24 year old Jerry Andrew Active, a registered sex offender and who has had multiple arrests for sexual assault, escalated his life of crime and murdered an elderly Anchorage couple, then raped their 2 year old granddaughter just hours, yes hours after he was released from prison. WTF!!! From the Anchorage Daily News, “Less than twelve hours later, the 24-year-old is alleged to have killed an elderly couple and sexually assaulted their 2-year-old great-granddaughter after slipping through an open window at the family’s Mountain View apartment”. UNREAL!!!  Active has been charged with murder, sexual assault, sexual abuse of a minor and burglary. A judge set his bail at $1.5 million on Sunday. There should not have even been a bail set for this danger to society.

Jerry Andrew Active was arrested Saturday night as he fled the east Anchorage homicide scene dressed only in boxer shorts and socks. He is charged with first and second-degree murder, sexual assault and burglary in the deaths of Touch Chea, 71, and his wife, Sorn Sreap, 73. Police said Sreap and the toddler were raped.

A man suspected of beating an elderly Alaska couple to death and sexually assaulting their 2-year-old great-granddaughter over the weekend had been released from jail just hours earlier, according to Alaska Department of Corrections records.

Jerry Andrew Active, 24, was released from the Anchorage Correctional Complex where he was doing time for a probation violation shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday, according to the Anchorage Daily News. The attacks on the couple and the toddler occurred less than 12 hours later after he got into an apartment on the east side of the city by climbing in through an open window, police said.

This POS has been in and out of jail since 2007 and each time been given a slap on the wrist as I guess molesting and sexually assaulting minors is no big deal in Alaska! WHAT PART ABOUT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE IS A SEX OFFENDER AND A THREAT TO SOCIETY DIDN’T ANY ONE GET?

• In 2009, he was arrested for sneaking into a Togiak home and attempting to sexually assault an 11-year-old girl while the family slept, then assaulting three members of the household.
• He was convicted the next year in a Dillingham court on charges of attempted sexual abuse of a minor and trespassing. He was released on Oct. 2, 2011 and put on probation
• violated his probation repeatedly, sometimes being re-arrested on the very day he got out of jail.

WTF … I refer to the following as the Failed System axiom for sexual predators. How many times did this sexual predator have to assault innocent victims and violate his parole? Obviously, he needed to murder before he would be taken seriously. Sad, so very sad.

1. A sexual predator exposes himself to a little girl and we give him a slap on the wrist as say, well at least he didn’t touch her.
2. A sexual predator touches and molests a little girl and we give him a slap on the wrist as say, well at least he didn’t rape her.
3. A sexual predator rapes a little girl and we give him a slap on the wrist as say, well at least he didn’t kill her.
4. Then he kills her and we are outraged at how such a thing could happen.

CBS News is reporting that the three were chained by their necks and waist. Chains and bondage-like material were found hanging from the ceiling of the basement. The three women were reportedly kept in different rooms, two in the basement and one in the attic. UNREAL.

Chains were hanging from the ceiling of a room in a Cleveland home where three women, Michele Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus, were found alive Monday after being missing for a decade, law enforcement sources told CBS affiliate WOIO.

A source told a WOIO reporter that the three women were chained up in the house for years by the neck and waist.

Two of the women were often held in the basement, and one woman was held in a room upstairs, multiple sources told WOIO.

White Supremacist Charles Francis Gaskins Convicted of Killing a Child Molester Neil Hayes Sentenced to 26 Years to Life in Prison

Charles Francis Gaskins, a white supremist was sentenced to 26 years to life in prison for the 2009 murder of child molester Neil Hayes. Gaskins and his wife, Sandra Sheaves, were convicted of killing  Neil Hayes by beating him to death with a rock after they learned he was a registered sex offender.  After pleading no contest to the murder, allowing his wife to plead no contest to accessory to murder. Sheaves was sentenced to eight years in prison; however, with time served and other factors, Sheaves is expected to be released in 66 days. According to accounts, Gaskins was a member of a supremacist group that required its members to attack anyone with a history of child molestation.

A Northern California white supremacist convicted of killing a child molester has been sentenced to 26 years to life in prison, while his wife – convicted of being an accessory – will be released from jail in about two months, The Sacramento Bee reported ( http://bit.ly/17D3Y4l) Saturday.

Charles Francis Gaskins, 48, was sentenced Friday after pleading no contest in March for the killing of Neil Hayes in 2009. A probation report said Gaskins was a member of a supremacist group that required its members to attack anyone with a history of child molestation.

