And now the fallout from the family of the 17 year old Brazilian beauty and the “butt shot” seen round the world.
According to the NY Post, the mad-as-hell mama of the 17-year-old Brazilian beauty would have boxed their ears if she was present.
“If I were there, I would have boxed their ears,” said Lucia Rodrigues, 37. “They should be ashamed of themselves.”
Patriarch Eduardo Tavares, after finally getting around to seeing the famous photo of his daughter from behind, quickly changed his tune from proud papa to furious father.
“My daughter is not a model and she is not a sex symbol,” he told The Post. “That photograph has ruined my whole family.”

Has the family of the girl seen the entire video? Did the family of the girl respond in English or are you relying on a translation of their comments? And I would give Dubya the same pass under the same circumstances. So how do you know what they saw or did not see? The same can be asked?

I have viewed the video several times closely. I think it’s rather obvious that indeed O was “appreciating” the young girl’s tush.

SM #7, I wasn’t trying to make a point about the family; I was asking questions about the point you were trying to make. The only point I was trying to make was that the video of the event clearly shows that Obama was not checking out the young lady’s behind. The still camera-angle is deceiving.
Since you said that the family only saw newspaper accounts, I am inferring that they have not seen the video. Do you know any different?
