Mathews began the interview by stating, “if I were ISIS. I would not be afraid right now. There is no existential threat to these people, they can keep finding places where they can hold executions and putting the camera work together, getting their proper together , and killing people for show, and nothing we do right now seems to be directed at stopping this.”

State Department spokesperson Marie Harf unbelievable said the following, “We can not win this war by killing them. We can not kill our way out of this war. We need in the medium and longer term to go after the root causes that lead people to join these groups, whether it is lack of opportunity for jobs.” WHAT!!! Jobs, jobs? This insane administration thinks that if Jihadists have jobs, they will stop them from beheading innocent men, women and children. Just curious America, how frightened are you right now that these people are in power? This idiot speaks for Sec. of State John Kerry, who follows the foreign policy strategy of Barack Obama and she just told the enemy that an organized US military and their allies cannot defeat ISIS. I would ask the following question, then why are we there? Surprisingly, Matthews shot back with a look of, are you effing kidding me stating, “But we’re not going to be able to stop that in our lifetime or in fifty lifetimes. There’s always going to be poor people. There’s always going to be Muslims, and as long as the trumpet is blowing they’ll join.” WOW, how many times can you say that you agreed with Chris Matthews?

So let’s understand this, professor Obama is using Root cause analysis to defeat ISIS, really? The root cause analysis of burning people alive, mass beheadings, seriously? Chris Matthews amazingly says at the end, to my surprise, in response to Marie Harf’s blathering, “this sounds like how we are going to get rid of juvenile delinquency in America over time by erasing poverty and improving education.” Then Mathews said, “the American people I think are getting humiliated morally by this.” BINGO!!! And there lies Obama’s ultimate goal, he is a community agitator socialist at heart who blames America for all the evils of the world.

Obama White House Issued a Statement Following the Shooting at a Free Speech Event in Denmark … Once Again Failed to Call it Terrorist

Following the shooting at a free speech event in Copenhagen, Denmark, the Obama White House issued a statement calling the attack “deplorable” but did not describe it as “terrorist” in nature. I guess Obama must think this was work place violence.  However, the Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt had no problem what so ever calling the attack ?“politically motivated” and “terrorist.”

Denmark’s prime minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, said the country was on high alert after a “terrorist attack” in Copenhagen that police said had been aimed at a controversial Swedish artist.

“We feel certain now that it was a politically motivated attack, and thereby it was a terrorist attack,” she told reporters close to the site of the shooting, in which one civilian was killed and three policemen were wounded. “We are on high alert all over the country.”

Sadly, the United States has a pathetic president who cannot call terrorism for what it is. Obama cannot call obvious terrorist events for what they are because it goes against his BS, failed narrative that terrorism is being defeated. However, that is quite the opposite. Barack Obama has so downplayed the role  of terrorism during his presidency that he has allowed terrorist groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda to no longer be on the run and defeated. IRS Commissioner Koskinen Says Illegals Are Now Eligible for Tax Credits Under Obama’s Amnesty (even for years past) Without Having Paid a Dime of Taxes

When is enough, enough America? Last week we learned from Legal Insurrection that IRS Commissioner John Koskinen’s testimony about the shocking tax consequences of Obama’s executive amnesty plan.

Koskinen explained that illegal immigrants who were granted amnesty would be eligible to receive back-refunds in the form of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)—but only if they had registered with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN.) This means that, although the person was here illegally, they were still working and paying taxes and thus eligible for a refund. It’s a bogus loophole, but it stems from an existing IRS interpretation of their own rules, so at the end of the day it was a “fix this now” situation rather than an “end of the world” scenario.”

That was bad enough and a big enough kick in the gut for those who are in America legally and paying taxes. But wait, it gets worse, much worse. From The Washington Times come the following clarification from IRS commissioner Koskinen. As it turns out, illegals are now eligible for Earned Income Tax Credits, retroactively, even though they may have never paid a dime in taxes. WTF has happened to this country? The rule of law means nothing for this class of people. Absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, lawabiding, tax paying citizens have to follow the rules, or else.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty.

The revelation — which contradicts what he told Congress last week — comes as lawmakers also raised concerns Mr. Obama’s amnesty could open a window to illegal immigrants finding ways to vote, despite it being against the law.

“While we may disagree about whether your deferred action programs were lawfully created and implemented, we are confident that we can all agree that these programs cannot be permitted to impair the integrity of our elections,” Republican members of Congress from Ohio wrote in a letter to Mr. Obama Wednesday, ahead of a hearing on the issue in the House on Thursday.

