AMAZING WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRESIDENT ACTUALLY UPHOLDS THE EXISTING LAWS ON IMMIGRATION …
Despite some judicial and Congressional setbacks with regards to President Donald Trump’s immigration changes, isn’t it quite remarkable how some of his stratrgies have worked when it comes to illegal immigration by just enforcing the laws that are already on the books. I to would appear that illegals are fearful that Trump will actually enforce U.S. Immigration law, defend the border and deport those that do not belong legally in America. What a novel concept.
In many ways, President Trump’s attempts to implement his hard-line immigration policies have not gone very well in his first three months. His travel ban aimed at some Muslim-majority countries has been blocked by the courts, his U.S.-Mexico border wall has gone nowhere in Congress, and he has retreated, at least for now, on his vow to target illegal immigrants brought here as children.
But one strategy that seems to be working well is fear. The number of migrants, legal and illegal, crossing into the United States has dropped markedly since Trump took office, while recent declines in the number of deportations have been reversed.
Many experts on both sides of the immigration debate attribute at least part of this shift to the use of sharp, unwelcoming rhetoric by Trump and his aides, as well as the administration’s showy use of enforcement raids and public spotlighting of crimes committed by immigrants. The tactics were aimed at sending a political message to those in the country illegally or those thinking about trying to come.
“The world is getting the message,” Trump said last week during a speech at the National Rifle Association leadership forum in Atlanta. “They know our border is no longer open to illegal immigration, and if they try to break in you’ll be caught and you’ll be returned to your home. You’re not staying any longer. If you keep coming back illegally after deportation, you’ll be arrested and prosecuted and put behind bars. Otherwise it will never end.”

President Trump would be a lot farther along in his quest to control immigration if the liberal federal judges had not overstepped their authority to block his Executive Orders.
The Congress should be doing their job to correct judicial overreach by applying the second sentence of Article III Section 1. of the Constitution: “The judges of both the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior,….”.
This was included to warn judges that they were not to legislate from the bench nor take a political position regarding interpretation of laws applied in their decisions. Otherwise they are subject to removal by the Congress. This was one of the main checks of the judiciary required for balance of the Federal Government.
How and why do those still support obama and his past and present actions on breaking the law and defying the Constitution continue?
The liberals argue that immigrants have helped build our country but what they neglect to say is that they came here legally and waited a long time to become citizens of our country and value their citizenship. The liberals, the Democrats, could care less about protecting America, they’ll give you free passage in exchange for your vote. More strength and power to Trump in his efforts to clean up our nation and protect our country that solely belongs to America.

You might want to point your venom toward the coward establishment Republicans rather than Trump. You cant blame Trump for a liberal circuit court judge blocking the travel ban. That will eventually pass once it gets to the SCOTUS. It is more amazing, might I say disgusting that the GOP House and Senate cannot do anything. It is pathetic. Speaker Ryan and Senate Maj Leader McConnell are more to blame with what is going on. Both need to go.
I will agree with you on this, if the GOP does not start doing the things that they just campaigned and won on, they will lose power in the House. It is almost next to impossible to lose control of the Senate in 2018.

The American citizens and government have not learned and applied the common sense actions to stop excessive immigration demonstrated by the executive actions of the 1920′s. This is the plan that President Trump used as a guide to protect the country.
The liberal courts are all about social justice and not about the rule of law. Social justice is a Marxist construct that has no place in a Constitutional Republic.
Trump hasn’t broken any promises, why do some of you people outright lie. He’s been facing road blocks that shouldn’t even be there. Before you start casting stones, blaming, accusing, showing your ignorant asses….why are all these major changes necessary? You liberals have done nothing but damage our country for 8 years, we don’t want what to hear what you have to say. You’ve lost control of everything….only a fool laughs when he looses!
Where were the judges when obama pulled off his muslim minded destructive actions, broke the laws, went behind the backs of Congress, forced obamacare, released 5 of the worst terrorists into the world, lied to us repeatedly over and over again, etc, etc, etc. So don’t even speak with an ounce of respect for him for what he has done and for the corruption that supports him.
