Ohio prosecutor may seek the death penalty for the  Cleveland “House of Horrors” kidnap and rape suspect Ariel Castro. MAY!!! Let me repeat that, MAY???!!! What else would one do with this POS? Not only did Castro kidnap and hold captive Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight for a decade, he repeatedly raped them as well. Add to it the reported five miscarriages that Michelle Knight suffered at the hands of beatings from Castro. MAY? You had better seek the DEATH PENALTY against this comp pice of human waste. These three woman need to know that he is dead and never going to harm them again. Nothing is more permanent than dead.

An Ohio prosecutor says he may seek the death penalty against the man accused of imprisoning three women at his home for about a decade for forcing them to suffer miscarriages.

Cuyahoga County prosecutor Thomas McGinty says Ohio law calls for the death penalty for the “most depraved criminals who commit aggravated murder during the course of a kidnapping.” He says aggravated murder charges could be filed related to pregnancies terminated by force.

Ariel Castro is being held on $8 million bail. The 52-year-old former school bus driver was under a suicide watch in jail, where he was being held on kidnapping and rape charges for holding three women — Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight — inside his home for about a decade.

Ariel Castro has been charged with 4 counts of kidnapping and 3 counts of rape in the abductions of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.  The other two brothers as of this time they have found no evidence that they were involved whatsoever. Many of the questions at this afternoon’s press conference regarding the pregnancy of Amanda Berry and the possible other pregnancies of the other two girls could not be answered at this time as the victims would have been minors at the time. It is highly possible and probably that more charges will be added as time goes on and more information is brought to light.

Cleveland authorities have charged the owner of a home where three women were found after about a decade in captivity with kidnapping and rape, but won’t charge his brothers, the city prosecutor announced Wednesday.

Kidnapping and rape charges were filed Wednesday against a man arrested after three women missing for about a decade were found alive at his home.

Homeowner Ariel Castro was charged while his brothers, Pedro and Onil Castro, were held but faced no immediate charges.

The men were in custody and couldn’t be reached for comment. Their brother-in-law has said the family is “shocked” after hearing about the women at the home.

The three women were subjected to prolonged sexual and psychological abuse and suffered miscarriages, a city councilman briefed on the case said Wednesday.

Sadly, like many situations like this, sometimes things slip through the cracks and a simple thing like some one going out of their way and making sure they thoroughly investigate a complaint could be the difference between nothing and three girls held captive for a decade as sex slaves. From all accounts police came to the house, knocked on the door, no one answered and they just drove off. The result was that the three abducted victims, Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were repeatedly raped, impregnated and beaten.

It was fantastic news that the three woman have escaped and are now free from their captors; however, the Cleveland Police are going to have to seriously take a good look at procedures and make sure they firm up their processes where missed opportunities like this don’t happen again. Please don’t tell us that departmental policy was followed, as if that was the case, you might need to review and update said polices.

The MUGSHOTS of the Castro brothers have been released. The face (s) of evil have been put out for the world to see. Ariel Castro, Pedro Castro and Onil Castro, the suspects in the abduction of Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina Dejesus will be arraigned soon and could face many more charges that just abduction and unlawful confinement. Obviously there are going to be other charges of sexual assault and rape, which will include that of minors as well, as the three girls were held hostage for such a long period of time. The three dirtbags may also face murder charges as well.

The three woman Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry & Gina Dejesus are free but now the stories are leaking out as to the unimaginable horrors that they were put through for the past 10+ years. CBS News is reporting that the three were chained by their necks and waist. Chains and bondage-like material were found hanging from the ceiling of the basement. The three women were reportedly kept in different rooms, two in the basement and one in the attic. UNREAL.

Chains were hanging from the ceiling of a room in a Cleveland home where three women, Michele Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus, were found alive Monday after being missing for a decade, law enforcement sources told CBS affiliate WOIO.

A source told a WOIO reporter that the three women were chained up in the house for years by the neck and waist.

Two of the women were often held in the basement, and one woman was held in a room upstairs, multiple sources told WOIO.

Liberal student activist Meg Lanker-Simons, liberal blogger and  radio host at the University of Wyoming is being accused by police of fabricating a rape threat against herself to appear as if it came from a conservative. Isn’t that special. faking a rape so that you can falsely blame it on another individual. Police later discovered Lanker-Simons posted the threats herself. As per a UW statement referred to by Laramie Boomerang OnlineOn, on  Monday, The University of Wyoming Police Department issued a citation to Lanker-Simons for “interference” for “false statements she made to the UW Police Department.”

A well-known female liberal blogger and radio host at the University of Wyoming (UW) is being accused by police of fabricating a rape threat against herself to appear as if it came from a conservative.

The obscene message directed at activist Meg Lanker-Simons was posted on a college “crush” Facebook page earlier this week and immediately ignited outrage from the college community.

“I want to hate f**k Meg Lanker-Simons so hard. That chick that runs her liberal mouth all the time and doesn’t care who knows it,” it read.  “I think its hot and it makes me angry. One night with me and shes gonna be a good Republican bitch,” the post reads, according to a screenshot.

Before the post was removed, Lanker-Simons commented on it and on her own blog, calling it “disgusting, misogynistic, and apparently something the admins of this page think is a perfectly acceptable sentiment.”
