21 year old Henderson State Nursing Student Callie Morris has been missing since Thursday, January 29, 2015. Authorities say that she was last heard from on Thursday when she was leaving Hot Springs, AR en route to McAlester, OK. Callie Morris may be traveling in a 2004 tan Ford Explorer with Oklahoma License 908HTG and she usually takes the route through Mena, Arkansas. The LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office has issued a missing person’s request after a nursing student failed to make it home to McAlester.
Authorities are looking for missing Henderson State nursing student Callie Morris.
Officials say Morris was last heard from on Thursday when she was leaving Hot Springs, AR en route to McAlester, OK.
Morris drives a 2004 Tan Ford Explorer with an Oklahoma license plate 908 HTG.
Her last cell phone ping was around Whitesboro/Muse, Oklahoma.

According to Rutledge, the Civil Air Patrol received new information that will take the focus to Big Cedar on Sunday morning.
Civil Air Patrol announced Saturday that they were able to determine using cell phone forensics at 6:37 p.m. Thursday, Morris had made her trip from Hot Springs, Ark. to just west of the Oklahoma state line. According to officials, the ping was near the area of Big Cedar in Oklahoma.
The LeFlore County Sheriff’s department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and the Civil Air Patrol have been searching the area.

The body of a missing nursing student was found in her vehicle submerged in a Latimer County creek, according to the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department.

The vehicle and missing 21 year old Callie Morris has been found today in a Latimer County Creek. The vehicle was found overturned and partly submerged in water with the body of the missing women inside. Oklahoma Highway Patrol will be handling the investigation.
Body found believed to be missing Henderson student.
Sunday morning police said they found a woman’s body inside a truck in Oklahoma.
The body is believed to be that of missing Henderson University student Callie Morris.
Investigators said the truck was under a bridge in Buffalo Valley near Hwy 63. Police said they believe the body is Morris, but the coroner is heading to the scene for confirmation.
Police said the body was found inside the vehicle with the seat belt still intact.

Sheriff: Missing Student Found Dead

Search crews on Sunday found missing Henderson State University student Callie Morris’ vehicle overturned and partially submerged in water, according to the LeFlore County Sheriff.
A body was found inside, and has been identified as that of the missing 21 year old.
The development ends the three-day search for the nursing student who went missing Thursday night on her way from Hot Springs to McAlester, Okla., according to authorities.
Morris’ vehicle was found overturned and partially submerged in water just off of a local roadway where crews had narrowed their search over the weekend based on cell phone forensics data, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff said they do not suspect foul play at this time.
