One Year Old Leaona Wright Missing Since 6/6/15 in Pendleton, SC (Update: Search of Waste Management of South Carolina’s Pendleton Transfer Station)(Update: Bizarre 911 Call)
A one year old Leaona Wright has been missing since Saturday morning, June 6, 2015 in Pendleton, South Carolina. The one year old little girl is about 29 pounds and was last seen wearing a long white T-shirt. Anderson County deputies told media outlets that the toddler’s mother, Kiara Sullivan, discovered her daughter gone Saturday morning. Investigators say the girl’s older sister may have opened a door and the toddler walked out and away from the Apartment building A of Edgewood Square Apartments. The boyfriend of Leona’s mother, Travis Jones (pic), was taken into custody on Saturday morning for an outstanding bench warrant unrelated to the case. The mother was not home at the time the one year old went missing. The boyfriend was watching the child at the time of the disappearance. The police searched 2 miles in every direction of the Edgewood Square Apartments with deputies, dogs and search crews from multiple jurisdictions to no avail.
It has not been determined yet whether foul play has been involved.
Leona was reported missing from the apartment complex on Saturday morning. More than 200 deputies, firefighters and other emergency personnel from Anderson and Oconee counties spent more than five hours searching a 2-mile radius around the complex without finding the child. Reverse 911 calls also were made to residents living within 2 miles of the apartments.
The child’s mother, Kiara Sullivan, told the Independent Mail that Leona was missing when she and her boyfriend woke up at 9:25 a.m. Saturday — three hours after she had last checked on the toddler. Sullivan said her boyfriend, Travis Jones, told her he saw Leona’s 3-year-old sister, A’riel, standing in an open door at the apartment. Authorities said Leona may have walked or crawled through the door that her sister opened.
Deputies arrested Jones on Saturday on a 2013 warrant for failing to appear after release on a misdemeanor charge. Skipper said the warrant stemmed from a family court case that may have involved unpaid child support. Jones is being held without bail at the Anderson County Detention Center, jail records show.
No charges have been filed in connection with Leona’s disappearance.

3 Months Old Janna Rivera Missing Since 5/29/15 in Indianapolis, IN (Update: Authorities Don’t Believe the Baby is Alive, Baby Placed in Dumpster)
3 month old Janna Rivera has been missing since Friday, May 29, 2015 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The original 911 call was placed around 8 AM Friday from a woman saying the child was missing and could be dead. Authorities searched for the missing baby on Friday within a five mile radius of the 4100 block of Candy Apple Boulevard. Sadly, the police believe that the baby is dead. WISH-TV8 is reporting that investigators questioned a person of interest in connection to the disappearance of Janna Rivera, but they said he is not cooperating. The police announced around 3:50 p.m. that the search had been suspended after a five mile radius had been combed through.
The father has been named a person of interest in the case.
Rescuers spent eight hours searching for the baby within a five mile radius of the 4100 block of Candy Apple Boulevard.
Detectives cleared the scene Friday night after spending all day gathering evidence inside of the home where they believe Janna Rivera was last seen.
“We’re looking for a three-month-old child and that’s the utmost concern for us,” said officer Christopher Wilburn, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The search began when IMPD received a call from Janna Rivera’s mother early Friday morning. She told them that her daughter was missing and could be dead.
UPDATE I: A spokesperson for the police department Richard Riddle said, “At this point we’re three days out from the baby’s disappearance. Based upon that, we do not believe that baby Janna is still alive.”
IMPD Lt. Richard Riddle said that they believe the 3 month old baby is no longer alive and the father remains a person of interest, but no arrests have been made. The authorities believe the infant was placed in a dumpster on Friday.
Investigators continued their search Sunday morning at a landfill where 3-month-old Janna Rivera may have ended up after she was put into a dumpster on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Sunday morning, a spokesperson for the police department Richard Riddle said, “At this point we’re three days out from the baby’s disappearance. Based upon that, we do not believe that baby Janna is still alive.”
Riddle said her biological father has cooperated with the department and has led police to believe the body was put into the dumpster. He expects investigators to continue searching the landfill for hours.
