Isn’t this priceless … former VP Dick Cheney is more popular in a Gallup Poll than current Speaker of the House Nancy “I know nothing about waterbaording” Pelosi. Cheney is at 37% and on the rise, as Casey Casem would say with a bullet, while Pelosi is at 34% and sinking fast.
Yes, that’s right … Dick Cheney is ahead of my by almost 4% points in the polls
Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Dick Cheney have little in common politically, but they receive almost identical image ratings from the American public. According to a May 29-31 Gallup Poll, 37% of Americans have a favorable view of Cheney and 34% have a favorable view of Pelosi. Both Cheney and Pelosi are viewed unfavorably by at least half of Americans.
The trend … Cheney is up 7% since January 2009 while Pelosi is down 8% from approximately the same period of time. What a difference lying about waterboarding makes. One thing is for certain, Pelosi’s numbers are most likely to continue downward as she refuses to answer questions about waterboarding and accusations she made of the CIA, while Cheney’s now being out of office will go up.

Ah, too bad. All that hoop-la down in San Fran did nothing to change the conscience of the people and made her look like a fool… and the media had it all planned out. Another day off for the Speaker of the House!
WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BARRY ? why did you spend a million dollars to block disclosure of your birthplace and school records while (real) American candidates produced theirs ?
and that was a million dollars of (campaign) money democrats.
I might be out of the loop on this, but when Cheney’s numbers were so far in the tank (thereby making him a bad person, to say nothing of a corrupt VP) the Left was going bonkers.
Seriously, where’s the outrage from our side?
This woman thinks she can get ignore this waterboarding business?
The sad part is, she probably can… and get away with it.
It might have to get ugly, but getting ugly on this would be in the best interest of the country.
Why are Republicans refusing to play their role in the two party system?
They all fall sooner or later, Nancy!
