OJ Simpson Says During Parole Hearing … “I am not a guy that lived a criminal life” … “I’ve never been accused of pulling a weapon.” (VIDEO)

GOOD GRIEF, THERE WERE PEOPLE LAUGHING AND JOKING DURING PAROLE HEARING …

Wow, during the O.J. Simpson parole hearing he actually had the audacity to say, “I am not a guy that lived a criminal life.” REALLY? Then he said, “I’ve never been accused of pulling a weapon.” I think I am going to have to call BS on that one. Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman might disagree. Unfortunately both were not available(warning graphic) to be asked for their comment. Wasn’t OJ Simpson involved in The Trial of the Century? Never been accused of pulling a weapon, eh?

What are the chances that OJ does not do something to break his parole?

Listen to Greg Gutfeld’s commentary below, I could not agree more.

Hunt for Facebook Killer Steve Stephens is Over … Found in Erie, PA Dead … Commits Suicide After Confronted by Police

THE HUNT FOR FACEBOOK KILLER IS OVER AS EXPECTED

Steve Stephens, the Cleveland Facebook killer committed suicide after troopers stopped car in Erie, PA. McDonald’s workers had tipped off the police that Stephens was in area at their drive thru. It is reported that Stephens shot himself after troopers pursued his car and stopped him. As per the NY Times, as his car spun to a stop, “Stephens pulled a pistol and shot himself in the head.” Good riddance and I guess the once saving grace here is that no other individuals were harmed by this murderous sicko and Stephens spared the tax payers and the grieving family of 74 year old Mr. Godwin.

Teper said a “concerned citizen on Buffalo Road” contacted law enforcement at 11:10 a.m. and that Stephens was sighted at a McDonald’s in Harborcreek. He would not identify the concerned citizen and said he did not know whether the person would receive a reward for the information.

He said Stephens shot himself after troopers pursued his car and stopped him in what is called a P.I.T. maneuver, or precision immobilization technique, in which police cause a car to go sideways and stop.

The chase, which Teper said never went above 50 miles per hour, involved four state police vehicles and was joined by members of the Wesleyville Police Department, he said.

PA State Police Facebook:

“Facebook Killer” Steve Stephens was spotted just after 11 a.m. this morning by an alert citizen near the intersection of Buffalo Road and Downing Avenue in Erie County, Pennsylvania, which is less than two miles from PSP Troop E headquarters.

PSP troopers immediately began to canvas the area for Stephens and located him in his vehicle a short time later. Troopers in marked patrol units initiated a pursuit that lasted approximately two miles. The troopers attempted a PIT maneuver to disable Stephens’ vehicle, a white Ford Fusion. As the vehicle was spinning out of control from the PIT maneuver, Stephens pulled a pistol and shot himself in the head.

18 Year Old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada Who Decapitated His Mother in the USA Illegally

TEEN IN US ILLEGALLY DECAPITATES HIS MOTHER …

18 year old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after Franklin County deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive in Franklin County, North Carolina. Deputies said they found 35-year-old Yesenia Funez Beatriz Machado dead inside the home, two young girls found in the home were unharmed and a fourth child was at school when the incident happened. According to accounts, the first deputy on scene “observed a male exit the house carrying a knife in one hand and a severed human head in the other.” As per court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

It also appears that the Honduran national was living in the United States illegally.

The Franklin County District Attorney said Tuesday that 18-year-old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada will be moved to Central Prison because it’s “more appropriate for any special needs he may have.”

Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive just south of U.S. Highway 64 Monday afternoon. The area is east of Zebulon – near the Wake County line.

At a a preliminary hearing Tuesday, both the prosecution and defense said they expect mental health to be an issue in the case. According to court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

Federal officials also said Tuesday that Machada is in the country illegally and they’ve issued an immigration detainer for him.

“ICE is focused on identifying, arresting and removing public safety threats, such as convicted criminal aliens and gang members, as well as individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws,” a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson told ABC11.

As per WNCN, the Zebulon 18-year-old accused of beheading his mother Monday afternoon told dispatchers he had killed her “because I felt like it,” according to an investigator’s sworn statement.

The investigator made the statement as he sought a search warrant to go through the Morgan Drive home where the 35-year-old mother was killed.

Oliver Mauricio Funes-Machado also told a dispatcher that “he stabbed her ‘like 8 times’ and left the knife in her mouth,” according to the sworn statement by Det. A.R. Roberts of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

Dylann Roof Sentenced Given Death Penalty for Charleston, SC Church Shooting Massacre

A DEATH SENTENCE WELL DESERVED!!!

Dylann Roof has been sentenced to death in connection with the murder of 9 individuals  in the 2015 shooting massacre at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina. Roof was convicted last month of 33 counts of federal hate crimes. It was the same jury that found him guilty on all counts last month that deliberated Tuesday. In just under three hours the jury came back with their decision … death penalty!

Twelve federal jurors said Tuesday that Dylann Roof, the man who killed nine people in a 2015 massacre at a historically black Charleston, South Carolina, church, should be put to death.

The 10 women and two men recommended the death penalty for all 18 counts that carried that as a possible sentence.

Roof will become the first federal hate crime defendant to be sentenced to death, a Justice Department spokesman said.

Judge Richard Gergel will formally sentence Roof on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. ET. Roof, who represented himself during the penalty phase, told Gergel he wanted to file a motion for new lawyers. Gergel said Roof can argue that on Wednesday but he is not inclined to let that happen.

A group of defense attorneys and others who worked on Roof’s behalf issued a statement, saying the death penalty decision means the case will not be over for a “very long time.”

“We are sorry that, despite our best efforts, the legal proceedings have shed so little light on the reasons for this tragedy,” the statement said.

Dylann Roof’s last words:

“I think it’s safe to say nobody in their mind wants to go into a church and kill people,” he began. Then he contradicted other confession statements in which he said he had to do what he did. “In my [FBI confession] tape, I told them I had to do it. .?.?. Obviously that’s not true. Nobody made me do it. What I meant when I said that was I felt like I had to do it, and I still feel like I had to do it.”
