Non-violent Offender, eh? With these felons, it’s not a matter of if they will escalate, but when!

30 year old Robert L. Ranson, an early release felon, has been charged with the kidnapping, rape and torture of a 16 year old girl in South Los Angeles, California. Ranson was on probation as a “non-violent offender” under California’s prison realignment program when he decided to escalate his crimes. This thug is also a suspect in 3 other recent murders. So much for the non-violent offender.  Ranson had previously served time for two carjackings and an assault with a firearm. Since when is the use if a firearm in a commission of a crime considered non-violent? How nuts are they in California to be releasing a danger like this to the public?

So this is how the liberals in charge in California protect the public? Take the guns away from law-abiding citizens and let felons out of prison early who are far from “non-violent”. BRILLIANT!

A man on probation as a “non-violent offender” under California’s prison realignment program has been charged with kidnapping, raping, and torturing a 16-year-old girl in South Los Angeles, and detectives suspect he may be connected to three other recent murders.

Robert L. Ranson, 30, was arrested in late March after the girl escaped from a U-Haul van in an alley near Imperial Highway and New Hampshire Ave., according to police and booking records.

The girl was covered in gasoline and said her attacker, later identified as Ranson, had tied her hands and taped her mouth, and was trying to light her on fire when she ran away, naked.

Ranson was tracked by detectives and arrested March 27th. He was booked on a 10-day probation violation, known as a “flash incarceration,” while the case was investigated.

Prosecutors charged Ranson for the teenager’s kidnapping April 3.  An alleged accomplice, Julian Tobar, was charged with robbing the girl.

AMBER ALERT Issued for 14 Year Old Elizabeth Rex Missing Since 4/14/14 in Magnolia, TX … Believed Kidnapped by 51 Year Old Randy Johnson (Update: Elizabeth Found Safe, Johnson Arrested)

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 14 year old Elizabeth Rex, who has been missing since Monday, April 14, 2014 in Magnolia, Texas. Police believe that she was kidnapped by 51 year old Randy Johnson, who used to live with the family. Elizabeth’s parents, Patrick Rex and Jennifer Black, have told police that they took Randy Johnson into their home because he needed a place to stay; however,  they told him to leave because he was having and an inappropriate influence on their daughter.  They suspected he may have been having physical relationship with her. Elizabeth Rex is 14, because of a number of mental and physical disabilities, she has the maturity level of a 5 or 6 year old. Police believe that Johnson may be headed to the Mexican border.

Elizabeth Rex was last seen wearing black pants, a gray tank top, red jacket and gray tennis shoes.

Police believe a family friend has kidnapped the girl, and the pair may have already left the state, possibly headed for Mexico.

Elizabeth Rex went outside to get the mail Monday, and never returned home.

Her parents believe 51-year-old Randy Johnson, who used to live with the family took the girl.

UPDATE I: A man suspected of running away with a 14-year-old girl with Down syndrome has taunted her parents over the phone saying they’ll never see her again, they have said.

‘He calls us and says, “Y’all will never see Lizzy again” and things like that,’ said her dad Patrick Rex. ‘”Where we’re going you can’t get there”. Not even ten minutes later he calls back and goes, “La-la-la-la”.’

The parents added that Johnson claimed he was going to be passing through a checkpoint, but pointed out that the family had no IDs to be able to do the same.

UPDATE II: Missing Texas girl found safe in trailer park near US-Mexico border.

Elizabeth Rex, of Magnolia, was located in the Texas town of Harlingen, near the Mexico border, with Randy Johnson, a 51-year-old man who previously worked with the girl’s father and briefly lived with the family until he became too close to the young girl, who has been diagnosed with autism and pervasive developmental disorder.

“She appears unharmed,” Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Brady Fitzgerald told FoxNews.com. “She’s been transferred to a local hospital for evaluation.”

Johnson remains in custody on kidnapping charges, according to Fitzgerald, who added that the suspect called the girl’s parents and taunted them after the brazen abduction.

