22 Year Old Missing Indiana University Student Hannah N. Wilson Found Dead … 49 Year Old Daniel E. Messel Arrested & Charged with Murder

22 year old missing Indiana University coed Hannah N. Wilson has been found dead. Hannah Wilson of Fishers was reported missing after she was last seen early Friday morning. Her body was found Friday morning, near Plum Creek, which is east of Lake Lemon in Brown County about 20 miles from the IU campus. The county is just east of Monroe County, where the  IU campus is located. According to the Brown County Coroner, Hannah died as a result of blunt force trauma. According to reports, Wilson suffered three or four blows to the head.

A missing Indiana University senior died of blunt force trauma, according to the Brown County Coroner.

Hannah Wilson, 22, of Fishers, was reported missing after she was last seen early Friday morning. Her body was found near Plum Creek, which is east of Lake Lemon in Brown County.

Indiana State Police said Daniel Messel, 49, of Bloomington was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder in connection to her death.

Brown County Coroner Earl Piper said an autopsy performed Saturday morning determined Wilson died of blunt force trauma to the head, approximately 4-7 hours before her body was found Friday morning.

Indiana State Police confirm they discovered the body of 22-year-old Hannah N. Wilson in Needmore, about 20 miles from the Bloomington campus in rural Brown County, though her time of death was ruled to be four- to seven hours before she was found. She had three- to four blows to the head and bruises on her hands, arms and shoulder according to Brown County Coroner Earl Piper. The bruises may be defensive wounds.

She was fully dressed when investigators found her, wearing pants, a long-sleeved blouse and lace-up tennis shoes. There was no sign of sexual assault.

Coroner Piper also conducted full toxicology tests, but those results will take 10-14 days.

Police are still working to determine what weapon was used against her.

Hannah Wilson was a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority at Indiana University, that released a statement on Saturday:

“The entire Gamma Phi Beta family mourns the tragic loss of Hannah. She was a sister, friend and cherished member who will be genuinely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Hannah’s friends, family and the women of Beta Phi Chapter.”

The police have arrested 49 year old Daniel Messell and charged him with the murder of 22 year old Hannah Wilson. What a shock, this POS was a previously convicted felon and let loose to once again prey on an innocent community. The Police have not disclosed a possible motive or said whether Messel and Wilson knew one another. No additional details on the killing had been released by Saturday evening. Messel was being held at the Brown County Jail.

Indiana State Police confirmed the identity of the student to be 22-year-old Hannah N. Wilson from Fishers, Indiana.

After an investigation, police were led to Daniel Messell, 49, of Bloomington.

He was arrested by detectives and is being held on a preliminary charge of murder.

Messel is a convicted felon. His long list of arrests dating back to 1993 include Criminal Recklessness; Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated; Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury; and Disorderly Conduct.

UPDATE II: Body of IU student found in Brown County; man arrested.

An autopsy Saturday morning showed that Hannah N. Wilson died of blunt force trauma to the back of the head, Brown County Coroner Earl Piper said.

A woman driving on Plum Creek Road Friday morning saw Wilson’s body face-down in a vacant lot at State Road 45 and Plum Creek. A call to the Brown County Sheriff’s Department reporting the body came in at 8:30 a.m., according to dispatch logs.

Wilson had been dead for 10 hours or less when she was found, Piper said. She was wearing pants, a blouse and lace-up tennis shoes.

Piper said no weapons were found at the crime scene.

Winston is currently the defendant in a civil suit, claiming sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and “intentional infliction of emotional distress arising out of forcible rape.” Then next weekend there is the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao boxing match where Floyd Mayweather’s record of criminal violence against women might be more impressive that his record. Olbermann asks America that it is time to draw the line. ESPN’s Keith Olbermann argued on his show that sports fans can take a stand against domestic violence by boycotting both events.

