36 year Old Chad Smith Missing Since 12/14/15 from Fort Thomas, KY … Last Seen in Cincinnati, OH … Police Issued a Critical Missing Alert Friday

36 year old Chad Smith has been missing since Monday, December 14, 2015 in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. According to the Fort Thomas Police, Smith left his home sometime early Monday morning, and was last seen around noon that day in the Winton Terrace area of Cincinnati. Chad Smith has not been seen or heard from since. The police are getting help from the Ohio chapter of Texas Equusearch. David Rader, director for the Ohio chapter of Texas Equusearch, said search crews will saturate Downtown, Winton Terrace, Clifton and homeless camps.

Authorities are organizing search crews after police said a Fort Thomas man disappeared from his home on Monday morning.

Police issued a critical missing alert Friday morning for 36-year-old Chad Smith, a known businessman in the Fort Thomas community.

Smith co-founded and co-owns Foster & Flux, an animation studio based in Downtown Cincinnati. According to WCPO media partner Fort Thomas Matters, Smith was one of the artists who worked on the annual visual-musical performance Lumenocity this year.

According to Fort Thomas Police Lt. Rich Whitford, Smith left his home sometime early Monday morning, and was last seen around noon that day in the Winton Terrace area of Cincinnati.

Authorities are organizing a volunteer search and rescue out of Cincinnati Music Hall on Elm St. Saturday morning at 8 a.m.

14 Year Old Sierra Dale Missing Since 11/27/15 in Gahanna, OH (Update: Found Safe)

14 year old Sierra Dale has been missing since Friday night, November 27, 2015  in Gahanna, Ohio.

Police are asking for help tracking down a missing 14-year-old girl who went missing from the city’s west side.

Gahanna police said Sierra Dale has been missing since Friday night.

Dale is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Police did not have a description of what she was last seen wearing.

20 Year Old Anela Lochan Last seen on 10/25/15 … Missing in Cleveland, OH

20 year old Anela Lochan was last seen on October 25, 2015 and reported missing on November 9.  Anela is described as a female of  of West Indian descent, 5-foot 9-inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Lochan is considered an endangered missing adult because she was a victim of domestic violence while she was pregnant. Lochan has a 1-month old child who was found safe at a relative’s apartment on Elm Street.

Cleveland police are looking for a missing 20-year-old woman who they said could be in danger.

Anela Lochan, who is of West Indian descent, was last seen on Oct. 25. She was reported missing Nov. 9.

“I haven’t heard from her in three weeks. And the bad thing is I don’t know if she is dead or alive,” said mom, Leila Lochan. “I want her to come home.”

Anela is described as being 5-foot 9-inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Lochan is considered an endangered missing adult because she was a victim of domestic violence while she was pregnant.

UPDATE I: Lochan was the victim in a domestic violence incident involving her boyfriend earlier this year.

Lochan was pregnant when Jamal Parris choked her during June 21 fight, according to a police report.

Cleveland police investigators have not said whether Parris is suspected in Lochan’s disappearance.

Parris, 26, came home high on drugs or intoxicated and immediately began to assault Lochan, police said. He passed out during the assault and Lochan went to MetroHealth for treatment.

Parris is charged with felonious assault, abduction and domestic violence in the incident. He is scheduled to stand trial Dec. 14 in the Cuyahoga County Common Please Court.

Lochan lived with Parris at the time she went missing, her mother said.

UP IN SMOKE … Legalize Marijuana for Both Medical & Recreational use in Ohio Fails Miserably 65% to 35%

UP IN SMOKE, IT TURNS OUT THAT OHIO IS NOT GOING TO POT AFTER ALL …

Imagine that, Ohio is not Colorado. The voters of Ohio decided to say JUST SAY NO to a the legalization of marijuana for both medical and recreational use by a resounding 65% to 35%. Although, many probably voted against this terrible measure not only because of pot legalization but also they way it was written giving a monopoly to certain individuals to grow it. C’mon man, the last thing some stoners are going to want is being forced to by some weed from some politically connected wealthy backers. Next thing you know these privileges state appointed drug kingpins would have the market on the Doritos and moon pies.

Looks like Cheech & Chong will have to toke elsewhere (warning – adult language)

Issue 3, the effort to legalize marijuana for both medical and recreational use in Ohio, failed to create a buzz with voters Tuesday.

The legislation was rejected soundly, failing by a margin of 65 to 35 percent with 77 percent of precincts counted late Tuesday night.

Ohio voters on Tuesday rejected a controversial marijuana legalization measure at the polls in that state. Recent surveys showed support in Ohio for marijuana legalization, but voters balked at the specifics of the ballot initiative, which would have created an oligopoly on marijuana production for a small handful of the initiative’s wealthy donors.

The initiative faced an uphill battle from the start. The first stumbling block was the nature of the ballot measure itself. It would have essentially written a marijuana oligopoly into the state’s constitution, with the measure’s wealthy backers as the only recipients of licenses to grow marijuana commercially. That didn’t sit right with many of the national advocacy groups that have backed successful legalization measures in other states.

12 Year Old Autumn Shreve & 2 Year Old Sophia Rogers Missing Since 6/6/15 from Avon, OH (Update: Girls Found Safe in Elyria)(Update: 25 Year Old Demetrius Richardson Charged with Rape)

12 year old Autumn Shreve and 2 year old Sophia Rogers have been missing since Saturday, June 6, 2015 from Avon, Ohio. At the time of their disappearance, Autumn Shreve was babysitting Sophie Rogers.  The were last seen on Saturday afternoon on Mulberry Lane in Timberlake at around 4 PM. The Avon Police issued a statewide endangered child advisory for the two missing girls; however, they stressed that although it was not an Amber Alert but believe the girls are in danger. The authorities say it is known that Shreve passes herself off as an adult and may possibly be presenting that the  2-year-old girl is her daughter. The police believe the pair may have stayed in the local area or traveled to Lorain.

The FBI and the Avon Police Department say 12-year-old Autumn R. Shreve and 2-year-old Sophia Rogers disappeared Saturday afternoon from the Timberlake Apartment Complex. Authorities say the girls were last seen on Mulberry Lane, at around 4 p.m.

Authorities say Shreve was babysitting Rogers at the time.

Autumn R. Shreve is a white female. She’s 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighs around 135 pound. She was last seen wearing dark blue jean shorts and pink Nike Sandals.

Sophia Rogers is a white female. She’s 3-feet 3-inches tall and weighs around 32 pound. The toddler was last seen wearing a pink North Face sweatshirt and grey tennis shoes with sparkles on the side.

UPDATE I: Two missing girls from Avon found safe in Elyria.

A statewide endangered child advisory was issued in the case of two missing Avon, Ohio girls, Sunday morning. The girls were found safe in Elyria.

Avon police say a citizen noticed the girls walking down the street and reported seeing them.

The family has been notified and authorities will continue to investigate where the girls have been over the last 24 hours.

UPDATE II: 25 Year Old Demetrius Richardson Charged with  One Count of Rape.

Detectives went to the apartment complex and spoke to 25-year-old Demetrius Richardson, who told police that he picked up the girls in Avon on Saturday and drove them back to his apartment.

He said he met the 12-year-old through an online dating site and that she told him she was 20 years old.

Police say while the 12-year-old was at Richardson’s apartment, they engaged in sexual conduct. Both girls spent Saturday night there, according to police.

Police charged Richardson with one count of rape. Ohio law states that sexual conduct with anyone under the age of 13, regardless of consent or whether or not the offender knows the age of the person, is considered rape.

Richardson is being held on $500,000 bond at the Lorain County Jail.
