So why aren’t the Black Live Matters folks clamoring that police lives matter?

29 year old Tremaine Wilbourn has been identified as the person responsible for the fatal shooting of a Memphis police officer, Sean Bolton. This pathetic cowardly cop killer was a passenger in a parked 2002 Mercedes Benz on Saturday night when he opened fire on Officer Sean Bolton. This piece of human waste was reportedly in the process of a low level drug deal when Officer Bolton approached the vehicle. As Memphis Director of Police Services Toney Armstrong said as he held up a picture of Wilbourn, “He’s a coward. You gun down, you murder a police officer for literally less than 2 grams of marijuana.” U.S. Marshals have posted a $10,000 reward for information leading to Wilbourn’s arrest and the Memphis’ city government is expected to add another $10,000.

Will Vice-President Joe Biden Challenge Hillary Clinton with a 2016 Presidential Run?

RUN JOE, RUN!!!!

Will he or won’t he? Will Vice-President Joe Biden run for the Democrat 2016 presidential nomination? Will he dare cross Hillary Clinton and actually pose a real threat to the presumptive Democrat party nominee? As a sitting VP, one would think he would make a run. According t the NY Times, Biden has been making inquiries regarding a possible presidential run. More importantly, Biden makes his decisions from the gut and feeling, rather than long, drawn out decision making.  According to reports upon his son’s death, it was Beau Biden’s wish that his father run for White House.

Imagine if Biden does run, what will Democrats do? Biden is the polar opposite when it comes to the dishonesty and trust factor that plagues Hillary Clinton.

Vice President Biden has not closed the door on a presidential run, according to NBC News sources — but it is far from clear whether he will enter the 2016 campaign, with much of the Democratic Party already behind Hillary Clinton.

These sources confirmed a New York Times report published Saturday that suggested Biden could still enter the presidential race, and that Biden allies have talked to party activists about the viability of a campaign.

The Times account suggested Biden’s late son, Beau, had pushed his father to wage a third campaign for the White House.

In a statement, Biden’s press secretary Kendra Barkoff did not rule out a Biden campaign, instead sidestepping the issue.

“As the Biden family continues to go through this difficult time, the Vice President is focused on his family and immersed in his work,” Barkoff said. “In recent weeks, the Vice President has worked on the nuclear deal with Iran, traveled across the country to highlight the administration’s economic priorities and more.”

The challenges for Biden to enter the race would be considerable. Hillary Clinton has raised more than $45 million already, while Biden struggled to raise funds in 2008, when he ran for president but didn’t win a single state.

Donald Trump Surges in New NBC News/WSJ Poll in GOP Primary Race

Just ahead of the first Republican primary debate this week, according to a recent NBC News/WSJ Poll, businessman Donald Trump has surged into the lead. Trump garnered 19% of the vote, while Jeb Bush was second with 14% followed by Ben Carson – 10%, Ted Cruz – 9%, Mike Huckabee – 6%, Rand Paul – 6% and Marco Rubio – 5%. Trump has bewildered the pundits and so-called political experts with his strong polling efforts. However, like him or hate him, the reason why Trump is resonating with so many Americans is because of his unfiltered, no-PC commentary. However, at some point he is going to have to present actual solutions and how he would do things, not just ripping the current political establishment.

Trump

Days before the first Republican debate, Donald Trump has surged into the national lead in the GOP primary race, with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush following, a new NBC News/ Wall Street Journal poll shows.

Trump is the first choice of 19 percent of GOP primary voters, while 15 percent back Walker and 14 percent back Bush. Ten percent support retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson.

All other Republican candidates earn single digit backing. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is favored by nine percent of primary voters; former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul are tied with six percent support; Florida Sen. Marco Rubio clocks in at five percent;

Wrestling Legend Rowdy Roddy Piper Dead At 61, RIP

The Hot Rod has passed away and far too young …

Wrestling legend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has died at the age of 61.   Roddy Piper, born Roderick George Toombs, died of an apparent cardiac arrest in his sleep at his home in Hollywood on Thursday night. The “Hot Rod” Piper was one of professional wrestling’s true icons who participated in WWE’s Wrestlemania 1 in 1985 where he squared off against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T.  Back in my youth when I used to watch wrestling, Piper was one of my favorites. His actions were off the charts and he could go from bad guy to good guy on the wrestling mat with ease. Of course we know that professional wrestling is sports entertainment, but Rowdy Roddy Piper was a master of entertainment and during his era of wrestling was truly the Golden Age. Piper was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. Roddy Piper is survived by his wife Kitty and their 4 kids, including 3 daughters and son Colton who’s pursuing a career in professional wrestling.
