The remains of missing 25 year old Jaimee Mendez have been found on King’s Beach in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Authorities state that the remains were found around 8 a.m. Wednesday near two lobster pots. The remains were taken to the medical examiner’s office in Boston, MA where they were positively identified as Jaimee Mendez by dental records. The Massachusetts’ Office of the Chief Medical Examiner says that the human remains found on King’s Beach in Swampscott Wednesday morning belong to 25 year-old Jaimee Mendez of Swampscott.  Jaimee Mendez has been missing since 11/6/14.

Officials said the remains were found around 8 a.m. Wednesday near two lobster pots. They were taken to the medical examiner’s office in Boston.

Mendez’s remains were identified through dental records.

“We are relieved for Jaimee’s family that she has been located and identified. We will continue to work diligently to determine the circumstances of her death. Our thoughts are with the Mendez family during this difficult time,” Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett said in a statement.

Officials said they have still not determined the cause and manner of Mendez’s death, and the investigation is continuing.

DA: Skull found on Swampscott beach ID’d as missing mom.

A skull and bones found on the beach in Swampscott this week has been identified as that of 25-year-old Jaimee Mendez, authorities announced this evening.

The human remains were found Wednesday at about 8 a.m. near some lobster traps on Kings Beach by the Swampscott-Lynn line, police said.

Mendez, a Swampscott mother, vanished last November and was last seen with a Level 3 sex offender, the missing woman’s sister, Alyssa, and a law enforcement source told the Herald last November.

Officials asked anyone with information to contact Swampscott police at 781-595-1111.

Tarrant County, TX Judge Don Cosby ruled Friday that the funeral home that sold Lee Harvey Oswald’s pine casket for $87,468 must return it to the presidential assassin’s brother. Judge Cosby wrote that Robert Oswald bought his brother’s (Lee Harvey Oswald) pine box for $300 on November 24, 1963, and it remains to this day “the personal property of Robert.” In December 2010, a Los Angeles auction house sold the casket to an unidentified buyer for $87,468.  Judge Don Cosby stated the actions of the funeral home’s conduct was “wrongful, wanton and malicious.”

In 1981, Lee Harvey Oswald’s body was exhumed (VIDEO) amid conspiracy theories that the grave did not contain Lee Harvey Oswald’s body. What a shock, something surrounding the assignation of President John F. Kennedy was mired in conspiracy. The remains were examined and determined to be that of Oswald after dental records were confirmed. When Lee Harvey Oswald was reburied, it was not done so with the original pine box as it was too damaged. It was thought by the family that the original casket was thrown away. However, that was not the case. As it turns out the funeral home, Baumgardner Funeral Home, kept it and eventually sold it at auction, along with Lee Harvey Oswald’s death certificate and the embalming tools and table used in his burial,  to an anonymous buyer. How creepy. Robert Oswald sued Nate D. Sanders Fine Autographs & Memorabilia, Inc., and Baumgardner Funeral Home over the sale of the casket, as well as other grim items tied to his brother’s death. During the trial, the funeral home’s attorney actually tried to argue that the coffin was “a gift” from Robert to Lee.

A funeral home that sold Lee Harvey Oswald’s pine casket for $87,468 must return it to the accused presidential assassin’s brother, a judge ruled Friday.

Robert Oswald had bought the pine bluff casket for his brother, whose body was exhumed in 1981 amid conspiracy theories that it did not contain Lee Harvey Oswald’s body. After a Dallas hospital confirmed the body through dental records, it was reburied, but not in the original casket, which was too water-damaged.

Oswald’s family says it thought the original casket had been thrown away, but the funeral home actually kept it in storage before selling it at auction — along with Lee Harvey Oswald’s death certificate and the embalming tools and table used in his burial — to an anonymous buyer.

Oswald’s brother, Robert, sued Baumgardner Funeral Home after it sold the coffin through an auction house in Santa Monica, California. The auction house still has the coffin, because the lawsuit had put the sale of the coffin on hold. The sale was never completed, the judgment says.

In addition to returning the casket to Robert Oswald, the funeral home must pay him $87,468 in damages, state District Judge Don Cosby ruled, saying its conduct was “wrongful, wanton and malicious.”

It also must pay the auction house more than $10,000 in storage fees.

The funeral home also must cover the expense of transporting the coffin from California to Texas, where the family plans to destroy it, according to Oswald’s attorney, Gant Grimes.

Bill Montag, Father of Heidi & Holly Montag Arrested for Child Sex Abuse & Incest

REALITY CRIME …

Bill Montag, the 67 year old father of reality television star Heidi Montag, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of child sex abuse and incest. A 29 page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse that Bill Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old. The abuse was said to have began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old. The arrest affidavit also indicates Montag abused the victim at least 50 different times. The court docs describe the abuse:

“[Bill Montag] groomed [the victim] with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” court documents state, going on to charge that the ongoing abuse escalated to Montag attempting to insert a vibrator into the young teen’s vagina, and then developed yet further, resulting in Montag allegedly performing oral sex on the girl when she was 16.

The victim told authorities that she came forward in order to save other girls from becoming victims. The identity of victim of sexual assault will not be released to protect the victim. However, the victim cannot be either Heidi or Holly Montag, as they are too young to fit the profile. But because of the incest charges, the victim is obviously a family member.

