Newspaper Circulation Continues their Decline … LA Times down 8%
As the internet gains strength, the printed newspapers continues its downward spiral in circulation. However, one paper seems to be gaining strength. The NY Post is up to # 5, ahead of the Washington Post, NY Daily News and Boston Globe.

the ny post is probably absorbing the readership of the ny times, which, sooner, rather than later, is going to become a homeless shelter, if the homeless can stand the odor of all the garbage they don’t get to print before they shut down permanently. oh well, we all have our dreams.

Let them sink. If all newspapers are like the ones I was formerly employed by they all deserve to sink and go out of business for the way they treat their employees…like slaves and peons who have no rights. I’d much rather read news on the internet and classifieds also…much more up-to-date.
You are absolutely right and IRIS Blog has the proof. Conservative papers have been steadily growing.
For example, the Post is now the #1 tabloid in New York after this year’s 5% jump and 19% growth over the past four years.
