalty case.

Gregory Graf was arrested after police found Jessica Padgett’s body on his property in Northampton County. Padgett, a mother and day care worker, had been missing since Friday.

The motive for the slaying appears to be sexual assault, District Attorney John Morganelli said. He didn’t elaborate.

Police began focusing on the 53-year-old Graf after he gave inconsistent statements following Padgett’s disappearance, he said. Graf later gave a statement admitting he fatally shot her, Morganelli said.

Padgett’s body was found buried behind a shed on the property where Graf lives with Padgett’s mother. The couple operates a fence company at the site.

“During an interview with the investigators he [Graf] did admit that he intentionally and knowingly caused the death of the victim at his home,” Morganelli said, adding the crime may have been premeditated. Surveillance video shows a man prosecutors believe is Graf, dropping his truck off in the Dollar General parking lot Friday morning. Later in the day, Morganelli said Graf returned to the parking lot in Padgett’s SUV, parked it and drove off again in his truck.

Suspect in the Hannah Graham & Morgan Harrington Case Jesse Matthew Pleads Not Guilty to the 2005 Sexual Assault of “RG” in Fairfax County, VA

Jesse Matthew, the suspect in Hannah Graham’s disappearance and the death of Morgan Harrington, appeared in court Friday to answer charges on another case of  abduction and sexual assault from 2005.  Jesse Matthew is facing three felony charges: attempted capital murder, abduction with intent to defile and sexual penetration with an object. Matthew’s plead “not guilty” to all three charges related to the September 2005 incident. The victim is only referred to as “RG”. Authorities state that on September 24, 2005, a 26 year-old woman was returning from a grocery store in the city of Fairfax when someone grabbed her from behind and sexually assaulted her. The victim was raped and beaten nearly to death and only spared because her attacker was scared off by a passer by.

At Friday’s court hearing, lawyers for the 32-year-old Matthew waived the hearing of the charges against him. But according to the indictment in the 2005 case, he “did feloniously, willfully, deliberately, intentionally and with premeditation attempt to kill (the victim) in the commission of or subsequent to an abduction with the intent to defile.”

The woman now lives in India and is prepared to fly to the United States to testify Commonwealth’s Attorney Ray Morrogh told reporters Friday.

The victim “RG” now lives in India; however, is ready to travel back to the United States and testify against her attacker in the upcoming trial, Fairfax County. Judge Dennis Smith set a trial date of March 9.

While he awaits the next legal steps in the death of University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, Jesse Matthew appeared in court Friday to answer charges on another case — an alleged abduction, sexual assault and attempted murder from nearly a decade ago.

During a brief appearance at the Fairfax County Courthouse in northern Virginia, Matthew only uttered two words — “Not guilty” — to all three charges related to the September 2005 incident.

Judge Dennis Smith set a trial date of March 9. The trial is expected to last six or seven days.

Authorities say that on September 24, 2005, a 26-year-old woman was returning from a grocery store in the city of Fairfax when someone grabbed her from behind and sexually assaulted her.

Linkage of the three cases of Hannah Graham murder … Morgan Harrington murder and “RG” sexual assault and attempted murder

Linkage of the three crimes against victims: Hannah Graham, Morgan Harrington and “RG”.

Most recently, DNA recovered from underneath the fingernail of the sexual assault victim linked Matthew to the abduction of University of Virginia student, Hannah Graham.

Graham was last seen on Sept. 13 on surveillance video walking with Matthew in downtown Charlottesville. In October, remains found on an abandoned property on Old Lynchburg Road in Albemarle County were identified as those of Graham.

According to officials, forensic evidence linked to the Fairfax rape also links Matthew to the disappearance of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington.

Harrington was last seen leaving the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville in 2009. Her remains were found in Albemarle County in January 2010. Harrington was from Roanoke County.
