What is really sad: when the cop in Charleston shot the man who ran, he was immediately arrested and charged, the videos were released, everything was handled as it should have been. No rioting, no Jesse or Al, the whole city, no really the whole state, was satisfied. Now this dumb azz punk comes in, to a church no less, and does this evil deed. The rioters will probably be shipped in to tear this beautiful historic city down.
I just ask that no one blames a whole race for the actions of one. With the picture shown above, this punk should be arrested quickly.
FBI identifies Charleston shooting suspect as Dylann Roof

Fox cable is reporting that the suspect has been identified and arrested in Shelby, NC.
The shooter had a pending drug charge. He was not unknown to LE.
The police in Charleston should be alert to the rabble rowsers who may try to be destructive. This is not the first shooting inside a church. Churches and other public places will be forced to allow concealed carry on their premises to prevent incidents such as this. Killers like this always pick a site where there is little or no real protection.
This one may have been caused by some perceived insult and it may also be related to medications for mental disorders.

This is terrible and I agree with the previous poster that you can’t judge all by the acts of one individual. We will never understand why people hate so much that they would do something like this. I am white and found this while looking for where I can donate to help the families. My prayers and love are with the people of this community.
Charleston Shooting: A Closer Look at Alleged Gunman Dylann Roof
Jun 18, 2015, 3:41 PM ET
Dylann Roof, the alleged gunman authorities say is responsible for killing nine people in a predominantly black Charleston, South Carolina, church Wednesday night, had been “planning something like that for six months,” according to his roommate.
Dalton Tyler, who said he has known Roof for seven months to one year, said he saw the white, 21-year-old suspect just last week.
“He was big into segregation and other stuff,” Tyler said. “He said he wanted to start a civil war. He said he was going to do something like that and then kill himself.” ….
Police said Roof was arrested today at a traffic stop in Shelby, North Carolina, about 250 miles north of Charleston.
A citizen saw the suspect’s car and reported it to police, who responded and made the arrest, police said. Roof cooperated with the officer who stopped him, according to police.
Officials said they believe Roof acted alone.
“I am so pleased we were able to resolve this case quickly,” Charleston Police Chief Gregory Mullen said at a news conference.
A court clerk confirmed to ABC News this afternoon that Roof waived extradition in North Carolina and is cleared to return to South Carolina.