Gaskins and his wife – Sandra Sheaves – was living in a home she owned in Carmichael, a community outside of Sacramento, when they allowed the 66-year-old Hayes to move in. Gaskins had met Hayes while they were both serving time in prison, The Bee said.

You know, there is a part of me that says maybe all murders are not created equal. Twenty-six  years for killing a menace to society? 29 year old David Renz was beaten in jail after he was arrested for allegedly murdering a Syracuse Woman and raping her 10 year old daughter following a carjacking.  It is too bad they didn’t do more. The assault took place at the Onondaga County Justice Center David J. Renz of Cicero  kidnapped Lori Bresnahan, 47, a library media specialist with the Liverpool School District, and her daughter Saturday night in front of the Great Northern Mall in the Town of Clay. Lori Bresnahan later died from stab wounds and her daughter some how miraculously escaped the vehicle and was helped by a motorist.  Renz was charged with first degree rape, first degree kidnapping, first and second degree murder.

 Authorities say a man accused of killing a Syracuse woman and raping her 10-year-old daughter during a carjacking was beaten and suffered a broken nose on his first day in jail.

The Post-Standard, of Syracuse, reports that David Renz had a swollen face and tissues stuffed up both nostrils when he appeared in federal court Friday to face a probation violation charge.

His attorneys say Renz was assaulted by other inmates at the Onondaga County Justice Center, where he was taken following his arrest Thursday night.

Sheriff Kevin Walsh told the newspaper he was looking into why Renz was put into a holding area with other prisoners.

Renz deactivated his electronic monitoring device off his ankle before he viscously attached 47 year old Lori A. Bresnahan and her 10 year old daughter.

Before Renz attacked 47-year-old Lori A. Bresnahan and a 10-year-old girl in the Great Northern Mall parking lot Thursday night, he deactivated the ankle bracelet he was fitted with when federal authorities released him from custody in January on child pornography charges.

The monitoring company didn’t detect anything until Renz had already committed the crimes and was in police custody.

Renz, who has a computer science degree from SUNY Oswego, deactivated his ankle bracelet at 7 p.m., according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Lisa Fletcher. His curfew required him to stay at his mother’s house on Lakeshore Road.

Note to law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and probation folks … don’t let pedophiles out in the public, let alone ones with computer science degrees and given them electronic ankle bracers.

Amber Alert Issued For Missing West Virginia 7 Month Old Grace Hope Tenney & 16 Year Old Shaina Nicole Tenney … Believed Abducted by Stepfather Margel Tenney, Investigated for Sexual Abuse (Update: Amber Alert Canceled, Children Found Safe, Step Father Charged with 2 Counts of Sexual Abuse)

An Amber Alert has been issued by West Virginia State Police for 7 month old Grace Hope Tenney and 16 year old Shaina Nicole Tenney. The two girls are believed to be in extreme danger and abducted by a family member. Police believe that they are travelling in a  2003 tan Ford Taurus with West Virginia license plate 2LW179. The abductor is believed to be Margel Tenney, the stepfather of Shaina, who is being investigated for sexual abuse.

Police are looking for 16-year-old Shaina Nicole Tenney, who is described as  5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 225 pounds. Shaina was last seen wearing a flowered sundress with a pink coat.

Seven-month-old Grace Hope Tenney is 2 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 19 pounds.

They are believed to be in extreme danger. 

They may be travelling in a  2003 tan Ford Taurus with West Virginia license plate 2LW179.  Authorities said the children were likely abducted by a family member by the name of Margel Tenney.

UPDATE I: Suspect may have driven to Ohio.

An Amber Alert was issued today out of Rock Cave, W.Va., for a missing 16-year-old and 7-month-old girls who may have been driven to Ohio in a tan 2003 Ford Taurus.

Police are asking for help to find the car, the girls and 57-year-old Margel Tenney, who is accused of sexually abusing the 16-year-old.

A car fitting the description was seen crossing the Ohio border on Interstate 77 about 9 p.m. Tuesday. The Ford’s West Virginia license plate is 2LW 179. (The initial Amber Alert described the car as red.)

UPDATE I: The Amber Alert has been canceled as the two children, Grace Hope Tenney and Shaina Nicole Tenney have been found safe. Margel Tenney has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.

Margel Tenney was arrested and is being take to the Weston detachment of the West Virginia State Police, where he is being questioned.

He will then be held in the Central Regional Jail.

Margel Tenney, Shaina Tenney’s stepfather, has been charged with 2 counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
