Stormy Daniels Arrested While Performing at Ohio Strip Club … Broke the Community Defense Act

PORN STAR STORMY DANIELS ARRESTED …

According to CBS News, porn actress Stormy Daniels was arrested at an Ohio strip club in Columbus for violating the Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act. This prohibits anyone who isn’t a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer. As per reports, Daniels is accused of letting patrons touch her. It certainly makes for one hell of a mugshot. Daniel’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, claims it was a set up and politically motivated. Really? Did she or did she not break the law as defined by the State of Ohio and the Community Defense Act? The answer would appear to be yes. The claim that she has done this other places and had not been arrested is a ridiculous argument. That is like telling a police officer he can’t arrest you for speeding because you had been speeding all day and had not been arrested. Stormy Daniels has put herself out there. I hardly think this was politically motivated. Had it been it would have more looked like how the Deep state has done after Trump.

Porn actress Stormy Daniels was arrested at an Ohio strip club and is accused of letting patrons touch her in violation of a state law, her attorney said early Thursday. While Daniels was performing Wednesday night at Sirens, a strip club in Columbus, some patrons touched her in a “non-sexual” way, her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told The Associated Press.

An Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act prohibits anyone who isn’t a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.

Early Thursday, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released a mugshot of Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

Daniels was in police custody early Thursday morning and was expected to face a misdemeanor charge, Avenatti said.

She was released on bail before 6 a.m. Thursday.

“This was a complete set up,” he said. “It’s absurd that law enforcement resources are being spent to conduct a sting operation related to customers touching performers in a strip club in a non-sexual manner.”

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) Introduces Bill Making First-Time Illegal Border Crossing a Felony … Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act

As reported at Town Hall, Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) has introduced a bill that makes first time illegal border crossing a felony. The bill is called the Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act. First I would like to say to all in Congress past and present, how in the hell is it a frigging misdemeanor to violate our borders? What the hell have you people been doing for the past God knows how many years?!? SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!  How is it not a felony already for an individual to violate our sovereignty? That is a crime.

The bill makes illegal crossing into the United States a felony with a prison sentence of one year and one day. It also as Rep. Black explains, “if they were to try to come back to the United States at another point in time through a legal means, they would either not be accepted or it would be very difficult for them to come into the United States so it’s a real deterrent.”

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) introduced a bill Tuesday which would make a first-time illegal border crossing a felony rather than a misdemeanor. Speaking with Townhall, Rep. Black explained how this change, along with others, creates simple disincentives against coming to the United States illegally.

Black explained the two, main features of her Zero Tolerance for Illegal Entry Act.

First, the bill would make first-time illegal border crossings a felony with a prison sentence of one year and one day. First-time illegal border crossings are currently misdemeanors with a prison sentence of six months or less.

“Now the important thing about that,” Black explained, “is that if they were to try to come back to the United States at another point in time through a legal means, they would either not be accepted or it would be very difficult for them to come into the United States so it’s a real deterrent.”

This is the difference between a politician looking to become Governor of Tennessee and a common sense thinking individual. A deterrent? YOU WANT A DETERRENT!!! I will give you a deterrent and what the penalty should be for a Zero Tolerance for illegal entry. ZERO means zero and if you wanted to really see illegal crossings go down, provide a real deterrent. A year in a US jail is easier that making the the illegal crossing. I am all for legal immigration and believe changes need to be made to make provisions that make sense for what is best for the United States. However, illegal crossing needs to be stopped and it would appear that both Republicans and Democrats never wanted to. The bill should read as follows:

1. First time offense for illegal crossing into the United States is a felony with a 10 year prison sentence.
2. After you have served your 10 years, you will be deported back to place of origin at illegal’s expense.
3. Upon convicted of first time offense, you will never be allowed to legally enter the United States EVER.
4. Your immediate family will also not be allowed to enter legally either if previously convicted of a felony crossing … there is some reverse chain migration.

