Laura Ingraham 7/12/18: FBI Had Three Versions of Russian Dossier (VIDEO)

ANOTHER FBI SCANDAL, FBI HAD 3 VERSIONS OF FBI SO-CALLED RUSSIAN DOSSIER …

Bombshell from by John Solomon at The Hill:

Was the FBI using circular information flows to create the case of collusion against Trump? It sure looks that way and they were very well aware of it.

“The pattern is so troubling that one investigator said this to me: “The dossier and its related dirt was on a circular flight path aboard a courier service called ‘Air Clinton,’ and the FBI kept signing for the packages.”

From The Hill:

Like dandelions in an untreated lawn, the now infamous Russian dossier apparently multiplied in numbers — and emissaries delivering it to the FBI — the closer Donald Trump got to the White House.

We know from public testimony that dossier author and former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele shared his findings with the FBI in summer and fall 2016 before he was terminated as a confidential source for inappropriate media contacts.

And we learned that Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) provided a copy to the FBI after the November 2016 election — out of a sense of duty, his office says.

Now, memos the FBI is turning over to Congress show the bureau possessed at least three versions of the dossier and its mostly unverified allegations of collusion.

Each arrived from a different messenger: McCain, Mother Jones reporter David Corn, Fusion GPS founder (and Steele boss) Glenn Simpson.

That revelation is in an email that disgraced FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok wrote to FBI executives around the time BuzzFeed published a version of the dossier on Jan. 10, 2017.

“Our internal system is blocking the site,” Strzok wrote of the document posted on BuzzFeed. “I have the PDF via iPhone but it’s 25.6MB. Comparing now. The set is only identical to what McCain had. (it has differences from what was given to us by Corn and Simpson.)”

The significance of Strzok’s email is obvious to investigators who reviewed it in recent days. The FBI is supposed to be immune to manipulation by circular information flows, especially with sensitive investigations such as evaluating whether a foreign power tampered with an American election.

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) Introduces Bill Making First-Time Illegal Border Crossing a Felony … Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act

IT’S A START …

As reported at Town Hall, Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) has introduced a bill that makes first time illegal border crossing a felony. The bill is called the Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act. First I would like to say to all in Congress past and present, how in the hell is it a frigging misdemeanor to violate our borders? What the hell have you people been doing for the past God knows how many years?!? SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!  How is it not a felony already for an individual to violate our sovereignty? That is a crime.

The bill makes illegal crossing into the United States a felony with a prison sentence of one year and one day. It also as Rep. Black explains, “if they were to try to come back to the United States at another point in time through a legal means, they would either not be accepted or it would be very difficult for them to come into the United States so it’s a real deterrent.”

Illegals3

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) introduced a bill Tuesday which would make a first-time illegal border crossing a felony rather than a misdemeanor. Speaking with Townhall, Rep. Black explained how this change, along with others, creates simple disincentives against coming to the United States illegally.

Black explained the two, main features of her Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act.

First, the bill would make first-time illegal border crossings a felony with a prison sentence of one year and one day. First-time illegal border crossings are currently misdemeanors with a prison sentence of six months or less.

“Now the important thing about that,” Black explained, “is that if they were to try to come back to the United States at another point in time through a legal means, they would either not be accepted or it would be very difficult for them to come into the United States so it’s a real deterrent.”

This is the difference between a politician looking to become Governor of Tennessee and a common sense thinking individual. A deterrent? YOU WANT A DETERRENT!!! I will give you a deterrent and what the penalty should be for a Zero Tolerance for illegal entry. ZERO means zero and if you wanted to really see illegal crossings go down, provide a real deterrent. A year in a US jail is easier that making the the illegal crossing. I am all for legal immigration and believe changes need to be made to make provisions that make sense for what is best for the United States. However, illegal crossing needs to be stopped and it would appear that both Republicans and Democrats never wanted to. The bill should read as follows:

  1. First time offense for illegal crossing into the United States is a felony with a 10 year prison sentence.
  2. After you have served your 10 years, you will be deported back to place of origin at illegal’s expense.
  3. Upon convicted of first time offense, you will never be allowed to legally enter the United States EVER.
  4. Your immediate family will also not be allowed to enter legally either if previously convicted of a felony crossing … there is some reverse chain migration.

These politicians need to suck it up and protect our borders. Not kinda protect them or not give a damn at all. Illegal is illegal. Treat it that way. There is a right way and a wrong way to enter the United States. To all the immigrants that come to America legally, WELCOME!!! For the others.

Man allegedly Threatens to Chop up Rand Paul and His Family with an Ax … Arrested by U.S. Capitol Police

THE CIVIL LEFT …

As reported at the Courier Journal, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and his family was allegedly threaten by a male to be chopped up with an ax. WTH!?! Sen. Paul tweeted his thanks on Monday to the U.S. Capitol Police for arresting a man who allegedly threatened to kill the Republican lawmaker and chop up his family with an ax. Although the police did not comment in an ongoing investigation, speaking at an event on Monday in Litchfield, KY, Paul said the unnamed man had called his Bowling Green office and “threatened to kill me and chop up my family with an ax.” This is not the first time that Sen. Paul has faced such threats and violence and certainly not the first time that Republicans law makers and Trump suppers have been viciously attacked because of their support of President Trump. The uncivil behavior and violence against Republicans is out of control. Are the Democrat leaders only going to denounce this after some one is seriously hurt, or worse?

A man is accused of threatening to chop up U.S. Sen. Rand Paul and his family with an ax.

The man has been arrested. He allegedly called in the threats to Paul’s Bowling Green office.

