With all of the FBI/DOJ scandals that are going on presently, the Uranium One scandal had taken the back burner. However, not anymore. Sara Carter writes that the FBI informant has come forward and has testified before several government committees on Wednesday, including the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Oversight, and House Intelligence Committees. This is a must read below. They knew the Russians were still dealing with Iran and the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton still let the deal go through.

An informant who spent years gathering information on the Russian energy and uranium market industry for the FBI, met staff members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Oversight, and House Intelligence Committees on Wednesday. He gave explosive testimony on his years as an undercover informant providing information to the FBI on Russian criminal networks operating in the United States. He also contends in his testimony, and written briefs, to the FBI that Russia attempted to hide its ongoing aid to help sustain Iran’s nuclear industry, at the time the Obama administration approved the sale of 20 percent of U.S. uranium mining rights to Russia.

William D. Campbell, an American businessman, provided extensive information on other counterintelligence issues to the FBI for decades and he had also provided information to the CIA on various issues during his time overseas.

“For several years my relationship with the CIA consisted of being debriefed after foreign travel,” Campbell noted in his testimony, which was obtained by this reporter. “Gradually, the relationship evolved into the CIA tasking me to travel to specific countries to obtain specific information. In the 1990’s I developed a working relationship with Kazakhstan and Russia in their nuclear energy industries. When I told the CIA of this development, I was turned over to FBI counterintelligence agents.”

The informant’s attorney, Victoria Toensing partner at the firm DiGenova & Toensing, said the following:

“Mr. Campbell testified for over four hours until he answered every question from three Congressional committees; the Senate Judiciary, House Oversight and House Intelligence committees.

He recounted numerous times that the Russians bragged that the Clintons’ influence in the Obama administration would ensure CIFIUS approval for Uranium One. And he was right.” (much more HERE)

BETH HOLLOWAY SUES OXYGEN MEDIA FOR 35 MILLION …

As reported at the WAPO, Beth Holloway, he mother of Natalee Holloway, is suing Oxygen media for $35 million of what she contends was a fake television documentary about the case. Natalee Holloway, a Mountainbrook, Alabama teen went missing during her senior trip to Aruba in 2005. Holloway is seeking $10 million in compensation and $25 million in punitive damages against Oxygen Media, an arm of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, and the Los Angeles-based Brian Graden Media. The suit contends that rather than being a documentary or true investigation, the show was a “scripted, pre-planned farce calculated to give the impression of real-time events.

All I can say is I hope Beth is successful. I thought the TV series was pretty much nonsense after the first 15 to 30 minutes. I painfully watched it to keep informed, but much of it became unwatchable. It did seem contrived, like reality TV of a missing persons case, which I find a bit disgusting. Having been involved in this case from the very beginning and having actually searched for Natalee Holloway in Aruba and knowing the family personally, the TV series seemed shameless. In full disclosure, I have to say that I have never really found T.J. Ward’s premises and conclusions credible. We shall see how this law suit develops, I hope she wins. Let’s be serious folks, we know who did it, we know how it most likely happened. Keep in mind, Joran Van der Sloot all but admitted it, the Aruba legal system just decided not to prosecute.

Law suit

Last August, when Oxygen Media debuted a six-part documentary series on the case, the first episode pulled in a cumulative 1.1 million viewers, reportedly the highest true crime show premiere in the network’s history.

But that series — “The Disappearance of Natalee Holloway” — is now at the center of a $35 million federal lawsuit filed by Natalee’s mother, Beth Holloway.

According to a legal complaint filed Feb. 2, the show was “not a realtime or legitimate investigation into new leads,” as the program claimed to be, but a “pre-planned farce.” Holloway claims she was duped into providing her DNA to be tested against remains found by producers —  without being told that the testing was for a television show. Entertainment and ratings were the priority, not investigation, the lawsuit suggests.

