Mark Levine Blasts FOX News … The Big Fox News Debate ‘Wasn’t a Debate, It was a REALITY SHOW’ … They Owe America an Apology

Conservative radio talk show host Mark Levine blasts FOX News debate … its wasn’t a debate, it was a reality show.

Actually, I could not agree more. There was an agenda going on during this debate; however, it was not to get to the facts, policies and beliefs of the candidates, it was a FOX News rating agenda. It was not supposed to be about the 24 million people who watched the debate so that FOX could pat themselves on the back. This was supposed to be about getting to know the candidates and weeding some out so that there are not 17 Republicans running for the GOP nominee.

He emphasized that he’s not ‘trashing’ Fox News, despite what other headlines may say. He’s proffering his criticism as a serious person and he believes that debate questions should be pertinent to the American people.

Levin said the first hour was disastrous and pointed out that the second question was completely unfair and proceeded to debunk part of it. He also said question the abortion questions, saying that these Republican candidates were getting hammered because they are pro-life.

“When a moderator has an agenda they should at least try and conceal it somewhat,” Levin noted.

And this has nothing to do with the Megyn Kelly/Donald Trump dust up, because the entire debate was like that. WHAT THE HELL FOX? If I wanted to watch snarky moderators ask GOP candidates questions with a tone of Media Matters opposition research I would have tuned into ABC, CNN, CBS, NBC or MSNBC for that matter. I am not a Donald Trump supporter or defender, but it wasn’t just Trump that Megyn Kelly and crew aimed their snark at. To all Republicans, conservatives and Independents, review the debate that aired at 5 pm and then take a look at the one from 8 pm, they are no way the same. One was professional and informative, the one hosted by Megyn Kelly et all was nothing for than attempt to spur on a food fight.

An added note … Shame on you Erick Erickson, a paid FOX News contributor.

GOP Presidential Candidate Ben Carson from the Fox News Republican Debate … “There is No Such Thing as a Politically Correct War”

We will be showing some of the better moments from the Fox News Republican Presidential candidate debate, because trust me I have much to say later regarding this debate and FOX News. Shame on you FOX for this liberal-like gotcha, low rent, Media Matters-like opposition research attack questions that passed as a debate.

The debate can be seen HERE.

One of the individuals I thought did a fantastic job was Ben Carson

Former neurosurgeon Ben Carson is a political outsider and one of the reasons why we love him. His matter of fact tone and answers make him a favorite amongst those who can’t stand the political-insider elite political class. As Ben Carson answers Megyn Kelly’s lame question on water-boarding, Carson hit it out of the park and started by making an interesting comment about wondering whether he was ever going to get to speak again during the debate. I had wondered the same thing. Sadly, moderators like Kelly think this was about her. Ben Carson stated, “I would not necessarily be broadcasting to everybody what we are going to do. We have gotten into this mindset of fighting politically correct wars, there is no such thing as a politically correct war.”

Carson’s comment on race relations in the United States was a home run and I believe that Martin Luther King Jr. stood up, nodded and cheered.

”There is No Such Thing as a Politically Correct War”

I would not necessarily be broadcasting to everybody what we are going to do.” We have gotten into this mindset of fighting politically correct wars, there is no such thing as a politically correct war.

Race Relations in America – (go to the 6:30 mark of video)

I was asked by an  NPR reporter once, why don’t I talk about race that often? I said that is because I am a neurosurgeon.
And she thought that was a strange response. I said that when I take someone to the operating room, I am actually operating on the thing
that makes them who they are, the skin doesn’t make them who they are, the hair does not make them who they are and its time for us to move beyond that.
Our strength as a nation comes in our unity. We are the United States of America, not the divided states and those that want to destroy us are trying to divide us.

Ben Carson’s Closing Statement

I’m the only here who has separated Siamese twins. The only one to operate on babies still in the mother’s womb.
The only one to take out half of a brain, although you would think if you go to Washington that some one had beaten me to it.

Because freedom is not free and we must fight for it every day. Everyone of us must fight for it because we are fighting for our children and the next generation.

