From The Daily Caller comes the following: in a leaked transcripts from a closed-door fundraiser reveals former president Bill Clinton privately agreeing with one of Republican nominee Donald Trump’s major campaign themes, the political system is rigged against working class Americans. Imagine that? When no one is looking or the masses are not privy to, Clinton agrees with Trump, the political system is rigged. Bill Clinton also stated that Hillary “deserved” to be elected. Deserved, really? Like she is entitled. The transcript of Clinton’s remarks were published by WikiLeaks alongside thousands of emails sent and received by Clinton campaign chair John Podesta.
Leaked transcripts from a closed-door fundraiser reveal former president Bill Clinton privately agreeing with one of Republican nominee Donald Trump’s major campaign themes: the political system is rigged against working class Americans.
Clinton also appeared to tell the audience of Democratic donors that Hillary Clinton “deserves” to be elected president.
Clinton’s comments took place at an October 2015 private fundraiser for Hillary Clinton in Cheseapeake, Maryland.
The transcript of Clinton’s remarks were published by WikiLeaks alongside thousands of emails sent and received by Clinton campaign chair John Podesta.
In the speech, Clinton admitted that “there are lots of people in the Democratic Party and lots of working people all over the world who are sick and tired of working their heart out and never getting a pay raise.”
Clinton then conceded that, “to some extent,” the political system is rigged against the working class.
