16 year old Karina Cisneros has been missing since Monday, April 28, 2014 in Miami, Florida. Her parents believe that she is with her former 8th grade history school teacher, 49 year old Javier Peraza. The missing teen’s parents say they discovered two months ago the two had been having a secret relationship as they found several hundred text messages on her phone between them, they pulled her out of school and started home schooling her. They are also worried as Karina Cisneros left home with her passport, social security card and her driver’s license.

Karina Cisneros has been missing since Monday, according to her parents.
Her family is especially concerned because Cisneros left home with her passport, her social security card and her driver’s license but didn’t take much else.
Cisneros’ parents told CBS4?s Marybel Rodriguez, that their daughter was having a secret relationship with 49-year old Javier Peraza two months ago but she had known him for several years.
“My daughter met him when she was in eighth grade…when she was 12 to 13-years old. He was her history teacher,” said Matienzo.
Her parents say the two had been having a secret relationship.
Cisneros’ parents told CBS4 once they discovered the relationship and found several hundred text messages on her phone between them, they pulled her out of school and started home schooling her.

Miami Police Searching For Missing Teen.
Then Tuesday, she got a heartbreaking phone call from her daughter.
“Mommy, I am ok, don’t worry, I am ok. When I tried to speak more, She hang(sic) up,” Matienzo said.
The teen was last seen at her home near the intersection of SW 40th Avenue and SW 2nd Terrace. She was wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt. She is about 5’4 and weighs approximately 115 pounds.