Carly Fiorina Shines at the GOP Happy Hour Debate and then Owns Chris Matthews in Post-Debate Interview (VIDEO)

HEY GOP, MOVE CARLY FIORINA TO THE BIG BOYS TABLE …

Its time to move Carly Fiorina from the little table to the big one. For anyone who objectively watched the early debate yesterday from Cleveland with the 7 candidates that FOX News dubbed not ready for prime-time, it was obvious that Carly Fiorina won the ‘Happy Hour’ debate. And it was not even close. Although, I do not agree with all of her positions, Carly Fiorina’s positions and comments are truly straight forward, biting and correct. The former Hewlett-Packard chief executive Carly Fiorina ripped President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran and called Hillary Clinton a liar.

Carly Fiorina: First Phone Calls to Iran/Israel If Elected

VIDEO – WSJ

In a post-debate interview, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews was absolutely stunned that GOP presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina would call Hillary Clinton a liar. Imagine that. A note to Chris Matthews, Hillary Clinton is a liar and many Americans have a serious issue with Clinton’s trustworthiness. Carly did not back down and gave three very clear instances when Hillary lied to the American people. She said to uber-lib Matthews that Americans are sick and “tired of sanitized sound bites and bumper sticker rhetoric.”

Washington Free Beacon – Fiorina Runs Circles Around Chris Matthews Over Hillary’s Record.

Matthews took issue with Fiorina calling Clinton a liar in her closing statement, but Fiorina shot back that Clinton lied about Benghazi, the Middle East, and her private email server.

“First, I was very specific about the subjects about which I think she has lied. I didn’t say she lied about everything,” Fiorina said. “I was very specific, very fact-based, actually. You are the one who has made a generalized comment now about her, not me.”

Matthews tried to interrupt the only female Republican candidate, but Fiorina spoke over him and explained why she thought Clinton lied. She then made her case why Clinton should fear debating her.

“I will debate her on the issues facing this nation,” she said. “I will debate her on her positions. I will ask her, for example, how she can possibly continue to defend Planned Parenthood. I will ask her why she continues to say she is a champion of the middle class while every single proposal she has put forward makes crony capitalism worse and worse and worse [and] makes income inequality worse.

“I would ask her why she declared victory in Iraq in 2011, why she called Bashar al-Assad a positive reformer, why she thought she could stop Putin’s ambition, a man I have met, with a gimmicky red reset button. I will ask her why she got every policy wrong as secretary of state. That’s how I’ll debate her, on the issues.”

Another note to Chris Matthews, it is not your job to question some one why they would call Hillary Clinton a liar, but it is your job yo question Hillary Clinton on her multitude of lies. Hey Chris, when it comes to Hillary and lying, if the shoe fits.

Mitt Romney Rips Barack Obama on His Past Comments and Foreign Policy, Says Hillary Clinton & Obama are Two Peas in the Same Pod … Romney Says He Will not Run Again for President

Whether you like Mitt Romney or not, Romney was correct during the 2012 Presidential race and debates and Obama was dead wrong.

AMERICA HAS BUYER’S REMORSE … Former Massachusetts Governor and 2012 Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney appeared on FOX News Sunday and shredded Barack Obama, his lack of a foreign policy and his disastrous out of touch presidency. In retrospect, does anyone really not think that Romney would have been a better choice than Obama? During the 2012 presidential debates Obama had nothing but condescending one liners like when Romney was discussing the dwindling size of the navy, Obama mocked him by replying, “we also have fewer horses and bayonets.” Then there was the condescending Obama comments when Romney had stated that Russia was one of the biggest Geo-political threats, Obama quipped that “the 1980′s are now calling for their foreign policy back.” It makes for a good joke, but could Obama have ever been more wrong? Hey Barack … what do you think of Vladimir Putin now?

