British Prime Minister conducted a press conference at 10 Downing Street to do what US President Barack Obama could not, be a leader and put into perspective the terror threat that ISIS poses to the UK and the world. PM David Cameron stated, that while the “Taliban facilitated al-Qaida terrorism, the Islamic State group is “effectively a state run by terrorists ” and their ambition to create an Islamist caliphate is not something that could be ignored. Juxtapose that with Obama who underestimated ISIS as they “jayvee” and stated the other day that “we do not have a strategy” to deal with ISIS.
Britain raised the country’s terror threat level from substantial to severe just before Cameron held his news conference. The threat level means a terrorist attack is considered highly likely. Cameron warned that the return of hundreds of murderous extremists posed a greater threat to our security than Al Qaeda or the IRA ever did. Cameron further went on to say that Islamist terrorists cannot be ‘appeased’ and need to be faced down. Where was Obama, at a fund raiser of course.
The UK government raised its terror threat level Friday from “substantial” to “severe,” the fourth highest of five levels, in response to events in Iraq and Syria, where ISIS militants have seized a large swath of territory.
“That means that a terrorist attack is highly likely, but there is no intelligence to suggest that an attack is imminent,” Home Secretary Theresa May said.
The “root cause” of Britain’s terror threat is “Islamist extremism,” Prime Minister David Cameron said. The execution of American journalist James Foley is clear evidence that ISIS’s fight in Iraq and Syria “is not some foreign conflict thousands of miles from home that we can hope to ignore,” according to the UK leader.
Just curious, when was the last time or any time that you would ever hear the following words out of Barack Obama’s mouth when it came to discussing American values, protecting American values and standing up for American values? During David Cameron’s speech he said the following:
Britain is an open, tolerant and free nation. We are a country that backs everyone community who want to work hard, make a contribution and build a life for themselves and their family. But we cannot stand by and allow our openness be confused with the tolerance of extremism. Or one that encourages different cultures to lead separate lives and allows people to behave in ways that run completely counter to British values. Adhering to British values is not an option or a choice, it is a duty of those who live in these islands. And in the end, it is only by standing up for these values that we will defeat this extremism, protect our way of life and keep our people safe.

It is Cameron and his bunch who has not only allowed, but encouraged immigration to the UK by Muslims. It is illegal to criticize Islam in England, on pain of imprisonment. There are areas of large English cities where non-Muslims dare not go–even the police force. Sharia law is recognized in matters of family law. Polygamists are given increased amounts on the dole to support extra wives. Muslims have taken over many school systems and enforce Islamic food restrictions. In supermarkets, although unmarked as such, almost all meat is Halal, meaning the animals were killed by the brutal Sharia method–slitting their throats without stunning them first and then starting the butchering before they are dead. And when young Lee Rigby was run over by auto and beheaded in a London street, Cameron’s solution was to advise the military not to wear their uniforms off-base.
The UK is reaping what it has sown. It is too late for Cameron to pretend he wishes to contain Islam in England. They have already taken over with his assistance and blessing.
