James Matthew Bradley Jr, Driver Says He Didn’t Know Illegal Immigrants Were in Truck … 10 Dead, More Injured

SORRY IF I FIND THIS ONE HARD TO BELIEVE … YET ANOTHER REASON WHY THERE NEEDS TO BE BETTER BOARDER SECURITY.

As reported at CNN, James Matthew Bradley Jr., the driver of the “death” truck told authorities that he had no idea dozens of undocumented illegal immigrants were stuffed inside tractor-trailer he was hauling. In a federal complaint filed Monday, Bradley was charged under federal law with one count of “transporting illegal aliens,” a crime punishable by life imprisonment or death if the crime results in a death.  To date, 8 people found in the truck were dead and 2 more died after being hospitalized. Many others were hospitalized with severe injuries and conditions.

Crowded inside of the boiling tractor-trailer, they took turns taking breaths from a hole in the semi. Some fainted. Others banged on the wall to get the driver’s attention but he kept going, one man who survived the journey told federal authorities.

The driver, James Matthew Bradley Jr. told federal investigators he had no idea dozens of undocumented immigrants were stuffed inside tractor-trailer he was hauling. The 60-year-old Florida man was charged Monday with knowingly transporting undocumented immigrants.

The assistant public federal defender who is representing Bradley couldn’t be reached for comment.

The tractor-trailer was found parked at a Walmart in San Antonio early Sunday morning after an employee at the store called police. Authorities found dozens of undocumented immigrants inside.Eight people in the truck were already dead, and two more died after being hospitalized. Dozens more were severely injured, and many will suffer from “irreversible brain damage,” the city’s fire chief said.

Bradley’s story … it should be easy enough to figure out where the haul started from and if he is lying. One of the illegals interviewed by authorities stated the following, at 9 a.m the next day, his group was picked up in a silver Chevrolet Silverado truck and taken to the trailer, which already had about 70 people inside.

“Bradley advised the officer that the trailer he was hauling had been sold and he was transporting the trailer from Schaller, Iowa, to Brownsville, Texas,” on the border with Mexico, the federal criminal complaint says. Bradley said he was delivering the truck to its new owner in Brownsville at his boss’ request, but that he was not given a time frame nor a delivery address, the complaint said.

Bradley later told authorities he was traveling to San Antonio from Laredo, Texas, after getting the tractor-trailer washed and detailed, the complaint said. After the wash at the Laredo truck stop, Bradley said he drove to the “old truck stop,” which was about 10 miles away, to have the tractor-trailer detailed and polished, the complaint said. [...]

“Bradley stated he was unaware of the contents and/or cargo,” the complaint said, until he parked the tractor-trailer at the Walmart and went outside to urinate. That’s when he heard movements in the trailer, the driver told investigators.

“Bradley said he went to open the doors and was surprised when he was run over by ‘Spanish’ people and knocked to the ground,” the complaint states.

“Bradley said he then noticed bodies just lying on the floor like meat. Bradley said he knew at least one of them was dead. Bradley said he knew the trailer refrigeration system didn’t work and that the four vent holes were probably clogged up.”

But the driver didn’t call 911, authorities said. Instead, he went back to the tractor and called his wife.

Yet another reason to increase border security, end human trafficking and these types of senseless deaths.

In a hypothetical general election US Senate matchup, a Delta Analytica poll stated that Kid Rock leads by 4 percentage points over incumbent Democrat Senator Debbie Stabenow. The poll also concluded that 54% of respondents preferred Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie) to only 46% for incumbent Democrat Senator Debbie Stabenow. Just what is the level of panic in the Democrat party if they cannot win Michigan with an establishment, incumbent candidate? Earlier in the month, Kid Rock stated that he was going to run for Senate. It’s time to drain the swamp America, the folks in Michigan can make a huge statement! If Republicans can win the Michigan US Senate seat in 2018, the 2018 mid-term elections are going to be a political bloodbath for Democrats.

