24 Year Old Auwin Dargin Charged With Child Abuse After Leaving Baby in Car to Get A Lap Dance at a Strip Club

24 year old Auwin Dargin was charged with once count of child abuse after leaving his 9 month old baby in a car as he visited a strip club. Talk about your priorities. Hmm, lap dance in strip club vs. leave baby in car. UNREAL! The baby was found inside the car only after Matthew Nadeau, an assistant manager at Synn Gentleman’s Club in North Hills, CA. The loser father has plead not guilty; however, he does face 6 years in prison if convicted. Sadly, there will probably be a plea deal and this poor child will be further subjugated to this irresponsible and poor excuse of a parent for the rest of her life.

A Van Nuys father has been charged with leaving his 9-month-old girl in his car for an hour during a daytime visit to a strip club, prosecutors said.

Auwin Dargin, 24, pleaded not guilty Monday to one count of child abuse, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. If convicted of the charges, Dargin faces up to six years in prison, prosecutor said.

The baby was found inside the car only after Matthew Nadeau, an assistant manager at Synn Gentleman’s Club in North Hills, heard her cries.

Nadeau was patrolling the parking lot of the strip club about 2 p.m. on March 9 when he noticed one of his customers kept leaving the strip club every 15 minutes and returning.

Suspicious, Nadeau and a waitress stepped outside the club. They were shocked by what they found.

“We hear crying and then we saw a baby in the car,” the 30-year-old father of five daughters said.

The car window was partly open, and the baby was visibly shaken, he said.

The further sick part is that the father knew he was doing something wrong and still put his child in harms way.

Nadeau then alerted his manager, who he said went inside to locate the child’s father – and found Dargin in the middle of a lap dance. Angry over the dance being interrupted, Dargin snapped, “Just give me my baby and I know I am messing up,” Nadeau remembered.

When Nadeau refused to hand over the infant, however, Dargin allegedly ran out of the club, abandoning his daughter.
