Woman Missing Since 2004 at Age 15 Found Alive in California … 41 Year Old Isidro Garcia Arrested and Booked on Suspicion of Kidnapping & Rape

An unidentified female victim, who was taken and reported missing in 2004 at age 15, has been found alive and her alleged kidnapper has been arrested.  41 year old Isidro Garcia was arrested and taken into custody by police on Tuesday and booked on suspicion of kidnapping and rape.  According to reports, authorities say that Garcia was dating the mother of the unidentified victim in 2004 when the suspect assaulted and drugged her mother, then abducted the teenager and held her captive against her will at his his house in Compton, California. Garcia forced the girl to marry him in 2007 and she gave birth to a child in 2012.  Isidro Garcia of Bell Gardens was arrested and booked for 209(b)(1) PC – Kidnap for Rape, 288(c)(1) PC – Lewd Act With Minor and 273(a) PC – False Imprisonment.

The woman initially went to police in Bell Gardens to report a domestic dispute, according to Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.

It was during that conversation she told officers she that was a missing person who had been kidnapped.

“She was in fact taken and held against her will for the past 10 years,” according to Bertagna.

Isidro Garcia was taken into custody on Tuesday on suspicion of kidnapping for rape, lewd acts with a minor and false imprisonment, the Santa Ana Police Department announced Wednesday.

The victim was 15 years old in August 2004, when her mother reported that her daughter and the her live-in boyfriend went missing “after a domestic violence incident.”

The mother believed her partner, Garcia, had been sexually abusing the teen, but had no proof, according to police.

In August of 2004, a 15-year-old was reported missing to the Santa Ana Police Department by her mother. The mother reported that her daughter went missing along with her cohabitant boyfriend, Isidro Garcia, after a domestic violence incident. At the time, the mother suspected Garcia of sexually abusing her daughter; however she had no evidence to support this belief.

On 5-20-14, the Victim, now 25-years-old, disclosed the circumstances of her disappearance to law enforcement.

The victim said in June of 2004, while living with her mother and sisters at 811 S. Fairview in Santa Ana, Isidro Garcia began sexually assaulting her. In August of 2004, after Garcia assaulted her mother, Garcia drugged the victim and drove her to a house in Compton. There, Garcia provided the victim with falsified identity documents and locked her overnight in a garage to prevent the victim from fleeing. Over the course of the following months and years, Garcia repeatedly told the victim her family had given up looking for her, and if she tried to go back to them, the family would be deported. The two moved on several occasions to avoid police detection. Garcia frequently physically and sexually assaulted the victim. Garcia arraigned for the two of them to receive employment at a night cleaning service, so he could keep a close eye on the victim.

Surveillance video at the Riverdale Schools in Hancock County, Ohio captured a 6 year old kindergartner boy walking to the school bathroom when he is assaulted by a teacher.The female teacher grabs the boy and then picks him up against the wall. Then she grabs him by the face and then by the shirt. UNREAL. After the incident was initially swept under the carpet, Eric Hoffman, Superintendent, Riverdale Local Schools said, “We haven’t dealt with this much at Riverdale. First of all I apologize to the parents. This should not happen.”  REALLY? So what did the teacher get for the assault on this child? A 10 day suspension, that’s it.  The Nelsons, whose son Ian was the child who was assaulted, said that the 10-day suspension was like an early vacation for the teacher, since there are only 10 days left in the school year.

The parents want her terminated from Riverdale Schools. The Nelsons took the video to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office to try to file criminal charges against the teacher. What would happen if the child had done something like this to his teacher? What would happen if the parents gave this teacher a taste of her own medicine? In both cases, the police would have been called and some one would have been arrested. So in a day and age where children are suspended from school for pastry making food look like a gun, using their finger and thumb to look like a hand gun, 7 year old playing imaginary games where they save the word and this thug teacher gets a 10 day early vacation. Sorry, she should be brought up on charges.

Anthony and Autumn Nelson, of Wharton, have two kids in Riverdale Schools in Hancock County. Their 6-year-old son, Ian, is a kindergartner. In surveillance video provided by the family on May 7, Ian is shown walking to the school bathroom.

When he comes out a short time later, his teacher confronts him. She grabs him and picks him up against the wall. Seconds later, she grabs him by the face and then by the shirt. His head flops back as she picks him up off the floor.

Ian’s parents are furious.

On Tuesday, the teacher was suspended for 10 days.

“I would consider what would happen to myself, if I were to do that to her. If I were to do that to her, I would go to jail,” said Anthony Nelson, Ian’s father.

It would appear that these schools and educators only have a no tolerance policy when it comes to students, not teacher.

The Horror, 39 Year Old Megan Huntsman Arrested After Police Discover 7 Dead Babies at her Home in Pleasant Grove, Utah …Charged with 6 Counts of suspicion of Murder

Police make a grisly discovery in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

39 year old Megan Huntsman has been arrested on suspicion of six counts of murder. The Pleasant Grove police found seven dead infants, six of them in cardboard boxes. The bodies were found at a home where Huntsman had lived until 2011. The residence is currently occupied by family members of her estranged husband. Good grief, does no one do house/garage cleaning these days?

Pleasant Grove police made a grisly discovery Saturday: seven dead infants, six of them in cardboard boxes.

Megan Huntsman, 39, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of six counts of murder.

Police believe she gave birth to the babies then killed them over the past decade, according to a police news release.

