TEEN IN US ILLEGALLY DECAPITATES HIS MOTHER …

18 year old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after Franklin County deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive in Franklin County, North Carolina. Deputies said they found 35-year-old Yesenia Funez Beatriz Machado dead inside the home, two young girls found in the home were unharmed and a fourth child was at school when the incident happened. According to accounts, the first deputy on scene “observed a male exit the house carrying a knife in one hand and a severed human head in the other.” As per court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

It also appears that the Honduran national was living in the United States illegally.

The Franklin County District Attorney said Tuesday that 18-year-old Oliver Mauricio Funes Machada will be moved to Central Prison because it’s “more appropriate for any special needs he may have.”

Machada is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after deputies say he decapitated his mother at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive just south of U.S. Highway 64 Monday afternoon. The area is east of Zebulon – near the Wake County line.

At a a preliminary hearing Tuesday, both the prosecution and defense said they expect mental health to be an issue in the case. According to court documents, Machada took four different medications for psychosis and schizophrenia.

Federal officials also said Tuesday that Machada is in the country illegally and they’ve issued an immigration detainer for him.

“ICE is focused on identifying, arresting and removing public safety threats, such as convicted criminal aliens and gang members, as well as individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws,” a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson told ABC11.

As per WNCN, the Zebulon 18-year-old accused of beheading his mother Monday afternoon told dispatchers he had killed her “because I felt like it,” according to an investigator’s sworn statement.

The investigator made the statement as he sought a search warrant to go through the Morgan Drive home where the 35-year-old mother was killed.

Oliver Mauricio Funes-Machado also told a dispatcher that “he stabbed her ‘like 8 times’ and left the knife in her mouth,” according to the sworn statement by Det. A.R. Roberts of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

Companies added jobs at a blistering pace in February, with a notable shift away from the service-sector positions that have dominated hiring for years, according to a report Wednesday.

Employment in the private sector surged by 298,000 for the month, with goods producers adding 106,000, ADP and Moody’s Analytics said. Construction jobs swelled by 66,000 and manufacturing added 32,000.

The total shattered market expectations of 190,000, according to economists surveyed by ADP. The blockbuster report also solidified market expectations for the Fed to hike interest rates next week. Probability for an increase jumped to 91 percent after the release, according to the CME.

The year is off to a sizzling start for job creation, according to the ADP counts. January added 261,000 positions, a number that was revised upward from the originally reported 246,000.

“Confidence is playing a large role,” Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, told CNBC. “Businesses are anticipating a lot of good stuff — tax cuts, less regulation. They are hiring more aggressively.”

WikiLeaks Publishes ‘Biggest Ever Leak of Secret CIA Documents’ & Exposes CIA Hacking Processes Through Smartphones & TV’s

Yesterday Wikileaks unloaded the the biggest ever leak of CIA secret documents and detailed the tools it uses to break into phones, communication apps and other electronic devices. WikiLeaks named the leak the “Vault 7”. The leak is not only that of secret CIA documents but also how CIA hackers target smart phones, computers and Samsung F8000 TV’s.

Just how much information does the CIA have a regular, normal citizens who have never committed a crime and have never been charged with anything? Who is to say that info is not going to be used against a private citizen for political purposes? We still do have a US Constitution in this country, right?

The US intelligence agencies are facing fresh embarrassment after WikiLeaks published what it described as the biggest ever leak of confidential documents from the CIA detailing the tools it uses to break into phones, communication apps and other electronic devices.

The thousands of leaked documents focus mainly on techniques for hacking and reveal how the CIA cooperated with British intelligence to engineer a way to compromise smart televisions and turn them into improvised surveillance devices.

The leak, named “Vault 7” by WikiLeaks, will once again raise questions about the inability of US spy agencies to protect secret documents in the digital age. It follows disclosures about Afghanistan and Iraq by army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning in 2010 and about the National Security Agency and Britain’s GCHQ by Edward Snowden in 2013.

The new documents appear to be from the CIA’s 200-strong Center for Cyber Intelligence and show in detail how the agency’s digital specialists engage in hacking. Monday’s leak of about 9,000 secret files, which WikiLeaks said was only the first tranche of documents it had obtained, were all relatively recent, running from 2013 to 2016.

The revelations in the documents include:

• CIA hackers targeted smartphones and computers.
• The Center for Cyber Intelligence, based at the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, has a second covert base in the US consulate in Frankfurt which covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• A programme called Weeping Angel describes how to attack a Samsung F8000 TV set so that it appears to be off but can still be used for monitoring.

CIA malware targets iPhone, Android, smart TVs

CIA malware and hacking tools are built by EDG (Engineering Development Group), a software development group within CCI (Center for Cyber Intelligence), a department belonging to the CIA’s DDI (Directorate for Digital Innovation). The DDI is one of the five major directorates of the CIA (see this organizational chart of the CIA for more details).

The EDG is responsible for the development, testing and operational support of all backdoors, exploits, malicious payloads, trojans, viruses and any other kind of malware used by the CIA in its covert operations world-wide.

The increasing sophistication of surveillance techniques has drawn comparisons with George Orwell’s 1984, but “Weeping Angel”, developed by the CIA’s Embedded Devices Branch (EDB), which infests smart TVs, transforming them into covert microphones, is surely its most emblematic realization.

The attack against Samsung smart TVs was developed in cooperation with the United Kingdom’s MI5/BTSS. After infestation, Weeping Angel places the target TV in a ‘Fake-Off’ mode, so that the owner falsely believes the TV is off when it is on. In ‘Fake-Off’ mode the TV operates as a bug, recording conversations in the room and sending them over the Internet to a covert CIA server.

