The law enforcement heroes who were killed were Sacramento County Deputy Danny Oliver, 47, a 15 year veteran of the police force and a husband and father of two daughters. Also murdered was Placer County Deputy Michael David Davis Jr., 42, an 18 year veteran with a wife and four children.God bless their souls. Our prayers and condolences go out to the family, friends of Danny Oliver and Michael David Davis Jr. and their fellow police officers.
The suspect alleged to have shot three northern California sheriff’s deputies Friday, killing two, was deported twice and has a criminal record, federal officials said late Saturday.
A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said that the fingerprints of the suspected shooter match those of a man named Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte. Monroy-Bracamonte was initially deported to Mexico in 1997 after being convicted of drug possession in Arizona. Four years later, he was arrested and deported again for an unspecified offense.
“The fingerprints were the basis for our request for an immigration detainer,” ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice told The Associated Press. The detainer requests that local authorities transfer him to federal custody after his case is adjudicated so ICE can purse his deportation, Kice said.
The suspect initially identified himself as Marcelo Marquez, 34, of Salt Lake City. He is charged with two counts each of murder, attempted murder and carjacking. The suspect’s wife, Janelle Marquez-Monroy, was also arrested Friday and charged with carjacking and attempted murder.

The dirtbag, scumbag, piece of sh*t of the week goes to … Larry McHale.
46 year old Larry McHale was arrested earlier this week for animal cruelty after he threw a little four pound Chihuahua against a Starbucks coffee shop window. WTF!!! The pup suffered a broken back leg, head injuries and was bleeding from the ears after the attack. It was reported that McHale appeared to be intoxicated. McHale is being held in the Harris County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He was due in court Friday.
Precious Little ‘Starbucks’
What kind of a sick bastard does something like this to a defenseless little animal? Mr. McHale, you are very lucky that I was not present when this heinous act occurred as I would has tossed your useless carcass through the Starbucks window.
The dog now suffers from a broken back leg and needs pins and plates to fix it. The surgery is estimated to cost about $1,000. If anyone would like to donate to Starbucks’ recovery, you can do so on the Frisky Paws Rescue website. Also, the little 4 pound doglet named “Starbucks” by the techs at the Houston’s Animal Shelter and Adoption Facility will also need a forever home after she is healed.
A four pound Chihuahua is now on the mend after police say she was thrown against a Starbucks window.
Witnesses feared the dog would not survive after watching the impact Tuesday night around 9:30 p.m.
The man accused of the cold crime is now charged with animal cruelty.
Larry McHale was arrested outside the Starbucks at 8821 Westheimer after employees called 9-1-1.
Police aren’t even sure if the dog even belongs to him.
“It was so loud, the window sounded like it was going to break,” said Starbucks manager Jasmine Hyder. “He’s like, you don’t care about humans. You only care about a dog.”
Starbucks manager Jasmine Hyder said McHale has been banned from the southwest Houston Starbucks for the last three months.

NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley Says It’s a Dirty, Dark Secret: “Unintelligent, Brainwashed African-Americans” Keeping Successful Black Men Down
One thing you can always count on with NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley, is for him to speak his mind no matter how controversial …
WOW … While appearing on a Philadelphia radio station, “Afternoons with Anthony Gargano and Rob Ellis,” Charles Barkley accused “unintelligent,” “brainwashed” African-Americans of keeping successful ones down” as Barkley discussed the rumor that Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was getting criticism from his black teammates for not being, “black enough.” Barkley stated that it was the “dirty, dark secret” … ”Unfortunately, as I tell my white friends, we as black people, we’re never going to be successful, not because of you white people, but because of other black people. When you’re black, you have to deal with so much crap in your life from other black people.”
I guess they will be saying Sir Charles is not black enough either.
”Unfortunately, as I tell my white friends, we as black people, we’re never going to be successful, not because of you white people, but because of other black people. When you’re black, you have to deal with so much crap in your life from other black people. It’s a dirty, dark secret; I’m glad it’s coming out.”
“There are a lot of black people who are unintelligent, who don’t have success,” he continued. “It’s best to knock a successful black person down because they’re intelligent, they speak well, they do well in school, and they’re successful…”
“We’re the only ethnic group who say, ‘Hey, if you go to jail, it gives you street cred.’ It’s just typical BS that goes on when you’re black, man.”