Paul mentioned the attack publicly at an event in Leitchfield, Kentucky, on Monday.

“Capitol Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who threatened to kill me and chop up my family with an axe,” Paul said. “It’s just horrendous that we have to deal with things like this.”

Capitol Police declined to comment because the investigation is ongoing.

WTF

A University of Central Florida professor is facing stalking charges after a Ph.D student says he sent her more than 800 messages per day and watched her work out through the window at her gym.

Ali Borji, a 39-year-old assistant professor in the school’s Department of Computer Science, was arrested at his on-campus office Thursday night. He faces two charges of stalking — both misdemeanors.

Accused Capital Gazette Newsroom Shooter’s Stalking Victim Says She Warned Police About Jarrod W. Ramos … “He Will Be Your Next Mass Shooter” … Also Made Threats Against the Capital Gazette

COULD ANOTHER MASS SHOOTING HAVE BEEN PREVENTED?

As reported at the UK Daily Mail, the gunman, Jarrod W. Ramos, who murdered five people at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland was known to police, had a vendetta against the newspaper with a previous defamation law suit, had made threats against the newspaper and was exposed in the past for his perverted campaign of harassment. The women who was the victim of Jarrod Ramos’ harassment and stalking told police that he would be “the next mass shooter.” The unidentified women told WBAL reporter Jayne Miller that she had become so frightened of Ramos that she had to move three times and now sleeps with a gun, and added, he is a “f*cking nut job”.

I guess we can now say, that was an understatement as this predatory lunatic with a vendetta murdered 5 members of the Capital Gazette newspaper on Thursday. This sicko was flagged as “the next shooter” by an individual who had been unmercifully harassed to police and guess what … Jarrod Ramos became maybe not the next, but one of the next mass shooters. The question is was Jarrod W. Ramos legally allowed to own a gun after having plead guilty to criminal harassment? Should more have been done? Because of this man’s history and threats, should his home have been checked? We hear that Annapolis, MD is a close fit community, where law enforcement and the local news paper were always in contact. Previously, individuals from the news paper feared Ramos would do something ad they didn’t feel safe.

The gunman who murdered five people at a newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, had been flagged up to police as ‘the next mass shooter’ by a woman he obsessively stalked – and had a vendetta against the publication because they exposed his perverted campaign of harassment.

Jarrod W. Ramos’ harassment of the woman, one of his former high school classmates, had been the subject of a 2011 article in the Capital Gazette, which would later see him sue the newspaper.

After the unsuccessful lawsuit, and years of posting threats against the newspaper and its staff on social media, the 38-year-old opened fire in their newsroom on Thursday afternoon, killing five and injuring two.

Ramos’ initial stalking of his former classmate had begun with a Facebook message of thanks for being ‘the only person ever to say hello or be nice to him in school’, and escalated into a harassment campaign which saw her forced to change her name and leave the state.

The woman told a WBAL TV reporter that she had become so frightened of Ramos that she had to move three times and now sleeps with a gun, adding that he is a ‘f***ing nut job’.

The beginning of Ramos’ vendetta against the Capital Gazette. Ramos had a long time feud with the newspaper. In 2012, Ramos filed a defamation lawsuit against the paper and a columnist over a July 2011 article that covered a criminal harassment charge against him. After his lawsuit was dismissed by the Courts because he failed to prove what the newspaper printed was untrue. As we have always stated, its hard to defame one’s character, when one has no character. Thus, a mental case became even more of a mental case, complete with threat after threat against the paper. His twitter account is reported to have regularly commented on Anne Arundel County news and referred to a deadly shooting at the French newspaper Charlie Hebdo in 2015. The account had been dormant since January 2016 and then at 2:37 p.m. Thursday, just moments before the Capital Gazette shooting, the account posted a message that read: “F— you, leave me alone.”

The 2011 Capital Gazette article about Ramos harassment of the woman was headlined ‘Jarrod wants to be your friend’, and was published after he pleaded guilty to criminal harassment.

The article, quoted in its entirety in the 2013 defamation lawsuit, described how Ramos had sent the woman numerous emails spanning several months, calling her vulgar names and telling her to kill herself.

The Capital reported that he also contacted the woman’s job; she was suspended by a supervisor the same month and then let go several months later, which she believes was due to Ramos.

‘When she blocked him from seeing her Facebook page, he found things she wrote on other people’s pages and taunted her with it, attaching screenshots of the postings to some of his emails.

‘She called police, and for months he stopped. But then he started again, nastier than ever.

‘All this without having seen her in person since high school.’

In the years that followed the publication of the article, Ramos sued the newspaper, the reporter who initially wrote about the case, a judge and the woman who testified against him.

His defamation suit was thrown out on appeal in 2015 because Ramos failed to prove that what the newspaper had printed was untrue.

Ramos would go on to routinely harass journalists from the Capital Gazette on Twitter in scores of profanity laced posts.

One of Ramos’ tweets targeted one of the journalists killed on Thursday, Rob Hiaasen.

In another tweet, he discussed how he’d enjoy seeing the paper stop publishing, but ‘it would be nicer’ to see two journalists ‘cease breathing’.

Other tweets from his account referenced previous journalist shootings, including the 2015 terror attack on the Charlie Hebdo offices in Paris.

Sadly, we cannot 100% individuals who are hell-bent on murder. The Arundel County police and other first responders should be applauded for their immediate response to the crime scene. They saved lives. However, even with a 60 second response by law enforcement, five people were murdered. This means three things. One, people need to be able to arm and defend themselves. Two, because of the treats, businesses should have better security. Three, law enforcement needs to be more proactive with lunatics like this.