On Saturday, police responded to a call from Huntsman’s ex-husband about a dead infant found inside a Pleasant Grove home that Huntsman lived in until 2011. Officers arrived and found the body of a newborn infant, who appeared to be full term, according to the release.

Police obtained a search warrant for the home and found six more babies packaged in separate cardboard boxes inside the garage, said police Capt. Michael Roberts.

Investigators learned that Huntsman allegedly gave birth to the infants, then killed them, over a 10 year period, the release adds. Her ex-husband is believed to be the father, but investigators are still working on DNA tests, Roberts said.

Judge Jan Jurden Sentences du Pont Heir, Robert H. Richards IV, Probation for Raping His 3 Year Old Daughter Because ‘He Would Not Fare Well’ in Prison

WTF … who cares whether this child rapist would fare well in prison or not!!! How could anyone call this Justice?

Judge Jan Jurden, a Superior Court judge needs to be thrown off the bench after her insane sentencing decision for a child rapist. Judge Jurdan unbelievably sentenced Robert H. Richards IV to probation for the rape and molestation of his then 3 year old daughter stating, he “will not fare well” in prison. WHAT!!! Prison is not meant to be nice, it is meant to be a punishment and to keep predators away from society. However, this misguided judge actually said that prison life would adversely affect Richards. What about the adverse affect that his daughter faces thanks to his rape? So what was the “unique circumstances” that the judge made her decision, his wealth?

A Superior Court judge who sentenced an heir to the du Pont fortune to probation for raping his 3-year-old daughter wrote in her order that he “will not fare well” in prison and suggested that he needed treatment instead of time behind bars, according to Delaware Online.

Court records show that in Judge Jan Jurden’s sentencing order for Robert H. Richards IV she considered unique circumstances when deciding his punishment for fourth-degree rape. Her observation that prison life would adversely affect Richards confused several criminal justice authorities in Delaware, who said that her view that treatment was a better idea than prison is typically used when sentencing drug addicts, not child rapists.

Jurden gave Richards, who had no previous criminal record, an eight-year prison term, but suspended all the prison time for probation.

O’Neill said he and his deputies have often argued that a defendant was too ill or frail for prison, but he has never seen a judge cite it as a “reason not to send someone to jail.”

Richards was no frail defendant, court records show, listing him at 6 feet, 4 inches tall and between 250 and 276 pounds. Nor do court records cite any physical illnesses.

O’Neill said the way the Richards case was handled might cause the public to be skeptical about “how a person with great wealth may be treated by the system.”

Jurden, who has been a judge since 2001, and Superior Court President James T. Vaughn Jr. did not respond to questions last week about the case.

UPDATE II: Du Pont heir accused of raping 2nd child in lawsuit.

A du Pont family heir who raped his 3-year-old daughter nearly a decade ago but received no prison time now faces a lawsuit from his former wife that accuses him of sexually abusing his toddler son.

Robert H. Richards IV, 47, who is supported by a trust fund and who paid $1.8 million for his 5,800-square-foot mansion near Winterthur Museum, pleaded guilty in 2008 to fourth-degree rape of his daughter. Currently on probation, he has never been charged with crimes against his son.

16 Year Old Christopher Smithburg Missing Since 3/27/14 in Williamson County, Nolensville, TN (Update: Teen Found, Mother Charged With one Count of Aggravated Child Abuse & Aggravated Child Neglect or Endangerment)

16 year old Christopher Smithburg has been missing since March 27, 2014 in Williamson County, Tennessee. Smithburg was last seen around noon Thursday at his home on Rocky Fork Road in the Nolensville, TN (MAP). According to police, Christopher Smithburg is home-schooled at his residence on Rock Fork Road. The search for the missing teen is being concentrated in the area of Rocky Fork road and Rocky Springs road. This area is near the Williamson country, Smyrna line.

The missing teen’s family told authorities Christopher was doing chores when he went missing.  The Sheriff’s Department was notified around 3 p.m. that Christopher Smithburg was missing.

Christopher Smithburg, 16, was last seen around noon Thursday at his home on Rocky Fork Road in the Nolensville area.

Christopher is 5’4″ and 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan Carhart jacket, jeans and boots.

UPDATE I: Search To Resume For Missing 16 Year Old Christopher Smithburg In Williamson County.

The search will resume Friday morning for a 16-year-old boy that was reported missing in Williamson County.

Officials with the Emergency Management said they suspended the search at midnight for Christopher Smithburg, but will begin searching for him again once it’s light outside.

UPDATE II: Search for Nolensville teen Continues.

On Friday, officials conducted a second day of ground searches for the teenager in the area immediately surrounding his family’s farm, said sheriff’s office spokeswoman Sharon Puckett. Authorities from Williamson, Rutherford and Maury counties helped with the search along with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency.

“We’re using people trained in the specific type of search because it’s a limited area,” Puckett said.

UPDATE III: Christopher Smithburg Found, Missing teen’s mother arrested for child abuse.

During the course of the investigation, agents became aware of an incident in the family’s home, just before Christopher’s disappearance, that led agents to arrest and charge Smithburg, 52, with one count of aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect or endangerment.

The search for the missing teenager ended Tuesday. Smithburg was located around 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday night in the Smyrna area. Reports from the emergency responders that found him indicate he was located unharmed. He was listed as a “runaway” at the time.
