Kelly Campbell-Baumgartner Charged with Attacking Husband William Baumgartner with Fork

Well, we have all heard the term, “stick a fork in it, this one’s done”. It would seem Kelly Campbell-Baumgartner has brought this saying to a whole new level. 46 year old Kelly Campbell-Baumgartner is accused of attacking her husband, 86 year old William Baumgartner, with a fork in a restaurant. Although her husband did not press charges, she id going to be charged with felony assault. It’s too bad that some states did not go after child molesters with the same vigor.

“She was waving her fork at him and pointing it at him and yelling,” Carl J. Schultz Jr. testified. “She was taking food off his plate with the fork and flinging it at him.”

Schultz said Campbell-Baumgartner leaned across the table at the suburban Detroit restaurant April 22 and nicked her husband’s face with the fork. He said he saw blood on Baumgartner’s face. (FOX News)

   What a “biotch” and what the hell is she doing married to a man 40 years older than she is???? Must be another “Anna Nicole Smith (gold digger) How gross!!! I hope her azz rots in jail for assaulting the old man

   In regards to the blue highlighted “too bad some states do not go after child molesters with the same vigor”.. How true! Children don’t have the same value in our legal system, as men, even cars!!!! This is the way it stands on the books in some states even though we, as individuals, are horrified! Take Vermont for example and several of its judges! No time for child molestors…..yet, I’ll bet this woman and car thieves would most certainly receive a hefty jail sentence.

   This article does not state that five months earlier she was charged with the three same counts for stabing her own mother eight times with…you got it a fork.