To gauge Ritchie’s chances in a hypothetical general election matchup, Delta Analytica conducted a poll from July 14-18 of 668 Michigan residents. Of respondents who stated a preference between Debbie Stabenow and Robert Ritchie, 54% stated they would vote for Ritchie while 46% said they would vote for Debbie Stabenow. These results could indicate that Ritchie is a popular figure in Michigan, Debbie Stabenow is unpopular, or some combination of concurrent trends. The relatively large, 44%, number of undecided respondents may be due to the early stages of the campaign.

Michigan, once part of the Democrats vaunted “Blue Wall” is suddenly a battleground where Democrats and Republicans are now fighting for blue collar voters. This became a central theme during the 2016 election season, where Donald Trump won over the white working class vote. The question now is whether that support will rub off onto other Republicans candidates in the 2018 midterm elections. Robert Ritchie looks to capitalize on this fervor and promote his brand with song lyrics that appeal to these same Michigan voters, despite never having held any political office.

WOW, did they stay up all night thinking about this one?  Who honestly thinks that Democrats believe or will provide this so-called “better deal?” This is just a lame attempt by Democrats to lie to the blue collar, working, middle class of America, naming in the blue-wall states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin that they lost in 2016. This is yet another attempt by Democrats to try and show that they have not become the Socialist party. With the stock market at all-time highs and jobs being created under Donald Trump, what are they talking about, a better deal? All the lame GOP controlled House and Senate has to do is pass real tax reform and the economy will heat up like never before.

The Democrats have long forgot the hard working, blue collar workers of America and they know it. No cute lie is going to work now. Democratic leaders in the House and Senate will unveil a broad economic agenda Monday, hoping to unite the disparate wings of their caucuses and win back working-class voters who fled the party last year.

The party’s messaging strategy is the culmination of months of internal meetings and polling after a disappointing 2016 election that left Democrats reeling and many complaining they had no message to offer the public other than being against President Donald Trump.

“The number one thing that we did wrong is we didn’t tell people what we stood for,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”

To fill that void, Democrats are adding pitches aimed at battling corporate overreach to an economic platform that already includes a trillion-dollar infrastructure plan and paid family leave. Party leaders are also proposing a new independent agency to oversee prescription drug prices similar to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau launched by Sen. Elizabeth Warren as well as an independent “competition advocate” that would police corporate mergers.

Wow, during the O.J. Simpson parole hearing he actually had the audacity to say, “I am not a guy that lived a criminal life.” REALLY? Then he said, “I’ve never been accused of pulling a weapon.” I think I am going to have to call BS on that one. Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman might disagree. Unfortunately both were not available(warning graphic) to be asked for their comment. Wasn’t OJ Simpson involved in The Trial of the Century? Never been accused of pulling a weapon, eh?

Yesterday, a four-member Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners voted unanimously to parole O.J. Simpson. He could be free as soon as October 1, 2017. OJ Simpson, one of the most polarizing individuals of our time will be let out of prison after serving 9 of 33 years for his involvement in the 2007 robbery at a Las Vegas hotel room. However, where it is right or wrong, pertains to his incarcerated crimes or not, people view Simpson for the heinous crime he got away with in the 1994 double murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. That’s just a fact. For all those yesterday in the news and on sports talk shows who stated we should get over it and that this is was justice, spare us the dribble, you were most likely in diapers when Nicole Brown Simpson nearly had her head cut off.

People will always be livid when it comes to O.J. Simpson, because they know that JUSTICE WAS NOT SERVED.

O.J. Simpson, the polarizing former football star, seemed to suggest he was ready to recede from the spotlight after succeeding in his quest for freedom after being incarcerated for nine years at a desert prison in northern Nevada.

Simpson, convicted of robbery and kidnapping, was granted parole Thursday — a unanimous vote by the four-member Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners reported instantly by national and international media. He could be free as soon as Oct. 1.

His release, too, is unlikely to go unnoticed. The moment Simpson received his fourth and final vote from the Nevada Board of Parole recommending release, he dropped his head, as if to give a quiet cheer of celebration to himself, before responding, “Thank you.”

Sorry, OJ will always be a pariah and by witness from his past acts, this narcissist will hardly stay out of the spotlight. Maybe now that Simpson is free, he can go back to looking for his former wife’s killer like he had promised to do.
