Mary Nunes Missing Since 2004 from New Hampshire Finally Found Trying to Enter the United States … 50 Year Old Scott Kelley Arrested for Non-Custodial Kidnapping

19 year old Mary Nunes found after a decade …

Mary Nunes has been missing since November 2004 in New Hampshire when at the age of 8 years old, she was kidnapped and taken to Costa Rica by her step father Scott Kelley and mother amid a custody dispute in 1996. The girls mother claimed she did so because the father, who had full custody was abusive. However, the authorities never believed those claims and never filed any charges against the missing girls father.  Mary Nunes had been missing more than a decade when authorities got a tip that Scott Kelly and Mary Nunes were attempting to gain passports to return to the United States. The authorities allowed them both to be issued temporary passports and when they arrives to the United States.

50 year old Scott Kelly was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia by US Marshall’s last Wednesday at 2PM. Kelly is currently in custody at a Clayton County jail and awaiting to be extradited to New Hampshire where he will face kidnapping charges of an 8 year old girl. Mary Nunes’ mother, Genevieve Kelley, had previously returned to the US in 2014 and turned herself in to the authorities.   Genevieve Kelley remains on track for a May 8 trial after Judge Peter Bornstein on March 24 denied a motion to dismiss the state’s charge of custodial interference pending in Coos County.

According to a spokesperson with the U.S. Marshals, 50-year-old Scott Kelly has been wanted in New Hampshire since November 2004 when he was accused of the non-custodial kidnapping of Mary Nunes, who was 8-years-old at the time.

Police say that on April 13, Kelly and Nunes, now 19, went to the U.S. Consulate in Costa Rica to request passports to return the U.S. It was at this time that police say they discovered the warrant for Kelly and realized Nunes was reported missing.

Police say a temporary passport was issued for both Kelly and Nunes and they were allowed to return to the U.S. When they arrived at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport around 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, police say Kelly was immediately arrested.

UPDATE I: Panama City gang rape: ‘Spring break as we know it is over’.

File this one under, its a bout friggin time. Spring break in Panama City has been out of control for years, but sadly it took a disgusting and vile gang rape while hundreds of people looked on and did nothing to so outrage a community to be able to finally overlook the monetary gain. SICK!

Authorities in Panama City Beach, in the spotlight after video of an alleged gang rape went viral, say it’s not the first video of its kind they’ve seen, and they are sick of it.

While the video is “one of the most disgusting, repulsive, sickening things that I’ve seen this year on Panama City Beach,” it’s not an isolated incident, Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen said.

“This is not the first video we’ve recovered. It’s not the second video. It’s not the third video. There’s a number of videos we’ve recovered with things similar to this, and I can only imagine how many things we haven’t recovered.”

28 Year Old Ashley Pegram Missing Since 4/3/15 in Dorchester County, SC after Date with Man She Met on Kik (Update: 30 Year Old Edward Bonilla Arrested)

28 year old Ashley Pegram has been missing since April 3, 2015 in Dorchester County, South Carolina after she went out on a date she met via the instant messaging service Kik. Pegram, a mother of three who lives in the Clemson Terrace neighborhood near Summerville, left home about 9:30 p.m. on her date and has not been seen nor heard from since.  According to the incident report from the Sheriff’s Office, Pegram’s family identified the user name of the 18-year-old man she went out with. According to her sister, Pegram was not carrying a cellphone, credit cards or other identification.  Ashley Pegram’s sister shares a cellphone with her, and they were able to find text messages indicating the man lives in Hanahan. The acquaintance Pegram met via Kik and who would be the last person ever to see her told police that she was heavily intoxicated so he kicked her out of his car around midnight near Main Street in Berkeley County.

Really, Ashley Pegram was heavily intoxicated so her date kicked her out of the car around midnight? Who is he, Joran Van der Sloot? This story is hardly believable. Police believe that foul play may be involved. Ya think?

UPDATE I: Man who went out on date with missing  Ashley Pegram identified as 18-year-old Emoney Dom of Hanahan.

An incident report states the woman’s sister found text messages between Pegram and her date, who identified himself on the dating application as 18-year-old Emoney Dom of Hanahan.

Dom reportedly told the sister that he kicked Pegram out of his car near a Kangaroo Gas Station on Main Street in Berkeley County around midnight.

Detectives are continuing to investigate Dom’s involvement.

Deputies say Pegram was last seen in the early morning hours of April 4 at a gas station on College Park Road. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Foul play is “a definite possibility,” Dorchester County deputies say.

Deputies say the Summerville woman was reported missing by family on April 4. Family members say they last saw Pegram on Friday, April 3 around 9 p.m. when she left to go on a date with an unknown man that she was talking with on the social media site “Kik.”

That man was later identified as Bonilla, officials say.

Pilot Arrested After Small Aircraft Lands Near Capitol (Update: Man Identified as 61 Year Old Doug Hughes)

BIZARRE … HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IN A POST-9-11 WORLD?

A small single man aircraft flew through restricted airspace in Washington, DC and landed on the lawn of the U.S. Capitol. The pilot was arrested after making what he called an act of civil disobedience and a protest against campaign finance reform. WHAT THE HELL? According to authorities, no weapons were found on the plane and a bomb squad found nothing hazardous on the aircraft. With all the screw-ups lately by the Secret Service in allowing individuals onto the White House grounds, maybe some one would like to explain this one?

HOW IN THE WORLD DID THIS FLYING GO-CART, GYROPLANE, MAKE IT THRU RESTRICTED AIRSPACE AND THIS CLOSE TO THE CAPITAL WITHOUT GETTING BLOWN OUT OF THE SKY?

A Florida mailman bent on making a public statement about corruption in Congress flew a small one-man aircraft through restricted airspace and landed on the lawn of the U.S. Capitol Wednesday, the latest in a recent series of startling security breaches at the seat of government in Washington.

No weapons were found on the plane and the man stated he was making an act of civil disobedience. But the sight of his low and slow-flying aircraft approaching and landing by Washington’s most famous landmarks prompted a brief security lockdown at the Capitol and raised broader concerns about the effectiveness of security measures in an area that home to all three branches of government.

He described the plane as “a 250-pound ultralight gyroplane,” a type of aircraft often called a “gyrocopter,” made from kits and propelled by a small motor with room for only a pilot on board. “I’m the pilot,” he wrote.

“What’s unique and newsworthy is the delivery,” he wrote to the TV station. “I’m going to land my gyro on the front lawn of the Capitol Building at the top end of the National Mall. The issue is important enough to defy the no-fly zone and risk life and limb, and my freedom in pursuit of an honest government that represents the people.”

On the website, he wrote: “This isn’t my regular route. I’m a mailman in Riverview, FL – near Tampa. I’m 61 years old, married, with four children. I flew with my father who was a private pilot, fixed wing and almost helicopter. I’ve been flying gyrocopters for over a year.”