“The choices are about where we as sports fans, where we as human beings, draw the line about domestic violence in this country. Leslie Roy and Lee Marie Wright, two sisters from Oklahoma and Nebraska had been missing for nearly two weeks since April 11, 2015 in Michigan have been found alive in the Upper Peninsula. The two sisters checked out of a motel in Ishpeming on April 11 after visiting relatives and had planned to spend that night in Mackinaw City, a three-hour drive, but didn’t arrive. According to the police, their vehicle became stuck near Crisp Point on Lake Superior, in a remote area of Luce County. The two stayed with the vehicle, which was eventually spotted by a search helicopter Friday afternoon. Roy and Wright were found about 2:20 p.m. EDT while State Police were conducting an air search in a remote area of northern Luce County near Crisp Point on Lake Superior.

State police Sgt. Brent Rosten describes Leslie Roy and Lee Marie Wright as a “little weak” but “alive and well.”

Police say their vehicle became stuck near Crisp Point on Lake Superior, in a remote area of Luce County. There is a lighthouse there. The sisters stayed with the vehicle, which was spotted Friday by a helicopter.

However, the NBC internal investigation of their news anchor has turned up at least 11 instances in which Williams publicly embellished details of his reporting exploits. 11!!! Good grief, the New York Times is reporting that NBC is looking into whether Williams fibbed about his reporting during Egypt’s Arab Spring.

A months-long internal investigation of Brian Williams by NBC News has turned up 11 instances in which the anchorman publicly embellished details of his reporting exploits, according to a person familiar with details of the probe.

NBC undertook the examination of Williams’ statement after he apologized in early February for saying on “NBC Nightly News” that a military helicopter in which he was traveling at the start of the Iraq War had been damaged by rocket fire. His account was challenged by soldiers who were on the flight, leading to a furor that prompted NBC to suspend Williams for six months without pay and to investigate other statements he’s made.

The Iraq claim was one of the 11 suspect statements that a team of NBC News journalists has identified during the inquiry, said the individual, who asked not to be identified because he isn’t authorized to talk about an internal matter.

The investigators, led by NBC News senior executive producer Richard Esposito, have also raised doubts about Williams’ comments about his experiences covering Israel’s military action against Hezbollah in Lebanon in 2006. In an interview with a student-run television station at Fairfield University in Connecticut in 2007, Williams said he saw rockets passing “just beneath” the Israel helicopter in which he was traveling. But Williams gave a less harrowing account of the same trip in an NBC News blog a year earlier

But, as New York Times reporter Jo Becker reported, such a deal would require review by the U.S. government. That’s where Frank Giustra, a Canadian business executive and founder of the company that would become Uranium One, entered the picture.

Giustra reportedly set up a meeting between Kazatomprom officials and Bill Clinton himself — at the former president’s home in Chappaqua, New York.

Giustra has close ties to Bill Clinton and is a major donor to the Clinton Foundation. The two even flew to Kazakhstan together when Giustra’s company landed a lucrative deal to secure uranium mines there.

Here’s where the lie comes in.

Becker told Fox News’ Bret Baier that when she first asked a Clinton Foundation spokesman and Giustra about the meeting, they both said no such meeting ever took place. However, when she informed them that the then-head of Kazatomprom not only told her that the meeting had taken place, but also showed her a picture of himself with Clinton at the Chappaqua home proudly displayed in his office, they were forced to admit the meeting occurred.

In 2007, Toshiba “sold a 10 percent stake in U.S. nuclear power plant builder Westinghouse,” Reuters reported.

During Hillary Clinton’s tenure at the U.S. State Department, foreign governments and businesses donated tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation and paid millions in speaker fees to former President Clinton. Some of those same players then had business or policy issues later land on then-Secretary of State Clinton’s desk.

In addition to concerns about ethics of such practices, Clinton failed to disclose millions of dollars in big foreign donations to her husband’s foundation, which she had previously vowed to do. It was also reported that the Clinton Foundation is redoing five years worth of tax returns after a review by Reuters found several errors.