UPDATE II: Indianapolis Police Search Landfill For Missing Infant.
Dozens of officers in white gear poked through the South Side Landfill on Sunday following a day of heavy rains searching for Janna Rivera. Her mother reported her missing from their home on the city’s northeast side Friday. Indianapolis police spokesman Lt. Richard Riddle says officers spent part of Saturday searching a trash transfer station, but found nothing.
Riddle says statements made by the child’s father have led investigators to believe the child died on Friday and her body was placed in a trash container.
Police look for Janna’s remains at “South Side Landfill”.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department moved their search for missing 3-month-old Janna Rivera to a landfill on the southwest side of Indianapolis Sunday morning, but they suspended the search around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Police were prompted to look for Janna’s remains at “South Side Landfill” after the baby’s biological father tipped police that she was placed in a dumpster on the city’s east side. “We believe that the baby was placed into a dumpster on the east side of Indianapolis on Friday morning,” said IMPD Lt. Richard Riddle. “That trash from the dumpster was transferred to a transfer station out in Mount Comfort. A search was done in Mount Comfort yesterday with negative results.”

Dennis Hastert Allegedly Paid Hush Money to Conceal Past Sexual Misconduct Dating Back More Than 30 Years Ago
DRIP, DRIP, DRIP … HEAD-SHAKINGLY SAD AND SICK.
It is being reported by CBS News that the former Republican U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert allegedly agreed to pay millions of dollars in “hush money” to conceal accusations of sexual misconduct in his past. Most crimes are like an iceberg, what we see initially is only a small fraction of the actual crime. This appears to be the case as well with the accusations against former Speaker Dennis Hastert. Although Hastert is not being indicted for the alleged sexual misconduct, the misconduct mentioned in court documents refers to sexual misconduct dating back more than 30 years. Hastert was a teacher and wrestling coach in Yorkville, Illinois from 1965 to 1981. The federal indictment is for tax evasion and lying to the IRS. Put 1 and 1 together and we get Dennis Hastert was paying a former student from Yorkville, IL to conceal his alleged sexual abuse of the youth that took place while Hastert was a teacher and wrestling coach at a high school.
Former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert allegedly agreed to pay millions of dollars in “hush money” to conceal accusations of sexual misconduct in his past, two law enforcement officials told CBS News.
Law enforcement sources say the misconduct mentioned in court documents refers to sexual misconduct dating back more than 30 years. From 1965-1981, Hastert was a popular teacher and wrestling coach in Yorkville, Illinois.
Hastert was indicted and charged Thursday with violating federal banking laws and lying to FBI investigators. According to the indictment, Hastert agreed to pay $3.5 million in 2010 to a person identified only as “Individual A,” in an effort to “compensate and conceal” Hastert’s “prior misconduct.”
The indictment did not reveal details of the misconduct, but it did note that Hastert and Individual A have known each other for “most of Individual A’s life” and that the individual is from the same Illinois town where Hastert was a teacher and coach.
Hastert’s former employer, the Yorkville School District, said in a statement Friday that it was “first made aware of any concerns regarding Mr. Hastert when the federal indictment was released on May 28, 2015.”
A second person accused Hastert of sexual abuse, official says.
“It goes back a long way, back to then,” the official said. “It has nothing to do with public corruption or a corruption scandal. Or to his time in office.” Thursday’s indictment described the misconduct “against Individual A” as having “occurred years earlier,” noting that Hastert had known the person “most of Individual A’s life.”
When asked about the nature of Hastert’s alleged misconduct, the law enforcement official said, “It was sex.’’
Hastert has not responded to requests for comment. A representative of the lobbying firm where he had worked, Dickstein Shapiro, declined to comment.
If all this is true, it is truly despicable. The crimes for which the former GOP speaker was indicted for would pale in comparison for the ones that he was trying to keep quiet. But most likely the statue of limitations ran out on those years ago. However, I will ask the following question, isn’t it telling that you don’t see the liberal MSM trying to investigate the Clinton Foundation Scandals and the role that Hillary Clinton took part in it? The media only circles like blood thirty sharks when it is a Republican that has done wrong.