These politicians need to suck it up and protect our borders. Not kinda protect them or not give a damn at all. Illegal is illegal. Treat it that way. There is a right way and a wrong way to enter the United States. To all the immigrants that come to America legally, WELCOME!!! For the others.

Despite Subpoena … FBI Attorney Lisa Page Will Not Appear Before Judiciary Committee on Wednesday

FBI attorney Lisa Page will not comply with a Congressional subpoena and appear before a closed door Judicial hearing today. It appears that the former FBI love-bird has not had enough time to prepare. REALLY, not enough time? Defy a Congressional subpoena? So just what does Page have to hide from Congress and We the People? Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok were caught making some rather outlandish and bias texts against Donald Trump. They were so free and willing to text each other when they thought no one was watching, so then why doesn’t she want to explain herself? Strzok, her former boyfriend, is slated to appear in a public hearing on Thursday.  The corruption, bias and conspiracy that took place at the highest levels of the FBI and DOJ is breath-taking.

These lovebird should soon be jailbirds. Let alone the conspiracy to affect an election these two took part in, they should be jailed for the amount of time they sent each other tens of thousands of texts to each other of a personal nature while they were on the job and being paid with tax payer money.

Page’s lawyer said in a statement obtained by Politico that she will not comply with a congressional subpoena to testify before the House Judiciary and the Oversight and Government Reform Committees.

“Instead of responding to our requests to explain the scope of the interview and provide sufficient notice to allow her to prepare, the Committees chose to issue a subpoena,” Page’s attorney wrote.

“The Committees would be asking Lisa about materials she has not yet been shown,” the lawyer continued. “As a result, Lisa is not going to appear for an interview at this time.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) blasted Page’s announcement in a statement Tuesday night, accusing the former FBI lawyer of having “something to hide.”

“She has known for months that the House Judiciary Committee has sought her testimony as part of our joint investigation with the Oversight Committee into decisions made by the Justice Department in 2016, and she has no excuse for her failure to appear,” Goodlatte wrote.

“We will use all tools at our disposal to obtain her testimony. Americans across the country are alarmed at the bias exhibited by top officials at the Justice Department and FBI, and it is imperative Congress conduct vigorous oversight to ensure that never happens again.”

From The Hill comes the following as Democrats question whether Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren can really take on President Trump in the 2020 elections. The question is, can a far-LEFT Progressive who calls for the abolitionism of ICE really win back blue-collar Democrats from President Trump in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania? Can a liberal Democrat elite win or even come close in a southern state? The answer is likely no on both accounts. There lies the problem for the Democrats. The problem is that the Democrat party has gone too far LEFT and is being pushed off the cliff by the likes of self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders. Now you have the likes of Warren, a progressive made from the same cloth as a possible challenger to Trump to change the minds of the blue collar Dems in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania? Hardly. In fact, Democrats might just lose the “rust belt” forever.

It’s a question many Democrats are pondering as Warren — one of the leading contenders for her party’s presidential nomination, if she chooses to run in 2020 — goes back and forth with the president over immigration and other issues.

Warren (D-Mass.) has shown an ability to rally and excite progressives, she’s a proven fundraiser and she has policy bona fides from her work in the Senate.

Yet there are creeping doubts among some Democrats that she’s the best candidate to take on Trump.

Some worry the former Harvard professor will have a tough time winning back the Rust Belt centrists and independents who abandoned Hillary Clinton and Democrats for Trump.

“I just can’t see a blue-collar, Rust Belt guy voting for her,” said one Democratic strategist who has worked on presidential campaigns. “I think the party needs to be realistic about that.”

Some Democrats almost certainly remain shellshocked from the last election after Trump’s surprise win. He became the first Republican to win the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan in a presidential election since 1988 and the first Republican to win Wisconsin since President Reagan in 1984.

If Democrats don’t retake those states in 2020, their chances of winning the Electoral College will fall.
