19 Year Old Special Needs Student Dies After Left Inside a School Bus Parked at a Whittier Union High School District, CA

A 19 year old male special needs student was found dead on Friday after he had been left inside a school bus parked at the Whittier Union High School District parking lot. The incident was first reported as a patient in “full arrest” about 4:25 p.m. in a school district parking. The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived on scene shortly after and pronounced his death at 4:33 p.m. Police labeled the incident a “suspicious death.” How in the hell in this day and age does a bus driver not check the bus to make sure there is no one aboard the bus?

A 19-year-old special needs student died after he was left inside a school bus parked at a Whittier Union High School District parking lot for hours Friday afternoon, officials said.

The incident was first reported as a patient in “full arrest” about 4:25 p.m. in a school district parking lot along Mulberry Drive, between Painter and Greenleaf avenues, according to Whittier police and Los Angeles County Fire Department officials.

Police officers first responded to a report of a “man down” on a bus at the district parking lot, Whittier police officials said in a written statement.

“The bus company, Pupil Transpiration (Cooperative), driver received a call from dispatch that a student was missing,” Whittier police Officer Brad White said. “He (returned) to his bus and that’s where he found this young man unresponsive.”

It was unclear how much time had passed.

When officers arrived at the scene, “They saw several bus drivers performing CPR on an adult male,” according to the statement. “Officers took over in an attempt to revive the adult male, but their attempts were unsuccessful. The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived on scene shortly after and pronounced his death at 4:33 p.m.”

The teen’s cause of death was unknown, officials added.

There were no obvious signs of trauma on the body, White said.

Friday’s afternoon temperatures soared well into the 90s.

Police labeled the incident a “suspicious death.”

Gallup Poll: Two Out of Three Hispanics Oppose Legal Immigration Increase

Maybe Donald Trump will win the Hispanic vote after all …

Ever wonder why billionaire business man Donald Trump is leading in the polls and blowing the establishment candidates away, especially the ones who pander to illegals? Maybe, just maybe it is because voters do not want illegals allowed in the country, especially two-thirds of Hispanics. Yes, you read that correctly. According to a recent Gallup poll, two out of three Hispanics oppose the establishment’s campaign to increase the annual inflow of migrants into the United States. The way the MSM and even establishment, pro-amnesty Republicans talk, you would think that 50% or more of Hispanics are in favor of increased legal immigration.

Illegal Immigration

Two out of three Hispanics oppose the establishment’s campaign to increase the annual inflow of migrants into the United States., according to an Aug. 20 report by Gallup.

That’s good news for Donald Trump, who has made pro-American immigration reform the centerpiece of his campaign.

It is bad news for Jeb Bush, who claims he can boost the one-in-four Hispanic support for the GOP by inviting more foreign blue-collar and college-graduates to compete for the jobs sought by American Hispanics.

Only 34 percent of U.S.-born Hispanics, and 33 percent of foreign-born Hispanics, want to increase legal immigration, said the Gallup report.

A Florida man is charged with plotting to set off an explosion at a 9/11 event. The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force arrested 20-year-old Joshua Ryne Goldberg Thursday in Florida. Prosecutors say he told an online informant how to make the bomb he wanted.

Investigators originally thought the suspect was recruiting people to carry out attacks from a location in Australia, reports CBS News correspondent Jeff Pegues.

It turns out Goldberg was in the U.S., in a home near Jacksonville, where he was taken into custody. He shares the home in Orange Park with his parents.

According to court documents, he had set his sights on bombing a 9/11 memorial event — the Kansas City Stair Climb.

Investigators said he was communicating online with someone he thought was sympathetic to his cause but who was actually an FBI informant, and the online conversations were being monitored. According to investigators, Goldberg encouraged the informant to build a pressure cooker bomb similar to what was used in the Boston Marathon bombing.
