Michele Bachmann Thinking About Running for Minnesota Senate Seat Vacated by Al Franken

LET’S MAKE ONE THING CLEAR, THIS IS NOT ALL FRANKEN’S SEAT … IT’S THE PEOPLE OF MINNESOTA’S SEAT!

Following Sen. Al Franken’s early departure from the U.S. Senate, former Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann stated that she was contemplating running for the Minnesota Senate seat. Bachmann  made the revelation during an interview with televangelist Jim Bakker where she said that her trust in God will guide her in making a final decision on the matter. After being accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct, Al Franken got out of Dodge early so not to face the music and consequences of his actions.

Former GOP congresswoman and presidential candidate Michele Bachmann says she is considering running for Democratic former Sen. Al Franken’s Minnesota seat.

Bachmann, who was a member of Congress representing Minnesota until 2015, told “The Jim Bakker Show” in an interview that aired last week that she’s mulling over whether she should run. Franken announced he would leave the Senate following accusations that he had groped several women, and his final day as a senator is Tuesday.

“I’ve had people contact me and urge me to run for that Senate seat,” Bachmann said. “The only reason I would run is for the ability to take these principles into the United States Senate,” she said, later adding, “The question is should it be me? Should it be now? But there’s also a price you pay. And the price is bigger than ever because the swamp is so toxic.”

“We’re trying to be wise,” Bachmann continued, suggesting that Franken was dropped by Democrats because the party wants to be able to hurl false accusations against Republicans in coming elections.

Comments from Michele Bachmann:

“But there’s also a price you pay [getting into politics], and the price is bigger than ever because the swamp is so toxic,” she continued. “It is really tough. If you’re going against the tide in D.C. — if you’re trying to stand for biblical principles in D.C., you stick your head up out of the hole, [then] the blades come roaring and they try to chop you off. This is not an easy place to be.”

Mrs. Bachmann said she and her husband are “trying to be wise” in weighing their options.

“I mean, I trust in a big God and so he got us over all those finish lines, but I also believed I was supposed to run for president,” she said. “I didn’t even run because I thought I was going to win. I ran to put the whole issue of Obamacare front and center before the American people. I feel like I was wildly successful, because by the time I left the presidential race, all seven men on the stage were forced to take my position of repeal … and the Republican Party platform had to change to reflect my position.”

Baltimore, MD Residents Blame 2017 Record-High Murder Rate On Lower Police Presence

DON’T ASK FOR THINGS THEY JUST MIGHT COME TRUE

2017 was yet another record for murders in Baltimore, Maryland.  For the third year in a row Baltimore had more than 300 murders. Many point to the lack of police presence following the riots. But wait, wasn’t it those from Baltimore that were complaining about the police and their actions? Now they want a greater police presence to curtail crime? Sorry Charlie, you can’t have it both ways.

For the third year in a row, Baltimore, Md., has had more than 300 murders, reaching a new record of murders per number of residents in 2017.

Some residents attribute the high murder rate to relaxed police patrols in the city following high-profile cases of police brutality. Officers have backed off in neighborhoods, like the one where Freddie Gray was arrested.

The Rev. Kinji Scott, a pastor in Baltimore who’s held positions in local city government, says the opposite needs to happen.

“We wanted the police there,” Scott says. “We wanted them engaged in the community. We didn’t want them beating the hell out of us, we didn’t want that.”

He’s among activists who are calling for police reform to reduce the violence in Baltimore and several other high-crime cities across the U.S. that he says haven’t seen change. That change begins with a conversation between the communities directly involved, Scott says.

Hillary Clinton’s Aide, Huma Abedin Forwarded State Department Passwords to Yahoo Email Account Before it Was Hacked By Foreign Agents

HOW DID HUMA NOT GET PERSECUTED BY OBAMA DOJ?

The double standard and separate justice provided to Democrats and those aligned to Hillary Clinton.  Nothing should surprise us any more as to what those around Hillary Clinton did and what they got away with. As it turns out Hillary Clinton’s aide, Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails to all of her less than secure Yahoo email accounts which were later hacked by foreign actors. Guess who were among the foreign agents that hacked Huma’s Yahoo emails, the Russians of course. According to The Daily Caller, the three email accounts Abedin used were abedinh@state.gov, huma@clintonemail.com, and humamabedin@yahoo.com. None of this would have been possible had Hillary Clinton not set up her illegal private email server used for government purposes. Yet, where is the investigation and indictment of Hillary and Huma? No where of course. This is what happens when you had a politically, bias FBI and DOJ.

From The Daily Caller:

Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails, including passwords to government systems, to her personal Yahoo email account before every single Yahoo account was hacked, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of emails released as part of a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch shows.

Abedin, the top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, used her insecure personal email provider to conduct sensitive work. This guarantees that an account with high-level correspondence in Clinton’s State Department was impacted by one or more of a series of breaches — at least one of which was perpetrated by a “state-sponsored actor.”

The U.S. later charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking 500 million Yahoo email accounts. The initial hack occurred in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts into 2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies. Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which paid former President Bill Clinton $500,000 for a June 2010 speech in Moscow.

UPDATE I: Trump Calls for DOJ to Investigate Huma