Mitt Romney also went on to say that he thinks he would have made a better president than Barack Obama; however, Romney also stated that he is not running again. Romney stated he had his chance and his time has passed. But it is obvious to many that Romney would have made a better president and that the American people have buyer’s remorse. A recent CNN poll indicated that if the 2012 presidential election was held today, Romney would defeat Obama 53% to 44%.

Romney also said that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are one in the same.

“I look for instance at her record as secretary of state. Look, her record is Barack Obama’s record in foreign policy, and it’s a disaster,” Romney said. Citing the ongoing conflagrations in the Middle East and the Ukraine and the current administration’s inaction, Romney said: “If you can’t speak decisively, you can’t be decisive. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are two peas in the same pod.”

And to the folks over at Crooks and Liars who have nothing but MEAN things to say about Romney’s appearance on FNS where all he was doing was answering the questions he was asked, Elmer Fudd would have made a better president than Barack Milhous Obama. Romney was not crying he was not elected, America is crying. Had Americans known that Obamacare was a lie, Benghazi was another lie and coverup and IRS-gate … Obama would have lost in a landslide, as he should have.

Hmm, Hillary Clinton’s Ratings Slip in Recent WSJ/NBC Poll … Its a Long Way to 2016

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is widely considered the front-runner for the Democrat nomination for President in 2016 and many believe the next President of the United States. However, the same could be said to be true in 2008 when from out of no where an unqualified, novice Senator from Illinois defeated her in the primaries. A new WSJ/NBC poll shows that Hillary Clinton’s poll numbers have slipped a bit as 46% view her positively and 33% view her in a negative light. Her positive rating is down 10% from April. As Obama’s poll numbers plummet, Hillary’s appear to be sliding as well.

What difference does it make that I failed on the International stage in Benghazi and four Americans died?

Hillary Clinton’s public image has slumped in recent months, with younger voters, Democrats and independents taking a less enthusiastic view of her, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll shows.

Overall, 46% registered a positive view of the ex-secretary of state, compared to 33% who expressed a negative opinion. As recently as April, 56% saw Mrs. Clinton in a positive light.

Mrs. Clinton has not yet declared her intentions in the 2016 presidential race, but if she runs she would be the solid front-runner in the Democratic field, public polling has shown.

From The Politico, Hillary Clinton is losing ground with young voters.

The poll also highlights that Clinton is losing support among younger voters, independents and even within her own party. She dropped 15 percentage points since April among 18- to 34-year-olds who said they had a positive view of Clinton to 38 percent. Additionally, her approval rating among independents fell from 46 percent to 35 percent. Clinton’s approval among Democrats also fell by 12 points, from 88 percent in April to 76 percent in the most recent poll.

Obviously Hillary Clinton is the front-runner for 2016 as she has the greatest name recognition; however, she does face several obstacles that could be her undoing.

  1. Because Hillary Clinton has such name recognition and is a known commodity, very few are going to have no opinion or not know they name so she has very little upside in undecided individuals.
  2. Hillary Clinton is considered part of the “Washington establishment” and by the time 2016 rolls around the American people may be beyond completely fed up with Washington “insiders”.
  3. After 8 years of Barack Obama and an exasperated America, the voters may just be exhausted of having a Democrat in the White House.
  4. If Obamacare continues to be the disaster that it is and implodes as the model is pretty much unsustainable the Americans are going to be in no mood for Hillary Healthcare either.
  5. Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi … when the truth comes out and it will come out, it will be damning for Hillary Clinton. She is going to rue the day she made the comment, “What difference does it make … “  She is going to be savaged in the debates and going to have to answer for Benghazi and why she turned a deaf ear to warnings and requests for more security.
  6. Obama Fatigue and he may be so unpopular and toxic at that point that it taints her run.
  7. The outcome of the 2014 elections.
  8. If the economy continues to stink, pathetic job growth, low employment participation rate, record federal debt and record food stamp participants, America is going to want a change of parties at the top.
  9. Did we say Benghazi?
  10. Hillary Clinton will be 69 years old in 2016 and is there that young Democrat candidate that we have not even heard of yet that will steal her thunder as Obama did in 2008?
