Christine Blasey Ford lawyers know say she will testify before Congress, but with conditions. They stated that she will not testify on Monday,  The right to confront your accuser is one of the basic tenants of law in the United States, as well as the presumption of innocent. But not when it comes of all things to decide on the selection of a Supreme Court Justice. Does anyone see a problem with that? Democrat already know that Kavanaugh is guilty before they have ever heard from the accuser or the accused. Seriously! So lets understand this, Christine Blasey Ford is accusing Brett Kavanaugh of forcing himself on her at 1982 party somewhere in Montgomery County, MD and Democrats know she is telling the truth merely on the accusation. However, Christine Blasey Ford cannot say for sure when the 36 year old assault was committed, she cannot say where the assault was committed and she has admitted she was 15 years old and drinking alcohol.

Christine Blasey Ford opened the possibility she would testify before Congress about her accusation of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

An email her lawyers sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee said Ford “would be prepared to testify next week” if the senators offer her “terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.”

The message came a day ahead of a 10 a.m. Friday deadline set by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley for Ford to decide whether she would appear before a hearing he set for Monday.

Testifying Monday, however, “is not possible and the Committee’s insistence that it occur then is arbitrary in any event,” Ford’s lawyers wrote.

“As you are aware, she has been receiving death threats, which have been reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and she and her family have been forced out of their home,” the email said. “She wishes to testify, provided that we can agree on terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.”

Here are the conditions that Ford’s attorney put forward in order for her to testify. Ford’s lawyers outlined these demands, according to a source close to the process. So the individual who so wanted to testify and accuse Kavanaugh now has demands. Why would that be? The one that should stand out more than anything is the one highlighted in red. In what world do these people live in because it is obviously not America. The accuser does not go second, they go first. I mean seriously, in America under the United States Law an individual has the right to confront their accuser. How in the hell would Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh know what the f*ck he is supposed to respond to if Christine Blasey Ford did not go first and make put forth her accusations. But this just shows the disingenuous of the negotiations.

• Ford will not appear any sooner than next Thursday;
• No questions to be asked at hearing by any outside counsel — only by Senators;
• Mark Judge must be subpoenaed;
• Kavanaugh would testify first, then Ford would testify, and Kavanaugh would have no opportunity to respond or rebut;
• The Friday deadline for her to provide written statement before the hearing would be waived
• Provide adequate security;
• Only one pool camera in hearing room;
• Ford and Kavanaugh allotted the same amount of time to talk.

Jobless Claims Fall to Lowest in Nearly 49 Years Since 1969

As reported at CNBC, the number of Americans filing for unemployment benefits fell last week, hitting near a 49-year low of 201,000. That is the lowest level since November 1969. The rate of layoffs in the U.S. have been declining for years and are now near the lowest levels in half a century.

This is why you elected Donald Trump president. He can only continue the amazing economy with a Republican, and more so Conservative Republican House and Senate.

The number of Americans filing for unemployment benefits unexpectedly fell last week, hitting near a 49-year low in a sign the job market remains strong.

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits fell by 3,000 to a seasonally adjusted level of 201,000 for the week ended Sept. 15, the Labor Department said on Thursday. That is the lowest level since November 1969. Data for the prior week’s claims was unrevised.

Economists polled by Reuters had forecast claims rising to 210,000 in the latest week.

The Labor Department said only claims for Hawaii were estimated last week. The four-week moving average of initial claims, considered a better measure of labor market trends as it irons out week-to-week volatility, declined by 2,250 to 205,750 last week, the lowest level since December 1969.

America, wake up. Under President Donald J. Trump we have not seen these finds of economic numbers in half a century. This is historic. Unemployment benefit claims at record lows, black unemployment at record lows, Hispanic unemployment at record lows, a current unheard of 3.9% unemployment rate, 4.2% GDP last quarter and consumer and business optimism is through the roof. Trump has renegotiated NAFTA with Mexico for a better US deal and is about to do the same with Canada.

