13 in Vancouver, OR

14 year old Katelyn Straup has been missing since Monday, September 23, 2013 in Vancouver, OR. She was last seen on Monday at around 11 pm near the intersection of 138th and Northeast 18th St.

Police say they are trying to locate Katelyn Straup, who has been missing since 11 p.m. Monday.

Katelyn is described as 5-feet-5, 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing her hair in a bun but there was no description of the clothing she was wearing.

She was reported missing from 14000 N.E. Keyes St. Police believe she is with a small caramel and white poodle named Sugar. She was last seen near the intersection of 138th and Northeast 18th St.