The Horror, 39 Year Old Megan Huntsman Arrested After Police Discover 7 Dead Babies at her Home in Pleasant Grove, Utah …Charged with 6 Counts of suspicion of Murder

Police make a grisly discovery in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

39 year old Megan Huntsman has been arrested on suspicion of six counts of murder. The Pleasant Grove police found seven dead infants, six of them in cardboard boxes. The bodies were found at a home where Huntsman had lived until 2011. The residence is currently occupied by family members of her estranged husband. Good grief, does no one do house/garage cleaning these days?

Pleasant Grove police made a grisly discovery Saturday: seven dead infants, six of them in cardboard boxes.

Megan Huntsman, 39, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of six counts of murder.

Police believe she gave birth to the babies then killed them over the past decade, according to a police news release.

On Saturday, police responded to a call from Huntsman’s ex-husband about a dead infant found inside a Pleasant Grove home that Huntsman lived in until 2011. Officers arrived and found the body of a newborn infant, who appeared to be full term, according to the release.

Police obtained a search warrant for the home and found six more babies packaged in separate cardboard boxes inside the garage, said police Capt. Michael Roberts.

Investigators learned that Huntsman allegedly gave birth to the infants, then killed them, over a 10 year period, the release adds. Her ex-husband is believed to be the father, but investigators are still working on DNA tests, Roberts said.

JUSTICE … Neighborhood bully finally got what was coming to him.

Municipal Court Judge Gayle Williams-Byers ordered 62-year old Edmond Aviv to display the sign for five hours Sunday that said, “I AM A BULLY!” The order comes in response to the neighborhood jerk harassing and bullying. According to court records, Aviv has feuded with his neighbor Sandra Prugh for the past 15 years. According to court records, Prugh stated in a letter to the court that Aviv had called her an ethnic slur, [monkey momma], while she was holding her adopted black children, who have developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy and epilepsy, spit on her several times, regularly threw dog feces on her son’s car windshield, and once smeared feces on a wheelchair ramp.  However, the most recent case stemmed from Aviv being annoyed at the smell coming from Prugh’s dryer vent when she did laundry, in retaliation, Aviv hooked up kerosene to a fan, which blew the smell onto Pugh’s property.   The judge also ordered Aviv to serve 15 days in jail and to undergo anger management classes and counseling. Aviv also had to submit an apology letter to Prugh.

A man accused of harassing a neighbor and her disabled children for the past 15 years sat at a street corner Sunday morning with a sign declaring he’s a bully, a requirement of his sentence.

Municipal Court Judge Gayle Williams-Byers ordered 62-year-old Edmond Aviv to display the sign for five hours Sunday. It says: “I AM A BULLY! I pick on children that are disabled, and I am intolerant of those that are different from myself. My actions do not reflect an appreciation for the diverse South Euclid community that I live in.”

The Northeast Ohio Media Group reported that Aviv arrived at the corner just before 9 a.m., placing the hand-lettered cardboard sign next to him as he sat in a chair. Within a couple of minutes, a passing motorist honked a car horn.

Court records show Aviv pleaded no contest in February to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. His attorney didn’t return a telephone call for comment.

Amber Alert Issued for 10 Month Old Nadia Sawney Missing Since 4/5/14 in Missouri City, TX … Last Seen With Her Biological Mother, 32 Year Old Melonie Nicole Harris

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 10 month old Nadia Sawney, who has been missing since Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Missouri City, Texas. Nadia Sawney was last seen with her biological mother, 32 year old Melonie Nicole Harris. She recently lost custody of the child; however, took off with the infant before Child Protective Services was able to take the little girl. The child has multiple medical issues including a cyst on her back and osteoporotic bones.

Nadia was last seen with her biological 32-year-old mother, Melonie Nicole Harris. Authorities said Harris lost custody of her child in New York and fled the jurisdiction before Child Protection Services was able to take custody.

Officials said Nadia has multiple medical conditions, including a cyst on her back and osteoporotic bones, is malnourished and is considered very endangered.

Nadia was described as a black girl who is 2 feet tall, weighs 13 pounds 13 ounces, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Police described Harris as a black woman who has black hair and brown eyes.
