Clinton Mole & FBI Agent Peter Strzok Dismissed from Mueller Probe Changed Comey’s Description of Clinton to ‘Extremely Careless’
WHAT A SHOCK, A DOUBLE STANDARD FOR HILLARY CLINTON …
Just how much corruption was there in the Hillary Clinton email investigation? How does the pro-Hillary FBI agent Peter Strzok find his way on both the Hillary Clinton email server investigation and Robert Mueller’s witch hunt? Does anyone really wonder? And why didn’t Mueller inform everyone that one of the key investigators had such a conflict of interest? Mueller has a HUGE credibility problem. Mueller already had conflicts of interest in this investigation. Now it would seem impossible how this investigation could ever be impartial or credible. It was a witch hunt from the outset.
A former top counterintelligence expert at the FBI, now at the center of a political uproar for exchanging private messages that appeared to mock President Donald Trump, changed a key phrase in former FBI Director James Comey’s description of how former secretary of state Hillary Clinton handled classified information, according to US officials familiar with the matter.
Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server as the No. 2 official in the counterintelligence division, changed Comey’s earlier draft language describing Clinton’s actions as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” the sources said.
The drafting process was a team effort, CNN is told, with a handful of people reviewing the language as edits were made, according to another US official familiar with the matter. The shift from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” which may appear pedestrian at first glance, reflected a decision by the FBI that could have had potentially significant legal implications, as the federal law governing the mishandling of classified material establishes criminal penalties for “gross negligence.”
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, raised questions over why the change was made after receiving documents from the FBI last month, but the identity of who was behind the edit has not been reported until now.
CNN has also learned that Strzok was the FBI official who signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to sources familiar with the matter. As the No. 2 official in counterintelligence, Strzok was considered to be one of the bureau’s top experts on Russia.
But the news of Strzok’s direct role in the statement that ultimately cleared the former Democratic presidential candidate of criminal wrongdoing, now combined with the fact that he was dismissed from special counsel Robert Mueller’s team after exchanging private messages with an FBI lawyer that could be seen as favoring Clinton politically, may give ammunition to those seeking ways to discredit Mueller’s Russia investigation.

Sean Hannity 12/5/2017: The Mueller Deep State Witch Hunt … Hillary Clinton Double Standard and Trump-hating FBI Agent Peter Strzok (VIDEO)
THIS IS UNREAL HOW CORRUPT THE FBI IS AND WAS …
Watch and learn and you will begin to see how all the pieces fit together. The fix was in from the start with the Hillary Clinton investigation and subversive, Trump haters in the FBI paved the way for the current Mueller witch hunt. Sorry, Mueller’s investigation has zero credibility at this point. Maybe it is the FBI, James Comey and Mueller who need to be investigation for obstruction of justice, collusion, covering up and corruption?