He also clarified his testimony to the Senate last week, where he acknowledged illegal immigrants who had paid taxes using substitute Social Security numbers but who gain real Social Security numbers when they are approved for the amnesty can apply for back-refunds of the Earned Income Tax Credit.

On Wednesday, he said even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to apply for back-credits once they get Social Security numbers.

The EITC is a refundable tax credit, which means those who don’t have any tax liability can still get money back from the government.

“Under the new program, if you get a Social Security number and you work, you’ll be eligible to apply for the Earned Income Tax Credit,” Mr. Koskinen said.

He said that would apply even “if you did not file” taxes, as long as the illegal immigrant could demonstrate having worked off-the-books during those years.

That expands the universe of people eligible for the tax credit by millions. He said only about 700,000 illegal immigrants currently work and pay taxes using an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, but as many as 4 million illegal immigrants could get a stay of deportation and work permits under the temporary amnesty, which would mean they would be eligible to claim back-refunds if they worked those years.

Gallup CEO Jim Clifton says during an interview with CNBC that he is worried he might “suddenly disappear” and not make it home that evening if he disputed the accuracy of what the U.S. government is reporting as unemployed Americans. How sad is it that many would not put it past the Obama administration to actually retaliate against an American citizen for speaking the truth?

The CNBC interview came one day after Clifton had penned a gutsy opinion piece on Gallup’s web site, defiantly calling the government’s 5.6 percent unemployment figure “The Big Lie” in the article’s headline. His appearance on CNBC was apparently to walk back the “lie” part of the title and reframe the jobs data as just hopelessly deceptive.

Clifton stated the following on CNBC:

“I think that the number that comes out of BLS [Bureau of Labor Statistics] and the Department of Labor is very, very accurate. I need to make that very, very clear so that I don’t suddenly disappear. I need to make it home tonight.”

But after making that opening comment in case he suddenly goes missing, Jim Clifton went on to eviscerate the legitimacy of the cheerful spin given to the unemployment data by the Obama White House and liberal MSMS, stating to CNBC viewers that the percent of full time jobs in this country as a percent of the adult population “is the worst it’s been in 30 years.” Otherwise known as Obama’s Big Lie. Then again, hasn’t the entire Barack Obama presidency been one big lie and scandal after another?

Here’s something that many Americans — including some of the smartest and most educated among us — don’t know: The official unemployment rate, as reported by the U.S. Department of Labor, is extremely misleading.

Right now, we’re hearing much celebrating from the media, the White House and Wall Street about how unemployment is “down” to 5.6%. The cheer-leading for this number is deafening. The media loves a comeback story, the White House wants to score political points and Wall Street would like you to stay in the market.

None of them will tell you this: If you, a family member or anyone is unemployed and has subsequently given up on finding a job — if you are so hopelessly out of work that you’ve stopped looking over the past four weeks — the Department of Labor doesn’t count you as unemployed. That’s right. While you are as unemployed as one can possibly be, and tragically may never find work again, you are not counted in the figure we see relentlessly in the news — currently 5.6%. Right now, as many as 30 million Americans are either out of work or severely underemployed. Trust me, the vast majority of them aren’t throwing parties to toast “falling” unemployment.

There’s another reason why the official rate is misleading. Say you’re an out-of-work engineer or healthcare worker or construction worker or retail manager: If you perform a minimum of one hour of work in a week and are paid at least $20 — maybe someone pays you to mow their lawn — you’re not officially counted as unemployed in the much-reported 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

Yet another figure of importance that doesn’t get much press: those working part time but wanting full-time work. If you have a degree in chemistry or math and are working 10 hours part time because it is all you can find — in other words, you are severely underemployed — the government doesn’t count you in the 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

There’s no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.

Charles Krauthammer tonight slammed President Barack Obama’s remarks today at the National Prayer Breakfast, where Obama compared ISIS attacks to the violence committed by Christians in the Crusades.

“Humanity has been grappling with these questions throughout human history. Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ,” Obama said.

Krauthammer told Sean Hannity, “I was stunned that the president could say something so at once banal and offensive.”

Krauthammer noted that the speech came two days after a shocking act of barbarism, yet Obama’s message is to remember the Crusades. Krauthammer remarked that the story of the Crusades is over, and today’s story is of the overwhelming barbarism due to radical Islam.
