For 37 years Andres Avelino Anduaga who has been in the United States illegally has been defrauding the American tax payers. Andres Avelino Anduaga plead guilty in San Diego federal court on Thursday that he assumed the fake identity of a Texas resident named Abraham Riojos in 1980 after obtaining a fraudulent birth certificate, and then successfully applied for a California driver’s license, Social Security number and passport. From 1989 to 2016 this illegal admitted he received around $361,000 in benefits. WTF!!!

Andres Avelino Anduaga, 66 – who hails from Tijuana, Mexico – admitted in San Diego federal court on Thursday that he assumed the fake identity of a Texas resident named Abraham Riojos in 1980 after obtaining a fraudulent birth certificate, and then successfully applied for a California driver’s license, Social Security number and passport.

From 1989 to 2016, according to the plea agreement, he received around $361,000 in benefits — which included Medi-Cal, food stamps and Supplemental Security Income benefits.

The fake identity also enabled Anduaga – identified as an illegal immigrant and repeat felon – to go back-and-forth without restriction between Mexico and the United States, which he was alleged to have been doing multiple times per week.

“The programs that this defendant stole from – for decades – provide benefits to America’s most needy. This prosecution demonstrates the commitment of the United States Attorney’s Office to protecting the integrity of our welfare programs and punishing those who prey on the goodwill of our nation and its taxpayers,” stated U.S Attorney Adam Braverman.

Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy said in an interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo Sunday that “we’re trending perhaps towards another special counsel” to investigate the Department of Justice

“You know, Maria, this Democrat memo makes me smile. If it were up to Adam Schiff, if it were up to him it would have been a haiku, and not a memo because he did everything he could to keep us from finding out any of the information that was in either one of those memos,” he said.

The Tennessean, the liberal newspaper of record of Nashville, TN who endorsed the mayor, is now asking her to resign. Mayor Megan Barry’s extramarital affair has not only been an embarrassment to Nashville and herself, has caused another marriage to go to divorce, but also most likely broke laws and her own ethics standards. There are four current investigations into the actions of Mayor Barry, one of which is looking into there was misappropriation of funds where her boy toy, now retired Metro Nashville Police Department Sgt. Rob Forrest, was paid tax payer dollars and claimed to have been working when having their affair.

A leader must put the interests and the needs of the people she serves above her own.

We thought Nashville Mayor Megan Barry was doing just that.

However, it has become abundantly clear in recent weeks that this is not the case after the revelation of her affair with her subordinate and former head of security, retired Metro Nashville Police Department Sgt. Rob Forrest.

This is a confounding and disappointing situation:

How he could rack up more than $170,000 in overtime pay over three years, which included extended domestic and overseas trips with her alone and overtime charges in Nashville for hours after the mayor’s calendar showed official events of the day had ended.

How her Chief Operating Officer Rich Riebeling let the Mayor’s Office approve and pay for security detail travel requests – and how those trips grew from one with just Barry and Forrest alone to nine more after Chief of Staff Debby Dale Mason started supervising those requests.

How despite promises of cooperation with authorities and transparency with the public, Barry and her administrative team have only done so when forced to. Several public records requests are still unfulfilled with the mayor’s office citing a “deliberative process” exemption.

On Feb. 4, the Sunday after Barry confessed to her affair publicly, the Tennessean Editorial Board chose to rebuke her in an editorial entitled “Megan Barry betrayed Nashville.”

The truth of the matter is, Tennessee may be a red state, but Nashville is as liberal as it gets. Mayor Megan Barry thinks she is just going to go on business as usual. However, that is far from the case. What Mayor Barry has not figured out because she is surrounded by “yes” individuals is that it is the LEFT that is now against her and her political career is over. I personally know people who actually voted and campaigned for Mayor Barry and they want her gone. Even women on the LEFT think she is an embarrassment. We have not even got to the possible crimes that she has committed where her boy toy security guard was paid a ridiculous amount of overtime while having this affair. Rob Forrest was on something, I don’t believe it was the job. All things considered, when the liberal newspaper of Nashville comes out against the liberal mayor that they endorsed … MEGAN, HAVE SOME DIGNITY WITH WHAT IS LEFT AND RESIGN.