Attorney General Jeff Sessions Considering Second Special Counsel to investigate wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial Sale of a Uranium Company to Russia
WHATS GOOD FOR INVESTIGATIONS OF DONALD TRUMP AND THE RUSSIANS SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THE GANDER AND THE CLINTON’S AND THE RUSSIANS AS WELL …
Fox News is reporting that Attorney Jeff Sessions directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate “certain issues” requested by congressional Republicans, involving the sale of Uranium One and alleged unlawful dealings related to the Clinton Foundation, leaving the door open for an appointment of another special counsel. The Democrats can whine all they want, the questions is, why wouldn’t he? Why are the Clinton’s, Democrats and the Obama administration exempt from scrutiny? The questions is, who colluded with who? After a year of special counsel investigations by Mueller, there is nothing that ties the Trump campaign with Russia in some type of collusion during the election. But what if the Trump Foundation received $150 million form the Russian or one of Donald trump’s sons got speaking fees of $150,000 from the Russians? Think that would be big news? But that’s right, that was the Clinton’s who received such things from the Russians.
In a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Justice Department responded to July 27 and September 26 requests from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and other committee members, who called for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the matters in question.
The letter comes on the eve of Sessions’ testimony before the same committee, scheduled for Tuesday.
“The Attorney General has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,” Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote.
“These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General [Rod Rosenstein], as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel,” Boyd wrote.
The Justice Department does not ordinarily confirm or deny investigations, and Boyd wrote that “this letter should not be construed to do so.”
The Justice Department’s letter specifically said that some of the topics requested by Goodlatte and other committee members were already being investigated by the department’s Inspector General’s office.
The letter specifically mentioned allegations related to the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email probe, including allegations that DOJ and FBI “policies or procedures” were “not followed in connection with, or in actions leading up to or related to” then-FBI Director James Comey’s public announcement to close the Clinton email “matter” on July 5, 2016, or the letter he sent lawmakers on October 28, 2016, about newly discovered Clinton emails, and that those “investigative decisions were based on improper considerations.”
Attorney General Jeff Sessions is entertaining the idea of appointing a second special counsel to investigate a host of Republican concerns — including alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial sale of a uranium company to Russia — and has directed senior federal prosecutors to explore at least some of the matters and report back to him and his top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post.
The revelation came in a response by the Justice Department to an inquiry from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who in July and again in September called for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate concerns he had related to the 2016 election and its aftermath.
The list of matters he wanted probed was wide ranging but included the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, various dealings of the Clinton Foundation and several matters connected to the purchase of the Canadian mining company Uranium One by Russia’s nuclear energy agency. Goodlatte took particular aim at former FBI director James B. Comey, asking for the second special counsel to evaluate the leaks he directed about his conversations with President Trump, among other things.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller Must Recuse Himself … He is Knee Deep with James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Andrew Weissmann & Andrew McCabe’s
RECUSE YOURSELF NOW … YOU HAVE MORE THAN AN APPEARANCE OF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
From the WSJ comes this following message that Special Counsel Robert Mueller must step down and recuse himself from all things Russia. The FBI, when Mueller headed it, soft-pedaled an investigation highly embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton as well as the Obama Russia reset policy. Even worse, he appears to have completely withheld vital information that the FBI was legally bound to report to Congress. Had this occurred, the Uranium One deal would never have been approved. Flash-forward to present day and we have an FBI informant about to come forward and blow the whistle on all of them. The crimes of the Clinton’s were covered up, the FBI, Hillary Clinton, Attorney General and mist like Barack Obama all knew what Russia was doing and they said nothing and went forward with the deal.
The purchase and consolidation of certain assets were facilitated by Canadian entrepreneurs who gave large sums to the Clinton Foundation, and perhaps arranged a Bill Clinton speech in Moscow for $500,000. A key transaction had to be approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.
Now we learn that, before and during these transactions, the FBI had uncovered a bribery and kickback scheme involving Russia’s U.S. nuclear business, and also received reports of Russian officials seeking to curry favor through donations to the Clinton Foundation.
This criminal activity was apparently not disclosed to agencies vetting the 2010 transfer of U.S. commercial nuclear assets to Russia. The FBI made no move to break up the scheme until long after the transaction closed. Only five years later, the Justice Department, in 2015, disclosed a plea deal with the Russian perpetrator so quietly that its significance was missed until The Hill reported on the FBI investigation last week.
For anyone who cares to look, the real problem here is that the FBI itself is so thoroughly implicated in the Russia meddling story.
The agency, when Mr. Mueller headed it, soft-pedaled an investigation highly embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton as well as the Obama Russia reset policy. More recently, if just one of two things is true—Russia sponsored the Trump Dossier, or Russian fake intelligence prompted Mr. Comey’s email intervention—then Russian operations, via their impact on the FBI, influenced and continue to influence our politics in a way far more consequential than any Facebook ad, the preoccupation of John McCain, who apparently cannot behold a mountain if there’s a molehill anywhere nearby.
Which means that Mr. Mueller has the means, motive and opportunity to obfuscate and distract from matters embarrassing to the FBI, while pleasing a large part of the political spectrum. He need only confine his focus to the flimsy, disingenuous but popular (with the media) accusation that the shambolic Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin.
Mr. Mueller’s tenure may not have bridged the two investigations, but James Comey’s, Rod Rosenstein’s , Andrew Weissmann’s , and Andrew McCabe’s did. Mr. Rosenstein appointed Mr. Mueller as special counsel. Mr. Weissmann now serves on Mr. Mueller’s team. Mr. McCabe remains deputy FBI director. All were involved in the nuclear racketeering matter and the Russia meddling matter.
Let’s stop here. All this needs to be sorted out, but not in a spirit of panic and hysteria. We are a prosperous, successful country, in pretty good shape right now by historical standards, even if our officials behave in the frequently dubious, self-interested way they always have.
But still: By any normal evidentiary, probative or journalistic measure, the big story here is the FBI—its politicized handling of Russian matters, and not competently so.

FBI Confidential Informant in Obama-era Russian Nuclear Bribery OK’d to Testify Before Congress by DOJ
NOW IT GETS INTERESTING, THINK THERE ARE SOME FOLKS SQUIRMING IN THEIR SEATS RIGHT NOW?
It has been a long time in coming, the FBI informant with knowledge of Russian corruption and bribery in the Uranium One deal during the Obama administration has been given the okay to testify to Congress. According to Victoria Toensing, the attorney for the FBI informant, “the FBI has informed me that they are releasing my client from his [nondisclosure agreement] so that he can testify to Congress about his work uncovering the Russian nuclear bribery case and the efforts he witnessed by Moscow to gain influence with the Clinton’s in hopes of winning favorable uranium decisions from the Obama administration.” As reported at The Daily Caller, the Republican chairmen of two House committees announced Tuesday they’re launching a probe into the Uranium One deal and the Obama-era DOJ’s investigation of the deal.
DOJ allows FBI informant to testify to Congress
The Justice Department on Wednesday night released a former FBI informant from a confidentiality agreement, allowing him to testify before Congress about what he witnessed undercover about the Russian nuclear industry’s efforts to win favorable decisions during the Obama administration.
Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores confirmed to The Hill a deal had been reached clearing the informant to talk to Congress for the first time, nearly eight years after he first went undercover for the FBI.
“As of tonight, the Department of Justice has authorized the informant to disclose to the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, as well as one member of each of their staffs, any information or documents he has concerning alleged corruption or bribery involving transactions in the uranium market, including but not limited to anything related to Vadim Mikerin, Rosatom, Tenex, Uranium One, or the Clinton Foundation,” she said.
The man’s lawyer, Victoria Toensing, told The Hill on Wednesday night that the FBI sent her a formal letter saying it no longer had any reason to ask the informant to keep his work confidential, clearing the way for him to potentially testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Intelligence Committee and the House Oversight and Reform Committee.
The committees are keen to learn what the informant knows about any Russian efforts to curry favor with Bill and Hillary Clinton, to win Obama administration approval for Moscow’s purchase of large uranium assets in the United States or to secure billions in new uranium sales contracts with American utilities.
