James O’Keefe and Project Veritas have exposed another Democrat politician for the fraud and lair that they are. This time it is Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri. McCaskill is in a close race with GOP challenger Josh Hawley. The undercover video exposes exactly what many of us already know, a Democrat in a red state won by Donald Trump in 2016 has to lie to the voters. McCaskill’s campaign will say anything to get the moderate Republican vote and then do just the opposite once elected. To the people of Missouri, McCaskill voted against the tax cuts, she voted against Kavanaugh and pretty much the entire Trump agenda. Why would you want this representing you and halting all that President Trump has accomplished in less than two years? Why would you want Chuck Schumer (D-NY)  to be the Senate Majority leader?

The video shows McCaskill and her staff admitting that she supports banning semi-automatic weapons, bump stocks, high-capacity magazines, along with supporting other far-left policies.

Rob Mills, who works on McCaskill’s campaign, says in the video that McCaskill can’t be open about her policies because “she has a bunch of Republican voters” and “that could hurt her ability to get elected.”

Nicolas Starost, who also works McCaskill’s campaign, says in the video that former President Barack Obama isn’t campaigning for McCaskill because she doesn’t want to be cast as too far-left, even though she believes in the same policies that Obama does.

“Because of how like, cause he’s a very liberal candidate,” Starost says. “And like… Claire distancing herself from the party is gonna help her win more votes than it will saying like: ‘Oh here’s Obama, the former President of the United States, to now speak on my behalf.’ Which is unfortunate because I love Obama to pieces, and I’d love to see him come here.”

“And they essentially have the same views on everything?” the Project Veritas journalist asks.

“Yeah,” Starost responds. “People just can’t know that.”

Judge throws out Porn Star Stormy Daniels’s Defamation Lawsuit Against President Trump

STRIKE ONE, CPL AND STORMY DANIELS LOSE DEFAMATION CASE AGAINST TRUMP …

As it turns out, presidents have First Amendment rights too. On Monday U.S. District Judge S. James Otero dismissed a defamation lawsuit from adult-film actress Stormy Daniels and her CPL that claimed President Donald Trump defamed her when he suggested she had lied about being threatened to keep quiet about their alleged relationship. The judge also ordered that Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is also liable for Trump’s legal fees.

A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit from adult-film actress Stormy Daniels that claimed President Trump defamed her when he suggested she had lied about being threatened to keep quiet about their alleged relationship.

U.S. District Judge S. James Otero in Los Angeles ruled that Trump’s speech was protected by the First Amendment as the kind of “rhetorical hyperbole” normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States.” He ordered Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford, to pay Trump’s legal fees.

Trump attorney Charles Harder cheered Otero’s decision.

“No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today’s ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels,” Harder said in an emailed statement.

Great advice given to Daniels by her attorney to sue. CPL, Avenatti announced that they will appeal the case with the Ninth Circuit court. Great, adding more court fees to his client when she ultimately loses because free speech is free speech.

The Trump administration’s often overlooked list of achievements has surpassed those of former President Ronald Reagan at this time and more than doubled since the last tally of accomplishments after his first year in office, giving President Trump a solid platform to run for re-election on.

As Trump nears the two-year mark of his historic election and conducts political rallies around the country, during which he talks up his wins in hopes it will energize Republican voters, the administration has counted up 289 accomplishments in 18 categories, capped by the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

They include 173 major wins, such as adding more than 4 million jobs, and another 116 smaller victories, some with outsize importance, such as the 83 percent one-year increase in arrests of MS-13 gang members.

As reported at the Miami Herald, Democrat Donna Shalala is training her opponent, Republican TV journalist Maria Elvira Salazar, by 2 percentage points in a recent Mason Dixon-Telemundo 51 poll. This is a district where President Trump lost by almost 20 percentage points in 2016. It would appear much has changed. This is another indication that maybe this blue wave that has been espoused by Democrats and their propaganda media cohorts, does not exist.

Donna Shalala may be in trouble.

Shalala, a Democrat running in a district that President Donald Trump lost by nearly 20 percentage points in 2016, is trailing Republican TV journalist Maria Elvira Salazar by 2 percentage points in a Mason Dixon-Telemundo 51 poll. The independent poll’s margin of error was 4 percentage points and included a pro-Trump non-party candidate who could siphon votes from Salazar.

Salazar’s unique background as a journalist in a party dominated by President Donald Trump and her appeal with older, Spanish-speaking voters has enabled the GOP to remain competitive. Shalala, one of the most experienced first-time congressional candidates, won a competitive Democratic primary by less than 5 percentage points and has faced criticism from liberal Democrats and Republicans alike for her tenure leading the University of Miami, when campus janitors went on a hunger strike over low wages and the school acquired Cedars Medical Center.

The poll of 625 registered likely voters was conducted from Oct. 1 to Oct. 6, before Shalala began airing a TV ad that attempts to tie Salazar to Trump. Forty-three percent of respondents approve of Trump while 46 percent disapprove, according to the poll, while Salazar has a net favorable rating of 22 percentage points and Shalala has a net favorability rating of 4 points, though more voters recognize her than Salazar. Forty-two percent of voters support Shalala while 44 percent support Salazar, with 13 percent undecided.
