42 Year Old Texas Middle School Teacher Felicia Smith Gives Birthday Lap Dance to Male Old Student … Charged with Improper Relationship with a Student
MY HOW TIMES HAVE CHANGED: READING, WRITING AND LAP DANCES …
42 year old Felicia Smith, a middle school teacher at Stovall Middle School in Texas, has admitted to giving a male student a full contact birthday lap dance in her third period class in front of the entire class. The student was placed in a chair at the front of the room where Smith gave him a full contact lap dance, complete with rotating and rubbing her butt against him, rubbing her hands all over his body and the teacher getting on her knees in front of him and placed her head between his legs. Felicia Smith has been charged with improper relationship with a student.
So why did she admit to such an act, this is the age of social media and smart phones, there was a video made of the incident of course.
Felicia Smith, 42, was charged with improper relationship with student.
It all happened at Stovall Middle School on February 26, according to Aldine ISD police.
According to a male student, “Ms. Smith” grabbed his journal and stopped him from talking to his friends as he walked into his third-period class. He said he sat at his desk, and after the tardy bell rang, she placed a chair in front of the room. Music started playing and the entire class of middle school students began yelling and telling him to sit down. It was his birthday.
The student said he sat down and Ms. Smith gave him a full contact lap dance, rotating her buttocks against him and rubbing her hands all over his body. Ms. Smith also got on her knees in front of him and placed her head between his legs. The student admitted that he slapped Ms. Smith on the buttocks a few times.
At the end of the dance, Ms. Smith wrapped her arms around the student and he gave her bottom another squeeze. She hugged him and said “I love you, baby. Happy birthday,” according to documents.

16 Year Old Maren Sanchez Stabbed to Death at Jonathan Law High School in Milford, CT (Update: 16 Year Old Suspect Arrested and Charged with Murder as a Juvenile Offender)(Friends Name Suspect, Chris Plaskon)
Murdered because she wouldn’t attend prom?
Maren Sanchez, a 16 year old student was stabbed to death at the Jonathan Law High School on Friday in Milford, Connecticut. The fatal attack happened at about 7:15 a.m. in a first floor hallway witnessed by students and a member of the school staff. Emergency medical personnel responded to the incident and Sanchez was taken to Bridgeport Hospital. However, Maren Sanchez was pronounced dead at about 7:40 a.m. A 16 year old suspect, also a junior at the high school, was arrested and charged with murder as a juvenile offender. The unnamed suspect is expected to be arraigned Monday at juvenile court in New Haven. It is being speculated that Maren Sanchez was attacked with a kitchen knife and killed after she told him she wouldn’t go to prom with him. However, the police have yet to confirm that motive at this time. Sanchez was stabbed on the day of the prom.
Rest in Peace
A 16-year-old girl was fatally stabbed by her classmate in a brutal attack in the hallway of Jonathan Law High School Friday morning, reportedly because she turned down his invitation to the junior prom, which was scheduled for Friday night.
Police said the girl, Maren Sanchez, a junior, suffered multiple lacerations to the neck, face and chest. School staff members, including a nurse, rushed to her aid after the attack, providing medical attention. Other staff members were able to “remove” the suspect from the hallway, police said. He was brought to a school office and taken into custody by School Resource Officer James Kiely. Police recovered a knife at the scene but have not yet said whether it was used in the attack.
Although authorities did not release the suspects names, friends identified him as 16 year old Chris Plaskon.

Fellow students attending the Friday night vigil for slain Maren Sanchez are seen above with what was supposed to be the prom dress that Maren Sanchez would have been wearing.
It should have been one of the happiest nights of Maren Sanchez’s young life, with the right of passage of attending the Junior Prom. Instead, it turned out to be a parents worse nightmare and an all too common occurrence of violence in today’s school. The prom was canceled and instead of attending their prom, Connecticut high school students spent their Friday night at a seaside vigil for their murdered classmate. Her fellow students selected slain Maren Manchez as their junior prom queen.
About 200 members of the community and students, some donning their prom dresses and tuxedoes, gathered Friday evening at Walnut Beach in Milford, Conn., to remember 16-year-old Maren Sanchez, a junior who was murdered early Friday morning after rejecting a classmate’s invitation to the prom. Detectives say the boy is accused of stabbing Miss Sanchez near a school stairwell, lacerating her neck, chest and face with a knife that was recovered at the scene.

US Supreme Court Sets Aside $3.4 Million Verdict for Child Porn Victim … SCOTUS Says: May Claim Damages from Every Person Caught with Illegal Images
The case was Paroline vs. United States:
The SCOTUS has setaside a$3.4 million verdict again a Texas man named Doyle Paroline. The 5-4 decision upholds part of the Violence Against Women Act which calls for restitution to victims of child pornography, but it has some up with a compromise position on how to set the monetary amount. The SCOTUS majority opinion says those who possess the child porn images must pay something because they have contributed to the abuse. In essence, the Court ruled that a federal district court judge must calculate how much to assess against Paroline personally. The WAPO points out that the 5-4 decision was not the typical SCOTUS left-right split, which although the opinions were based on different rationals, at least issues like child porn are dealt with not along political lines.
Victims of child pornography whose images of sexual abuse have circulated on the Internet may claim damages from every person caught with illegal images, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.
But justices rejected the idea that a single person who possesses such images may be assessed the full amount due to the victim, setting aside a $3.4-million verdict against a Texas man in a favor of a woman whose childhood rape was photographed and widely circulated on the Internet.
The 5-4 decision upholds part of the Violence Against Women Act which calls for restitution to victims of child pornography, but it adopts a middle-ground position on how to set the amount. It said those who possess the images must pay something because they have contributed to the abuse.
“It makes sense to spread the payment among a larger number of offenders in amounts more closely in proportion to their respective causal roles and their own circumstances,” said Justice Anthony Kennedy. “This would serve the twin goals of helping the victim achieve eventual restitution for all of her child pornography losses and impressing upon offenders the fact that child pornography crimes, even simple possession, affect real victims.”
His opinion in Paroline vs. United States leaves it to federal judges to decide on the proper amount in each case.
The case began when a young women using the name “Amy” learned the photos of her sexual abuse as an 8 year old child were circulating on the Internet. Sadly, it was her uncle, Eugene Zebroski, that was her abuser. Initially, a federal judge refused to order Paroline to pay restitution because there was no proof his offense caused or contributed to Amy’s abuse. However, a federal appeals court in New Orleans would overturn that decision and ruled for Amy and said Paroline was responsible for paying the full amount she had sought, a total of $3.4 million.
Paroline was among an estimated 71,000 people worldwide who viewed the attacks.
The full decisions can be read HERE.
Much, much more at the SCOTUS Blog, Opinion analysis: Dividing the duty to pay for child porn.
Each individual — among hundreds and maybe thousands — found guilty of keeping and looking at images of a child being sexually abused must pay the victim something more than a “trivial” sum, but none of them can be required to pay for all that the victim has lost, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday in a five-to-four decision.
The ruling in the case of Paroline v. United States, settling a dispute among lower courts on a mandatory law of restitution to victims of child pornography, refused to establish a specific formula for allocating the financial blame, telling federal trial judges to “do their best,” with a few suggestions for starting points. Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the majority opinion.
