Marck Levin Show 10/30/17 Discussing the Mueller Indictments … “This is about doing everything possible to make a case against the president of the United States when you don’t have a case against the president of the United States.”

Conservative talk radio host Mark Levin, the Great One, discusses the Mueller indictments and their lack of any Russian collusion with President Donald Trump. In fact, an independent counsel was not needed to even file such charges. Most, if not all of the things that Mueller indicted Manafort on took place when Robert Mueller was the head of the FBI and Barack Obama was in office. So why wasn’t Manafort charged then?

Mark Levine Show:

The mainstream media are forgetting crucial details about Paul Manafort’s indictment. If these conspiracy charges were serious, the statute of limitations would’ve legitimately run out. Special counsel Robert Mueller was serving as FBI director while Manafort was allegedly engaged in this criminal activity. The question is why wasn’t a case brought against Manafort when Mueller was in charge of the FBI and the statutes of limitations was a non-issue? That means somebody dropped the ball. And furthermore, President Trump had nothing to do with any of this, this predates his campaign. There’s no Trump world involved in any of this. This isn’t about justice or seeking the truth. This is about doing everything possible to make a case against the president of the United States when you don’t have a case against the president of the United States. The best they could do is dig up financial statements and have George Papadopoulos plead to a false statement. After that, Andy McCarthy a former prosecutor and contributor to National Review calls in to talk about the charges against former members of the Trump campaign. Later, we have Mark Warner alleging collusion, when even Mr. Mueller couldn’t prove collusion from a criminal aspect. There is no collusion but that is not stopping Warner. The bottom line is that the left wants to impeach Trump, and get him out. Finally, William Jacobson of LegalInsurrection.com calls in to talk about the smear effort with false and malicious accusations before he spoke at Vassar College.

China Considers 3 Year Jail Terms for Disrespecting National Anthem and Flag … NFL Players May Want to Take Notice

WHAT WOULD NFL PLAYERS DO IF THEY LIVED AND PLAYED IN CHINA?

China is considering giving 3 year jail terms for those who disrespect their national anthem or flag in public. China has already passed a new law in September mandating up to 15 days in police detention for those who mock the “March of the Volunteers” national anthem. The law covers China, as well as the Chinese territories of Hong Kong and Macau. The players of the NFL who consistently take a knee and disrespect the flag, national anthem and military may want to thank their lucky stars that they live in such a plantation mentality country that pays them millions for playing a game and doesn’t jail them for their actions. Maybe if these malcontents think the USA is so bad, they can go to China instead and see what real oppression and slavery looks like.

NFL Kneeling

China’s largely rubber-stamp parliament is considering jail terms of up to three years for people who disrespect the national anthem or flag in public, while an existing anthem law will be applied in Hong Kong, state media said on Tuesday.

Xi Jinping has ushered in new legislation aimed at securing China from threats both within and outside its borders since taking over as president in 2013, as well as presiding over a sweeping crackdown on dissent and free speech.

China passed a new law in September mandating up to 15 days in police detention for those who mock the “March of the Volunteers” national anthem, a law that also covers the Chinese territories of Hong Kong and Macau.

Parliament is now looking at whether to amend China’s Criminal Law to include criminal penalties for disrespect of the national anthem, including intentionally distorting the lyrics or tune, Xinhua said.

“Violators in this regard may face punishments of up to three years of imprisonment, according to the draft,” it said.

It was not clear when the amendment might be passed but it could be at the end of the week, when parliament’s standing committee closes its current session.

Tony Podesta Stepping Down from Lobbying Giant Podesta Group Amid Mueller Probe

HMM … MAYBE THE MSM SHOULD BE LOOKING AT THIS?

As reported at The Politico, Tony Podesta is stepping down immediately from lobbying giant, the Podesta Group, amid special counsel Robert Mueller probe. Tony Podesta, the brother of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, has been a larger than life figure on K Street for some time. Now in the wake of the Mueller investigation  into Podesta and his firm grew out of investigators’ examination of Manafort’s finances, he is out. Maybe the media might want to keep their eye on the ball. Who is to say that just like with the Russian collusion that pointed by to Hillary Clinton and the DNC with the Russian dossier, the Mueller investigation is also appears to be closing in on the Clinton circle. For Washington D.C. lobbyist Tony Podesta to resign so immediately like he did, this is big.

Democratic power lobbyist Tony Podesta, founder of the Podesta Group, is stepping down from the firm that bears his name after coming under investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller.

Podesta announced his decision during a firm-wide meeting Monday morning and is alerting clients of his impending departure.

Podesta’s decision to leave the firm came on the same day that former Donald Trump campaign aides Paul Manafort and Rick Gates were indicted on multiple charges, including money laundering, operating as federal agents of the Ukrainian government, failing to disclose overseas bank accounts and making false statements to federal authorities. Trump campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos pleaded guilty earlier this month for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian officials, according to court records.

The investigation into Podesta and his firm grew out of investigators’ examination of Manafort’s finances. Manafort organized a PR campaign on behalf of a nonprofit called the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine. Podesta Group was one of several firms that were paid to do work on the PR campaign to promote Ukraine in the U.S.

Podesta Group filed paperwork with the Justice Department in April stating that it had done work for the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine that also benefited the same Ukrainian political party that Manafort once advised. Podesta Group said at the time it believed its client was a European think tank untethered to a political party.