As of October 2014 the CIA was also looking at infecting the vehicle control systems used by modern cars and trucks. The purpose of such control is not specified, but it would permit the CIA to engage in nearly undetectable assassinations.

DHS says FBI Investigating 300 refugees for Terror Ties Many from Countries on Trump’s Travel Ban List

It would appear that President Donald Trump and his temporary travel ban is looking to make America safe again. As reported at Town Hall, the FBI is currently investigating 300 refugees that have been admitted into the United States for ties to terrorism. This is after so-called vetting procedures failed and thus allowing them in America in the first place. REALLY? Also reported is that many of these refugees come from countries that are listed on President Donald Trump’s executtive order, temporarily banning travel from in order to review the vetting process.

The FBI is investigating at least 300 refugees admitted to the U.S. for ties to terrorism after vetting from the countries they came from failed. Fox News Chief Intelligence Correspondent Catherine Herridge has the story:

Nearly a third of the 1,000 FBI domestic terrorism cases – 300 – involve those admitted to the U.S. as refugees, a Department of Homeland Security official said Monday. Officials said some of those 300 came to “infiltrate” the U.S., while others were radicalized once they were in the country.

Monday’s development marked the first official concrete linkage between the refugee program and terrorism.

During a speech to the National Association of Attorneys General in 2015, FBI Director James Comey said agents were working on nearly 1000 ISIS linked cases throughout the United States.

Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly said the travel ban announced Monday was a key to ansuring the refugee program is conducted safely.

“We must undertake a rigorous review of our visa and refugee vetting programs to increase our confidence in the entry decisions we make for visitors and immigrants to the United States,” Kelly said. “We cannot risk the prospect of malevolent actors using our immigration system to take American lives.”

Several refugees have already participated in mass attacks in recent years motivated by apparent Islamic radicalism.

Somali refugee Abdul Razak Ali Artan rammed his car into a crowd at The Ohio State University in November after posting a message on Facebook warning America not to interfere with Muslim communities. Somali refugee Dahir Adan reportedly yelled “Allahu Akbar” and asked one victim if they were Muslim during a September rampage in which he stabbed and injured nine people at a Minnesota mall. Seddique Mateen, the father of Pulse nightclub shooter Omar Mateen, is an Afghan refugee. Countless other refugees have been convicted of plotting attacks or planning to join ISIS abroad.

Though they didn’t enter the nation as refugees, several other terrorists have benefited from inadequate vetting to come to the U.S.

Tashfeen Malik, who was born in Pakistan, came to the U.S. on a K-1 “fiancée” visa prior to engaging in a deadly shooting spree with husband Syed Rizwan Farook that killed 14 and injured 22 others in December 2015. Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the brothers who orchestrated the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, were born in Kyrgyzstan and entered the U.S. when their family filed for asylum.

Exxon Mobil Corp. Announced It Plans to Spend $20 Billion Over 10 Years Along the Gulf Coast Resulting in the Creation of 45,000 Jobs

In a press release from Exxon Mobil Corp, they stated that they will be expanding capacity along the U.S. Gulf Coast and plan to invest in $20 billion over the next 10 years and crating over 45,000 jobs. Exxon-Mobile went on to say that many of these are high-skilled, high-paying jobs averaging about $100,000 a year. They also went on to say that the creation of these jobs would have a “multiplier effect” creating more jobs in these communities to service these new investments. This is how capitalism works America. President Donald Trump congratulated Exxon-Mobile and stated, “This is exactly the kind of investment, economic development and job creation that will help put Americans back to work.”

Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) is expanding its manufacturing capacity along the U.S. Gulf Coast through planned investments of $20 billion over a 10-year period to take advantage of the American energy revolution, Darren Woods, chairman and chief executive officer, said Monday.

The projects, at 11 proposed and existing sites, are expected to generate thousands of new high-paying jobs and $20 billion in increased economic activity in Texas and Louisiana, Woods said, highlighting the company’s Growing the Gulf initiative in a keynote speech today at the CERAWeek 2017 conference.

“Importantly, Growing the Gulf also creates jobs and lasting economic benefits for the communities where they’re located,” Woods said. “All told, we expect these 11 projects to create over 45,000 jobs. Many of these are high-skilled, high-paying jobs averaging about $100,000 a year. And these jobs will have a multiplier effect, creating many more jobs in the communities that service these new investments.”

But the Democrat-media complex is so quick to give Barack Obama the credit for this and not President Donald Trump. The Obama water carrying ABC News wrote, “But Exxon’s expansion plan was hatched long before Trump entered the White House: investments began in 2013, during Barack Obama’s presidency, and are expected to continue through at least 2022, according to Exxon.” REALLY? As if fossil fuel related jobs would have ever been created in an Obama administration or Hillary Clinton. GET REAL. Who honestly has the audacity but the liberal MSM to think that fossil fuel jobs and investment would have taken place under a presidency that loathed oil.

Presidents do not generally create jobs, unless you are Donald Trump and actually get personally involved in negotiations with companies and keep jobs in America as opposed to going elsewhere, what presidents do is to create an environment conducive to business. That is what Trump has done. There is no way under the liberal war on coal and energy that Exxon-Mobile would have ever pulled the trigger on this.

But Exxon’s expansion plan was hatched long before Trump entered the White House: investments began in 2013, during Barack Obama’s presidency, and are expected to continue through at least 2022, according to Exxon.

Still, during a keynote speech Monday at an oil and gas industry conference in Houston, Woods gave credit to the Trump administration.