The lawsuit argues that the network and Brian Graden Media, the show’s production company, knew “prior to filming their Series that they would not find Natalee because the Series was pre-conceived and was not a real-time investigation discovering new facts.”

Oxygen addresses the lawsuit:

“We were disappointed to learn of the complaint and its inaccurate depiction of how the series was produced, and we want to reiterate our deep compassion and sympathy for all members of the Holloway family,” the statement said.

“The documentary series was developed by a production company in close collaboration with Dave Holloway and his longtime private investigator. The show followed his continued search to find answers about his daughter Natalee from a lead he had received. We had hoped, along with Mr. Holloway, that the information was going to provide closure.”

Brian Graden Media did not immediately return a message for comment.

Did Oxygen media exploit a desperate family looking for answers finally in the case of missing Natalee Holloway? You make the call.Was it really an attempt to find answers or just make money and exploit the case that so many want answers too?

The six-episode Oxygen series was billed as another attempt to find answers. The series followed Natalee’s father — Beth Holloway’s ex-husband Dave Holloway — and private investigator T.J. Ward as they re-tackled the case.

The key moments involved discussions with informants, including one who claimed “to have known Joran van der Sloot, to have exhumed Natalee’s body at van der Sloot’s bidding, to have ‘crushed’ Natalee’s remains into little pieces, and to have burned her skull before disposing of her remains,” the legal complaint stated.

The show’s participants took possession of the bone fragments identified by the suspects. On Aug. 10 2017, Dave Holloway contacted his ex-wife, explaining they needed her DNA to see if the human female remains were Natalee’s. He did not tell her the testing was part of a television production, the lawsuit said. She provided the DNA sample — but then heard nothing, until she learned about Oxygen series. The legal complaint alleges producers already knew the remains would not match the missing girl before making the request.

“Defendants further preyed and capitalized on Beth’s desperate need and desire to find her daughter by claiming directly to Beth that they may have found Natalee’s gravesite and asking for .?.?. Beth’s DNA to test against the remains they claimed to have spontaneously discovered there,” the suit says. “To obtain Beth’s DNA, Defendants misrepresented and omitted facts surrounding their ‘discovery’ of remains.”

Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence fell for a prank phone call in which two Russian comedians claimed to have naked pictures of President Donald Trump. Don”t let them fool you in saying they knew it was a prank. No one would take this much time and get access to the Representative. The double standard and hypocrisy of Shifty Adam Schiff is amazing. Whether this was a prank or not, Schiff did not know and didn’t he just get caught colluding with a foreign agent? This dude thought he was going to get dirt on Trump and didn’t care where it came from.

The ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee was the victim of a prank phone call by Russian comedians who offered to give him ‘compromising’ dirt on Donald Trump – including nude photos of the president and a Russian reality show star.

DailyMail.com can disclose that after the prank, his staff engaged in correspondence with what they thought was a Ukrainian politician to try to obtain the ‘classified’ material promised on the call.

On an audio recording of the prank call posted online, Adam Schiff can be heard discussing the committee’s Russia investigation and increasingly bizarre allegations about Trump with a man who claimed to be Andriy Parubiy, the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament.

The call, made a year ago, was reportedly from two Russian comedians nicknamed ‘Vovan’ and ‘Lexus’ who have become notorious for their phony calls to high-ranking American officials and celebrities, including UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and Elton John. The call was first reported in The Atlantic’s Jan/Feb 2018 issue, where a spokesman for Schiff said: “Before agreeing to take the call, and immediately following it, the committee informed appropriate law-enforcement and security personnel of the conversation, and of our belief that it was probably bogus.”

“There were pictures of naked Trump,” one of the pranksters told Schiff, explaining that they were obtained by Putin’s goddaughter.

Schiff asks: “And the materials you can provide to the committee and to the FBI, would they corroborate this allegation? … So you have recordings… where they’re discussing the compromising material?”