A note to Republicans, Independents and blue color, hard working Democrats … this is what you wanted! This is why you elected Donald Trump in 2016. Look what he has made possible in less than 2 years. If you want all this to come crashing down then by all means put the Democrats back in control in the House and Senate and watch the collapse of the economy. The Trump Economy: Yesterday DOW Closed at 26,656 for a New All-Time High

DOW 26,656 AND CLIMBING …

Today the DOW closed at 26,656 for a new all-time high.  The previous record was set in January 2018 at 26,616. Simply amazing! Yesterday the DOW reaches its 100th all time high since candidate Trump was elected President. The DOW is up almost 8800 points since Trump was elected. You might want to remember this bit of good news and what it has done for the economy and your 401k’s before you cast a vote in this November’s midterm elections. Its up to the American people if you want Anti-Trump, Resistance Democrats to control the power in the House of Representatives and Senate and watch all these economic gains come crashing down.

Currently the DOW is up again today.

The S&P 500 closed at a record for the 89th time Thursday since the election, and numerous S&P 500 component stocks set records. Shares of companies in various sectors of the economy set records on Thursday, evidence that the strong economy is benefiting many industries.

Remember when Donald Trump was elected on 11/4/2016 the DOW was 17,888 and down some 700 points. All of the LEFT know-nothings, Never-Trumpers and Left-wing media pundits said Trump would crash the economy and the stock markets. The same know-nothings and Leftist hacks said Trump’s tariffs would crash the economy and stock markets. They could never have been more wrong.

U.S. stocks rose in early trading on Friday, with Wall Street extending its recent uptrend and pushing further into record territory.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.15% rose 81 points, or 0.3%, to 26,738, hitting an all-time intraday high in early trading. The S&P 500 SPX, +0.15% gained 8 points to 2,939, a rise of 0.3% that took it to new records of its own. The Nasdaq Composite Index COMP, -0.11% which remains about 1% below record levels, rose 21 points, or 0.3%, to 8,049.25.

As reported at CNN, Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, she will not testify on Monday. She states there must be a FBI investigation first. HUH? So the woman who 35 years later makes a sexual assault allegation and cannot tell anyone for sure where or when it took place now demands an FBI investigation? Just what are they supposed to investigate? This is what the politicization and weaponizing of the #MeToo movement looks like. An individual who makes such an accusation after all these years, after all the statutes of limitations have run out, sorry, you need to defend your accusations. You are being provided an opportunity to tell your story and now you are saying no.

The woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault says the FBI should investigate the incident before senators hold a hearing on the allegations.

In a letter addressed to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa, and obtained by CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys argue that “a full investigation by law enforcement officials will ensure that the crucial facts and witnesses in this matter are assessed in a non-partisan manner, and that the Committee is fully informed before conducting any hearing or making any decisions.”

The letter from Ford’s lawyers notes that despite receiving a “stunning amount of support from her community,” Ford has also “been the target of vicious harassment and even death threats” and has been forced to leave her home.

“We would welcome the opportunity to talk with you and Ranking Member Feinstein to discuss reasonable steps as to how Dr. Ford can cooperate while also taking care of her own health and security,” the letter from Ford’s lawyers said.

Ford’s attorney Lisa Banks told Cooper that Ford will talk with the committee but added, “She is not prepared to talk with them at a hearing on Monday.”

The accuser was given an opportunity to be heard, now she wants to delay this and turn it to even more of a circus. Sorry if this looks like a total polical hit job and an orchestrated Democrat ploy to delay the Kavanaugh vote. This delay of producing this letter was purposeful.

As reported at the National Review, Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA-D) told reporters on Capitol Hill when asked if she believed Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation, “[Ford] is a woman that has been, I think, profoundly impacted. On this . . . I can’t say that everything is truthful. I don’t know.” WHAT!?! This coming from the Senator that has started this chaos at the 11th hour? Senator Dianne Feinstein of California conceded Tuesday that she can’t attest to the veracity of Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when they were in high school.

“[Ford] is a woman that has been, I think, profoundly impacted. On this . . . I can’t say that everything is truthful. I don’t know,” Feinstein told reporters on Capitol Hill when asked if she believed the allegation.

Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, has been maligned by her Republican colleagues for failing to disclose the sexual-harassment accusation after initially being made aware of it via a letter from Ford in July.

Asked why she did not make her Judiciary Committee colleagues aware of the allegation at the beginning of Kavanaugh’s vetting process, Feinstein hesitated before citing Ford’s desire to remain anonymous.
