President Trump Rescinds DACA that was Effectuated under the Obama Administration Unconstitutionally … President Gives Congress 6 Months to Do Thier Job

DACA RESCINDED … TRUMP GIVES CONGRESS 6 MONTHS TO ACT AND DO THEIR JOB.

Yesterday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions did his job and correctly rescinded the DACA program. No matter how you feel about the DACA program and so called “Dreamers,” DACA was was Unconstitutional. The United States is a country of laws and if we have presidents who flaunt the Constitution, as Barack Obama did, what is the point. If Trump did not end DACA, it would have been in the courts, as the executive branch does not have the right to bypass the legislative branch and make laws. Obama knew this, and even said so when president, then turned around and created DACA. Democrats and the LEFT can try and play politics with this, as they usually do, but in reality, Trump did the smart thing. Trump eliminated an Unconstitutional program and forwarded it to the U.S. Congress where such laws are supposed to be created. In is now on Congress to do their job.

This policy was implemented unilaterally to great controversy and legal concern after Congress rejected legislative proposals to extend similar benefits on numerous occasions to this same group of illegal aliens.

In other words, the executive branch, through DACA, deliberately sought to achieve what the legislative branch specifically refused to authorize on multiple occasions. Such an open-ended circumvention of immigration laws was an unconstitutional exercise of authority by the Executive Branch.

As the Attorney General, it is my duty to ensure that the laws of the United States are enforced and that the Constitutional order is upheld.

In June of 2012, President Obama bypassed Congress to give work permits, social security numbers, and federal benefits to approximately 800,000 illegal immigrants currently between the ages of 15 and 36.  The typical recipients of this executive amnesty, known as DACA, are in their twenties.  Legislation offering these same benefits had been introduced in Congress on numerous occasions and rejected each time.

In referencing the idea of creating new immigration rules unilaterally, President Obama admitted that “I can’t just do these things by myself” – and yet that is exactly what he did, making an end-run around Congress and violating the core tenets that sustain our Republic.

Officials from 10 States are suing over the program, requiring my Administration to make a decision regarding its legality. The Attorney General of the United States, the Attorneys General of many states, and virtually all other top legal experts have advised that the program is unlawful and unconstitutional and cannot be successfully defended in court.

There can be no path to principled immigration reform if the executive branch is able to rewrite or nullify federal laws at will.

The temporary implementation of DACA by the Obama Administration, after Congress repeatedly rejected this amnesty-first approach, also helped spur a humanitarian crisis – the massive surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America including, in some cases, young people who would become members of violent gangs throughout our country, such as MS-13.

Only by the reliable enforcement of immigration law can we produce safe communities, a robust middle class, and economic fairness for all Americans.

Therefore, in the best interests of our country, and in keeping with the obligations of my office, the Department of Homeland Security will begin an orderly transition and wind-down of DACA, one that provides minimum disruption.  While new applications for work permits will not be accepted, all existing work permits will be honored until their date of expiration up to two full years from today.  Furthermore, applications already in the pipeline will be processed, as will renewal applications for those facing near-term expiration.  This is a gradual process, not a sudden phase out.  Permits will not begin to expire for another six months, and will remain active for up to 24 months.  Thus, in effect, I am not going to just cut DACA off, but rather provide a window of opportunity for Congress to finally act.

From The Hill comes the following bombshell. Why wouldn’t anyone believe that Obama and his minions did such a thing? Following the 2010 midterm election loses, the Obama administration used the IRS against his enemies in The Tea Party. This just shows the lengths of corruption and political overreach that the Obama administration used to maintain power. Some one needs to go to prison for these acts against the American people.

Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), in a letter to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, said the requests were made without specific justifications on why the information was needed.

“We have found evidence that current and former government officials had easy access to U.S. person information and that it is possible that they used this information to achieve partisan political purposes, including the selective, anonymous leaking of such information,” Nunes wrote in the letter to Coats.

The letter was provided to The Hill from a source in the intelligence community.

In March, Nunes disclosed that he had seen data suggesting Trump campaign and transition officials were having their names unmasked by departing officials in the Obama White House.

National Security Adviser Susan Rice and CIA Director John Brennan have acknowledged making such requests though they insisted the requests were for legitimate work reasons.

Nunes recused himself from his committee’s work on its investigation over Russia’s meddling in the 2016 campaign after a controversy over his charges about Obama-era unmasking.

The chairman had reviewed intelligence reports on White House grounds that he said showed unmasking of Trump officials by Obama aides. Democrats accused him of working with the White House to make the disclosures.

In Thursday’s letter, Nunes said the total requests for Americans’ names by Obama political aides numbered in the hundreds during Obama’s last year in office and often lacked a specific intelligence community justification. He called the lack of proper justifications a “serious deficiency.”

• The surveillance occurred in November, December and January. Nunes thinks this is serious and warrants examination by the Trump administration.
• The intelligence was disseminated “far and wide” among various agencies. Nunes says that it appears to have been done legally but questions why it was done in the first place.

Republican congressional investigators expect a potential “smoking gun” establishing that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, will be produced to the House Intelligence Committee this week, a source told Fox News.

Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President Trump accused his predecessor of having wiretappedhim in a series of now-infamous tweets posted on March 4.

The intelligence is said to leave no doubt the Obama administration, in its closing days, was using the cover of legitimate surveillance on foreign targets to spy on President-elect Trump, according to sources.

The key to that conclusion is the unmasking of selected U.S. persons whose names appeared in the intelligence, the sources said, adding that the paper trail leaves no other plausible purpose for the unmasking other than to damage the incoming Trump administration.

On Fox & Friends Sunday, Conservative radio talk show host provided the step by step evidence that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump and stated that the evidence was overwhelming. A sitting president is investigating a presidential candidate of the other party. Hmm, how Nixonian. One thing is for certain, this needs to be investigated. The sad reality is the MSM will just run cover for Obama, when they should actually be trying to find the truth.

This morning President Donald Trump tweeted out the following bombshell … that the Obama Administration “wire tapped” the Trump Towers during the election. Whether this is true or not, this begins to make some sense. As Rush Limbaugh stated the other day, Obama was waging a silent coup by setting land mines along the way as he was in his way out the door. It would make sense that there were wire taps as how has there been so much so-called info on Trump admin individuals. Then there is of course the crimes that are being committed by the purposeful, wanted and intended leaks to the media. This entire anti-Trump attack was obviously a concerted and planned event. So who do you think was responsible for such a “community organized” coup?

UPDATE I: Obama responds to Trump claim he ordered Trump Tower wiretapped.

Yup, just like Obama never had anything to do with or knew noting about “Fast & Furious” or the fact that conservative Tea Party non-profit organizations were targeted by Obama’s IRS. Former Obama foreign policy adviser Ben Rhodes tweeted earlier in the day that: “No President can order a wiretap. Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you.” I guess it all depends on what is, is. Its not the president who ordered the wire tap, its was one of his minions.

Former President Obama on Saturday denied President Trump’s accusation that Obama had Trump Tower phones tapped in the weeks before the November 2016 election.

“Neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false,” said Kevin Lewis, a spokesman for the former president.

UPDATE II: The Democrat media complex comes to the defense of Barack Obama and uses the term “false”.

At this point we have no idea is this story is tru or false, yet some how the MSM already knows that it is false. We know that there was a FISA request. The MSM should want to be all over this story to find the truth. Yet, they have already determined that its a false comment. HOW THEY HELL DO THEY KNOW ITS FALSE?