Megan Barry has debased her leadership position, acting selfishly and deceitfully for nearly two years in a secret affair with her head of security.

She shocked and angered the community. She tore apart two families.

This would not be any of our business if she were an ordinary citizen. And, to be clear, the relationship between Barry and former Metro Nashville Police Sgt. Robert Forrest Jr. was consensual. It was not sexual harassment.

The Tennessean endorsed her in 2015. We commended Barry, a Democrat and former corporate ethics and compliance executive, for her empathy, her inclusion and her accessibility.

DOJ Reviewing Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf Who Tipped Off Illegals of Immigration Raids

DOJ REVIEWING ACTIONS OF OAKLAND, CA MAYOR WHO TIPPED OFF CRIMINAL ILLEGALS …

As reported at the LA Times, the DOJ is reviewing the actions of Oakland mayor Libby Schaaf who tipped off illegals of pending ICE raids. Her actions prevented many criminal illegals to flee and avoid arrest. One has to wonder just how are her actions not criminal in their own right? Whose side is she on? California is now so screwed up that we have mayors who are supposed to follow the laws of the United States, but would rather treat illegals better than they would actual legal citizens. The fact that a mayor helped criminals evade the law is unreal. Hopefully the DOJ will prosecute Schaaf and she will be jailed for her actions.

The White House on Thursday said the Department of Justice was reviewing the actions of Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who last weekend alerted residents in advance of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid in Northern California.

“I think it’s outrageous that a mayor would circumvent federal authorities and certainly put them in danger by making a move such as that,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters.

She said Schaaf’s actions were under “review” but would not be more specific.

Justin Berton, a spokesman for Schaaf, said the mayor’s office is unaware of any review and declined to comment further. A Justice Department spokesman in the Bay Area also declined to comment.

Schaaf has defended her statement, saying she felt it was her duty to warn residents of the ICE action.

Oakland, like many California cities, has declared itself a sanctuary for those here illegally, and officials there have vowed to fight President Trump’s immigration crackdown.

Commanding Officer Initially Ordered Responding Deputies to ‘Stage’ and Not Enter Stoneman Douglas High School to Take on Shooter

Now we are learning that the responding deputies to the mass murder shootings at Stoneman Douglas High School were ordered by the commanding officer to “stage” and not directly enter the school. Even though this directly goes against Broward County Sheriff’s office policy. UNREAL. Ass one more f*ck up by law enforcement to the long list of them that allowed this carnage to occur. If there was ever a real life example of the word clusterf*ck, it would be how all, from the FBI to Broward County Sheriff’s office handled the Nikolas Cruz matter. This also includes how the high school handled the problem as well. It is incredible, that if this report is true, the only individuals with guns legally at the school were waiting outside as innocent people were being killed and were dying. UNREAL.

Fox News has learned that in the critical moments as first responding deputies were searching for an active shooter on the property of Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school, a commanding officer on scene apparently ordered some of the initial responders to “stage” and set up a “perimeter” outside — instead of immediately ordering or allowing officers to rush in to neutralize the suspect, Nikolas Cruz.

“It’s atrocious,” a law enforcement source who was on the scene after the shooting told Fox News. “If deputies were staging it could have cost lives.”

The law enforcement source said responding deputies and officers were called to an active shooter scene in which they are trained to immediately “go, go, go” toward the direction of the shooter. “Every second is another life,” the source said.

The Broward County Sherrif’s Office policy on active shooters indicates responding deputies may enter the building to preserve life without permission. That remains the priority until various objectives are met such as the shooter being detained. The policy does not appear to list staging — setting up an area to keep first responders safe before police secure a violent scene — or a perimeter as an immediate priority. [...]

Fox News has repeatedly reached out to the Broward County Sheriff’s office — which was the commanding agency that day — for comment on the timeline of the shooting and also on the allegations of bad commands from any commanding officer. In an email, a BSO spokesperson wrote that the case remained active and ongoing and that no additional details were being released, per a Florida statute.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating all of the responding agencies and timeline of the day of the shooting. Fox News asked the FDLE about the specific allegations of bad commands or a pre-mature order to stage. In an email, an FDLE spokesperson wrote that its “review is active” and could not comment on the allegations.
