4 Year Old Rivka Kutsy & 3 Year Old Chaya Kutsy Missing Since 1/31/15 in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY

Two sisters, 4 year old Rivka Kutsy and 3 year old Chaya Kutsy have been missing since January 31, 2015 in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, New York.  The police say that the two sisters were last seen at 8 AM on January 31 in their Crown Heights home. The police believe that the two missing Brooklyn girls who may have been taken by their parents amid a custody battle with the Administration for Children’s Services. A warrant has been issued for the children’s parents by Kings County Family Court for child neglect. Both girls are described to have light blonde hair and investigators say the children may be in a red 2001 Toyota 4Runner with New Jersey plate A68EMS

Police are searching for two missing Brooklyn girls who may have been taken by their parents amid a custody battle with the Administration for Children’s Services, police sources said.

Rivka Kutsy, 4, and Chaya Kutsy, 3, were last seen about 8 a.m. on Jan. 31 in their Crown Heights home, police said.

The sisters’ parents may have fled with the girls after ACS officials visited the family, the source said.

CDC Warns of ‘Large Outbreak’ of Measles

The CDC warns of ‘large outbreak’ of measles … let’s hope they handle this better than Ebola.

CDC Director Tom Frieden said on CBS’s “Face the Nation, ” We are very concerned by the growing number of people who are susceptible to measles, and the possibility that we could have a large outbreak in this country as a result.” Wait a minute, I thought measles immunization of children was mandatory? Frieden urged parents to immunize their children.

“What you do for your own kids doesn’t just affect your family. It affects other families as well. The more kids who are not vaccinated, the more they’re at risk and the more they put their neighbors’ kids at risk as well.”

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Tom Frieden on Sunday warned that the U.S. could see a “large outbreak” of measles.

“We are very concerned by the growing number of people who are susceptible to measles, and the possibility that we could have a large outbreak in this country as a result,” Frieden said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

There are at least 102 reported cases in 14 states, according to the CDC. Frieden said that the U.S. is “likely to see more cases.”

Frieden said there is “aggressive public health action” to identify those with measles, isolate those sick and quarantine those who have been exposed.

But he said the best way to prevent the spread of measles was vaccination.

Frieden said despite the U.S.’s 92 percent vaccination rate, there is growing evidence more parents are not vaccinating their children.

Bill Montag, Father of Heidi & Holly Montag Arrested for Child Sex Abuse & Incest

REALITY CRIME …

Bill Montag, the 67 year old father of reality television star Heidi Montag, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of child sex abuse and incest. A 29 page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse that Bill Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old. The abuse was said to have began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old. The arrest affidavit also indicates Montag abused the victim at least 50 different times. The court docs describe the abuse:

“[Bill Montag] groomed [the victim] with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” court documents state, going on to charge that the ongoing abuse escalated to Montag attempting to insert a vibrator into the young teen’s vagina, and then developed yet further, resulting in Montag allegedly performing oral sex on the girl when she was 16.

The victim told authorities that she came forward in order to save other girls from becoming victims. The identity of victim of sexual assault will not be released to protect the victim. However, the victim cannot be either Heidi or Holly Montag, as they are too young to fit the profile. But because of the incest charges, the victim is obviously a family member.

Reality television star Heidi Montag’s father, Bill Montag of Glenwood Springs, is in custody and charged with several counts of child sex abuse and incest, according to a court records filed in Arapahoe County.

Montag was arrested Thursday evening by Aspen police. A 29-page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old.

The abuse allegedly began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old.

Due to the statute of limitations, Montag is only eligible to be charged with crimes that occurred after July 1st, 1996, when the victim would have been 16 years old.

TMZ reports sources connected to Heidi and Spencer … the alleged victim has significant credibility problems.

That is a tough call to say that whether whoever this source is does not have an agenda, or speaks the truth. Charges like sex abuse and incest, if true, would cause speculation as to who else Bill Montag abused. A skeleton that some not ready to deal with would not want to be made public.

Our sources who are very close to Heidi and Spencer tell us … they are very familiar with the accuser who “is determined to destroy the family.”  They say she has stalked Heidi and Spencer at various public appearances to the point security had to remove her.  Heidi and Spence believe Bill Montag will be exonerated.

16 Year Old Aysia Monique Lewis Missing Since 1/26/15 in Christiansburg, VA … Believed to be With 33 Year Old Donald Quesenberry (Update: Missing Teen Found Safe in Arkansas)

16 year old Aysia Monique Lewis has been missing since Monday, January 26, 2015 in Christiansburg, Virginia. Aysia Monique Lewis was last seen at Christiansburg High School after school let out for the day around 2:45 p.m. on Monday and is believed to be in the company of 33 year old Donald “Bruce” Quesenberry. Aysia has been classified as an endangered missing person due to her age, the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and is believed to be in danger of sexual exploitation. The man who police are looking for is Donald Bruce Quesenberry Jr. Police state that Queensberry drove from Normal, Illinois to pick up Lewis.

Police said Aysia Monique Lewis was last seen at Christiansburg High School around 11:45 a.m. She may be in the company of Donald Quesenberry, 33, who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds, according to authorities. He has brown eyes and brown hair and may be driving a 2002 Nissan Altima 4D with Illinois plate V975074.

Officers said in the alert they possibly could be heading south to Florida.

Lewis is 5 feet 3 inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing blue jeans, a black fleece jacket and tan moccasins.

UPDATE I: Parents of missing Christiansburg teen pray for safe return home.

Lewis’ parents, Brandon Lewis and Teneara Dial, would like the following message relayed to Aysia: “Aysia, we love you!! We are worried about you! We need to know that you are ok! Please come home. Call us, text us, Facebook us. Get in touch with us however you can. We will come get you no matter what, no matter where, whatever time, it doesn’t matter. Unique and Eric miss you. Unique wants to know where you are and when you are coming home.”

Her parents also addressed Quesenberry, asking that he “please drop Aysia off somewhere safe.”

UPDATE II: Aysia Monique Lewis has been found safe in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Lewis and Donald “Bruce” Quesenberry Jr. were found in Little Rock, Arkansas just after midnight on Friday. Both were taken into police custody without incident.

Additional charges are pending for Quesenberry.

14 Year Old Kierra Hawkins Missing Since 1/26/15 in Memphis, TN

14 year old Kierra Hawkins has been missing since Monday, January 26, 2015 in Memphis, Tennessee. The endangered juvenile Kierra Hawkins was last seen in the 2400 block of Scaper street around 7 am Monday morning headed to Airways Middle School. The authorities are saying that the missing girl suffers from a mental disorder.

Police said the 14-year-old student was last seen in the 2400 block of Scaper Street at around 7 a.m. as she left for school and she has not been seen since. Police said Kierra suffers from a mental disorder.

Kierra is 5-foot-2 and weighs 120 pounds. She has block hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue shirt, khaki pants and flower print boots.