“Obviously we would welcome the chance to get copies of those recordings,” Schiff tells them. “So we will try to work with the FBI to try to figure out how we can take copies of those… I’ll be in touch with the FBI about this, and we’ll make arrangements with your staff. I think it would be best to provide these materials to both our committee and the FBI. We’ll make arrangements between my staff and yours on how to facilitate that.”

OH THE HYPOCRISY FROM SCHIFF AND THE LEFT …

Hmm, wasn’t it Adam Schiff who condemned Donald Trump Jr. and claimed the younger Trump violated his oath of citizenship by meeting with Russian agents to obtain incriminating information against Hillary Clinton? I am just curious, well what the hell does he think he is doing? What the hell is the Russian dossier but obtaining the same thing from foreign entities?

Donald Trump Jr.’s willingness to meet with a Russian agent last year to obtain incriminating information on Hillary Clinton represented “a breach of civic responsibility” and a “violation of the oaths of citizenship,” Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House intelligence committee, told reporters Tuesday.

The committee is leading one of several congressional investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 election and the Kremlin’s potential ties to the Trump team.

Schiff offered some additional insight into where the committee’s investigation might be heading, in light of an email exchange made public by Trump Jr. on Tuesday confirming details of his meeting with a woman described as a “Russian government attorney” who had apparently promised to deliver dirt on Clinton.

DUI: Twice Deported Illegal Alien Manuel Orrego-Savala Kills Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson & Uber Driver Jeffrey Monroe

LOOKS LIKE THEY TAKE OTHERS DREAMS AWAY … WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY?

37 year old, twice deported, twice arrested for DUI, Manuel Orrego-Savala is suspected of driving drunk yet again and is responsible for the deaths of 26-year-old Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and 54-year-old Uber driver Jeffrey Monroe. The fatal car accident took place at 4 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 70 in Indiana. According to FOX59, investigators believe Monroe was Jackson’s Uber driver and Jackson was the passenger,. The station said at some point during the ride Jackson became sick, and the pair were hit on the emergency shoulder of the highway after Monroe pulled over. Orrego-Savala fled the scene but was arrested shortly thereafter by the responding officer.

When is enough, enough? How many American citizens have to be killed by illegals before we take action to really prevent them from being in this country, not treating it like a joke?

The man suspected of driving drunk and fatally striking an Indianapolis Colts player and his Uber driver early Sunday had twice been deported and was in the country illegally, police confirmed Monday.

Police say Manuel Orrego-Savala, 37, had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when he hit and killed Edwin Jackson, a 26-year-old Colts linebacker, and 54-year-old Jeffrey Monroe, Jackson’s Uber driver, around 4 a.m. Sunday.

Orrego-Savala is from Guatemala, according to Indiana State Police. He was first deported in 2007 and again in 2009 following arrests in San Francisco, according to a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE officials say Orrego-Savala has a prior conviction in California for driving under the influence.

Wake up America, especially those on the LEFT … this never had to happen. This was completely preventable had we had a border that actually kept illegals out. But Democrats would rather shut down the U.S. government in favor of illegals in America.

Orrego-Savala’s history in the U.S. dates back more than a decade. ICE spokesperson Nicole Alberico said in an email that Orrego-Savala is believed to have entered the country on or around July 1, 2004.

He was convicted of driving under the influence in Redwood City, Calif., in 2005, Alberico said. It was unclear what happened immediately following his conviction.

He was once again arrested by ICE in San Francisco in October 2006 for being in the country illegally. He was removed to Guatemala for the first time on Jan. 17, 2007.

He was again arrested by deportation officers in San Francisco on March 26, 2009, and was removed to Guatemala for the second time on May 12, 2009.

It is unknown when he returned to the U.S. and at what point he arrived in Indiana.

According to the state police, the crash happened shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday along the westbound lanes of I-70, just west of Holt Road.

Jackson and Monroe, of Avon, were standing near Monroe’s stopped vehicle when Orrego-Savala’s Ford F-150 pick-up truck drove onto the emergency shoulder and struck them both.