Reality television star Heidi Montag’s father, Bill Montag of Glenwood Springs, is in custody and charged with several counts of child sex abuse and incest, according to a court records filed in Arapahoe County.

Montag was arrested Thursday evening by Aspen police. A 29-page arrest affidavit outlines years of abuse Montag allegedly inflicted on a girl starting when she was 13 years old.

The abuse allegedly began in 1993 and continued until she was 17 years old.

Due to the statute of limitations, Montag is only eligible to be charged with crimes that occurred after July 1st, 1996, when the victim would have been 16 years old.

TMZ reports sources connected to Heidi and Spencer … the alleged victim has significant credibility problems.

That is a tough call to say that whether whoever this source is does not have an agenda, or speaks the truth. Charges like sex abuse and incest, if true, would cause speculation as to who else Bill Montag abused. A skeleton that some not ready to deal with would not want to be made public.

Our sources who are very close to Heidi and Spencer tell us … they are very familiar with the accuser who “is determined to destroy the family.”  They say she has stalked Heidi and Spencer at various public appearances to the point security had to remove her.  Heidi and Spence believe Bill Montag will be exonerated.

Michael Moore Still Seeking Attention for Clint Eastwood’s 10 Year Old Comments That He Would “Kill” Him if He Ever Showed Up at His House With a Camera …. Well Michael Moore, Do You Feel Lucky?

GO AHEAD MICHAEL MOORE, MAKE OUR DAY …

Liberal film maker Michael Moore is still trying to make mileage off something that Clint Eastwood said to him 10 years ago. The comments, supposedly made in jest at the National Board of Review awards dinner when Clint Eastwood allegedly told filmmaker Michael Moore he would “kill” him if he ever showed up at his house with a camera. However, Moore seems to have taken the threat somewhat serious to this day. Note to Michael Moore, you are still around making ridiculous, ignorant comments so you must have heeded Clint’s warning. By the way, Clint did not threaten you, he warned you that if you ever showed up at his home with a camera, well punk, do you feel lucky?

Ten years ago this past week, Clint Eastwood stood in front of the National Board of Review awards dinner and announced to me and to the crowd that he would “kill” me if I ever came to his house with my camera for an interview.

“I’ll kill you,” he declared.

The crowd laughed nervously. As for me, having just experienced a half-dozen assaults in the previous year from crazies upset at ‘Fahrenheit 9/11? and my anti-war Oscar speech, plus the attempt by a right wing extremist to blow up my house (he was caught in time and went to prison), I was a bit stunned to hear Eastwood, out of the blue, make such a violent statement. But I instantly decided he was just trying to be funny, so I laughed the same nervous laugh everyone else did. Clint, though, didn’t seem to like all that laughter.

“I mean it,” he barked, and the audience grew more quiet. “I’ll shoot you.”

Hey Michael Moore, how about some cheese with that whine …  Maybe Clint East Wood meant he would kill you at the box office?

Comcast Changed Customer’s Name to “Asshole Brown” … Listening to How One Gets Treated in Canceling Their Account Makes It Obvious Who the Real A$$holes Are

With Comcast it appears the customer is not always right …

After a customer tried to reduce their charges on their Comcast account, they were sent an invoice addressed to “Asshole” Brown. No, their name is not “Asshole,” it was Ricardo but that is what one of the mean-spirited employees of Comcast changed the name to. WOW, can you say customer service! Or the lack thereof. Instead of being transferred to a cancellation department, it appears Comcast sends you to a “customer retention” specialist whose job it is to drive you mad and break your will to just say yes, you will stay with them, but just stop the madness. Most likely, if the Brown’s spoke to a customer retention Nazi like the one below, or worse, you can now understand how it was possible for someone’s name was changed.

Finally, Comcast admitted their mistake, apologized for the actions of their representative and offered a full refund for the past two years of service as well as two additional years at no extra charge. Also, her husband’s name was corrected in the system. In the end they will receive a check for $3900. Hmm, imagine how much they would have received if their name was changed to “F*CKHEAD” Brown or “SH*T FOR BRAINS” Brown, I am thinking double or triple the amount.

When Ricardo Brown from Spokane, Washington got his most recent bill from Comcast, he had an extra special reason to be dismayed. It wasn’t the pricey charges—we’re all used to that by now. No, it was that on this particular bill, Comcast appears to have misspelled his name. By replacing it entirely with the word “Asshole.”

Ricardo’s wife, Lisa, shared the unfortunate switcheroo with consumer advocate Chris Elliot. According to her, the whole problem may very well have stemmed from her attempts to reduce her cable bill over the phone—a delicate little dance otherwise known as the Ninth Circle of Hell.

[Lisa] explained that her family was having financial difficulties and needed to reduce their cable bill. She’d called Comcast to cancel the cable portion of her account, for which she had to pay a $60 fee. Instead of complying immediately, a representative escalated her call to a retention specialist, who tried to persuade her to keep the cable service and sign a new two-year contract.

“I was never rude,” she says. “It could have been that person was upset because I didn’t take the offer.”

WOW, check this out. I am not, not have I ever been a Comcast customer and after listening to the crap and endless nonsense they put you thru in order to disconnect your service, I can say that I will never be a Comcast customer. The telephone exchange between the customer and Comcast retention is unbelievable. I can honesty say I would not have been able to remain that calm or polite. What might be the highlight of this conversation is when the customer asks the Comcast rep whether he is being punked.
