TRUMP DOES IT AGAIN … CAUSES THE MSM TO LOSE THEIR MINDS … “We can be politically correct, or we can be stupid.”
Donald Trump calls for the total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on. Whether this is Constitutional or not is one thing, but Trump’s comments have the LEFT and the establishment GOP’s hearts a flutter. But the real question is whether this kind of sentiment resonates with the people. Americans are more and more tired of the PC and do nothing, go along to get along policies of both parties that have America less safe. One thing is for certain, if Obama wants to make the reference to common sense gun control, I believe We the People are calling for common sense immigration and border control and the proper vetting of individuals coming into the US.
I doubt whether Trump means “all” Muslims but it is a PR grab that will suck up all the oxygen in the political room and will resonate with a voting electorate tired of the establishment. As stated at Hot Air, “It’s a perfect Trumpian play, though. It’s highly politically incorrect; the media will go positively batsh*t over it; the rest of the GOP field, especially his new rival Ted Cruz, will squirm about how to respond; and the more heat Trump takes from all sides, the more his fans will love him for it.”

Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on. According to Pew Research, among others, there is great hatred towards Americans by large segments of the Muslim population. Most recently, a poll from the Center for Security Policy released data showing “25% of those polled agreed that violence against Americans here in the United States is justified as a part of the global jihad” and 51% of those polled, “agreed that Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to Shariah.” Shariah authorizes such atrocities as murder against non-believers who won’t convert, beheadings and more unthinkable acts that pose great harm to Americans, especially women.
Mr. Trump stated, “Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life. If I win the election for President, we are going to Make America Great Again.” – Donald J. Trump
UPDATE I: Ted Cruz: I Would Not Ban All Muslims from Entering the Country.
“Well that, that is not my policy. I’ve introduced legislation in the Senate that would put in place a three year moratorium on refugees coming from countries where ISIS or
Al Qaeda can control a substantial amount of territory. And the reason is that’s where the threat is coming from,” Cruz said.
He continued, “I think that’s the approach we should take and we need a commander and chief who is focused on keeping this nation safe. And the way we do so is focusing in particular on radical Islamic terrorism which is exactly what I intend to do.”
UPDATE II: Trump spokesman Corey Lewandowski confirmed to the AP that the proposal would apply to Muslims who are tourists as well as those seeking immigration visas.

Trump is making a valid point. The United States cannot absorb an unlimited number of people from other countries year after year.
The Federal Government in the 1920′s stopped immigration from some countries and severely limited the numbers from the remaining. The large number of immigrants between 1890 and 1920 was straining the ability to assimilate them.
Today we have an invasion across the Southern border and a federal government that insists on placing large numbers of third-world people with huge differences in behavior and religions that clash with the Judaeo-Christian values this country was founded upon.
The people must put a stop to such behavior by the Federal Government and all immigration should be suspended until we find all the people who overstayed their visa and those who chose to disobey our laws and remove them.
so obama thinks we should be united, address that one to your jihad muslims who live here. That’s brainwashing. 21% think the already committed violence was justified and 51% think they have the right to be governed that way. Murder and chopping off heads. We already know they hate Christians. What more do you need to know? It’s admitted evil. They have exceeded the limits of living in a free country where you can practice your own religion. Terrorism is not a religion.
We have every right to pursue our safety and protect our country and we should. We, as Americans love our country and we are proud of our land. But how dare our president refuse to take the necessary steps to protect us because he’s a damn muslim. He won’t call it what it is because he wouldn’t want to step on their toes or get in the way.
Just how many muslims living here are legal? They bring visitors, relatives, friends, anyone that will bring hate and destruction. The other religions living here are all living in peace and they don’t harm or force their beliefs on other people but muslims do.
When a building is structurally damaged you repair it, if you can, but you don’t let it fall down and later wish you had done something about it.
Christie says it’s ridiculous. It’s not ridiculous, ban the muslim entry into our country. We have justified reasons, for God’s sake. They come here, hide and are sheltered by other muslims. Take the precautions keep America safe. Once they’re here you’ll never get them out.