Missing Child Alert Issued for 8 Years Old Peyton Blodgett Missing Since 10/25/14 in Macclenny, Florida (Update: Missing 8 Year Old Boy Found, Taken to Hospital)
A missing child alert has been issued for 8 year old Peyton Blodgett in Macclenny, FL. on Saturday morning, October 25, 2014. Peyton Blodgett was last seen at his grandmother’s home in the area of the 6800 block of State Road 121 in Macclenny, Florida. The 8 year old is also said to be low functioning autistic. The Baker County Sheriff’s Office says the grandmother and her boyfriend went out to do yard work while Peyton and his 5 year old sister watched TV.
A Florida missing child alert has been issued for Peyton Blodgett, a white male, 8-years-old, 4 feet tall, weighing 40 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes; last seen in the area of the 6800 block of State Road 121 in Macclenny, Florida, wearing white and a blue tie-dye t-shirt, blue jeans, black & white zebra-striped socks, and green tennis shoes.
Missing child alert issued for 8-year-old with autism.
The sheriff says deputies searched the grandmother’s home over five times and couldn’t find Peyton.
They called in K-9 units to track his scent, and brought in officers on four-wheelers to search the wooded area around the home.
Even neighbors stepped in to help.
“My mother’s house is a couple houses down and it was one of the abandoned houses they couldn’t get access to so I helped them get into the house to search,” said Beck Heyes.
But as the day turned to night, there was no sign of Peyton.
“It’s going to get cold, he’s going to be hungry, he’s going to be scared to death and he’s autistic which makes it even more urgent,” said Heyes.
The Baker County Sheriff’s Office along with the FBI, The Florida Department of Law Enforment and Highway patrol are out again on Sunday.
UPDATE I: Search Continues Sunday for 8-year-old Peyton Kyler Blodgett last seen Saturday in Macclenny.
Peyton has not been found as of 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The FBI and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Missing Persons Department took over the search Saturday night. They will search until local officials return Sunday morning.
The Jacksonville Dive Team will be arriving to the scene at 7 a.m. Sunday to search two nearby ponds. More K-9 units will be brought to the scene. The Baker County Sheriff’s Office will also return to the search area at 7 a.m. Sunday.
UPDATE II: 8-year-old autistic boy still missing, police to polygraph family.
Sheriff Joey Dobson said a pond near the address he was last seen at, 6863 South SR 121, his grandmother’s residence, will be searched by divers tomorrow. That’s also when authorities will give the grandmother and her boyfriend, seven-time felon Jerry Carter, lie-detector tests, he said.
“They were outside and [Peyton] was inside. He just disappeared,” said Sheriff Dobson, adding that the youth’s parents were in Gainesville today.
Peyton was last seen in blue jeans and a blue shirt with Daytona on the front and black sneakers.
Most of Mr. Carter’s convictions are for non-violent offenses, save an aggravated assault count on a law enforcement officer, the sheriff said.
“I don’t think it will turn out good,” he conceded.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of this child, please contact the Baker County Sheriff’s Office at 904-259-2861 or 911.
UPDATE III: Missing 8-year-old boy found, in ‘critical’ condition.
The search is over for an eight-year-old boy with autism reported missing over the weekend, authorities said.
Peyton Blodgett was found safe and appeared to be in good condition, but he remained in critical condition at last check Monday night, a spokesperson for Wolfson Children’s Hospital told First Coast News.
Authorities from several agencies had been searching for Blodgett, the subject of a Florida Missing Child Alert, for two days since his reported disappearance Saturday.
“We have found Peyton Blodgett, probably the best day in 18 years that I’ve had,” said Dobson.
