San Francisco 49ers Linebacker Aldon Smith Arrested at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday … Stated “He Was in Possession of a Bomb”

49ers LB Aldon Smith in trouble again …

San Francisco 49er linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport after making the comment that he had a bomb during a security screening. Smith was going through Terminal 1 as LAX screeneing when he was randomly selected for secondary screening. Smith then became belligerent and uncooperative with the process and then made the cardinal sins of all sins at an airport and said, he was in possession of a bomb. Smith was then detained and taken into custody by airport police. Aldon Smith was transported to the Los Angeles Police Department where he was booked for felony false report of a bomb threat. The arrest was the latest in a string of arrests including the most recent on September  20 on a charge of driving under the influence. He was arrested on the same charge in January 2012.

It has been quite the busy week for the San Francisco 49ers and none of it has to do with football. First the allegations regarding QB Colin Kaepernick and now this.

Niners linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport after claiming he had a bomb during a security screening, airport police said.

Smith, 24, made the threat after he was randomly selected for a second screening at about 2 p.m. as he went through the Transportation Security Agency checkpoint for Terminal 1.

“The suspect then became belligerent and uncooperative with the process and with the TSA agent, making a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding toward the gate area,” Sgt. Karla Ortiz said in a statement.

“We are disappointed to learn of the incident today involving Aldon Smith,” said Trent Baalke, 49ers general manager. “As this is a pending legal matter and we are still gathering the pertinent facts, we will have no further comment.”

JUSTICE … Neighborhood bully finally got what was coming to him.

Municipal Court Judge Gayle Williams-Byers ordered 62-year old Edmond Aviv to display the sign for five hours Sunday that said, “I AM A BULLY!” The order comes in response to the neighborhood jerk harassing and bullying. According to court records, Aviv has feuded with his neighbor Sandra Prugh for the past 15 years. According to court records, Prugh stated in a letter to the court that Aviv had called her an ethnic slur, [monkey momma], while she was holding her adopted black children, who have developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy and epilepsy, spit on her several times, regularly threw dog feces on her son’s car windshield, and once smeared feces on a wheelchair ramp.  However, the most recent case stemmed from Aviv being annoyed at the smell coming from Prugh’s dryer vent when she did laundry, in retaliation, Aviv hooked up kerosene to a fan, which blew the smell onto Pugh’s property.   The judge also ordered Aviv to serve 15 days in jail and to undergo anger management classes and counseling. Aviv also had to submit an apology letter to Prugh.

A man accused of harassing a neighbor and her disabled children for the past 15 years sat at a street corner Sunday morning with a sign declaring he’s a bully, a requirement of his sentence.

Municipal Court Judge Gayle Williams-Byers ordered 62-year-old Edmond Aviv to display the sign for five hours Sunday. It says: “I AM A BULLY! I pick on children that are disabled, and I am intolerant of those that are different from myself. My actions do not reflect an appreciation for the diverse South Euclid community that I live in.”

The Northeast Ohio Media Group reported that Aviv arrived at the corner just before 9 a.m., placing the hand-lettered cardboard sign next to him as he sat in a chair. Within a couple of minutes, a passing motorist honked a car horn.

Court records show Aviv pleaded no contest in February to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. His attorney didn’t return a telephone call for comment.

Victory for Nevada Cattle Rancher Cliven Bundy … BLM Blinks in Confrontation Over the Removal of Rancher’s Cattle From Federal Land, Government Claimed They were Grazing Illegally

The Bureau of land Management is pulling out, victory for Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.

The Feds and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have blinked in their Gestapo tactics of governmental overreach in the confrontation with Nevada cattle rancher Clive Bundy. No matter what side of the argument you fall on with regards to this situation, one thing is for certain, this was a complete over-reaction on the part of the Obama administration in creating this type of hostile, overreach and volatile situation. After a week-long standoff between the Feds and the cattle rancher and his supporters, the BLM has done a 180 most likely because there has been too much media reporting of the Fed’s tyrannical nad police state actions.  BLM Director Neil Kornze stated, “based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public.” More like, the memo came from on high, the Obama presidency cannot withstand a WACO.

However, the Bureau of Land Management vowed Saturday that it would continue its legal fight to remove illegal cattle from a rural Nevada range. This is code for the Fed’s in Washington DC will pull every stunt, behind the scenes, to make this man’s life miserable and put him out of business as he dared make them look bad in public.

ABC News: Nevada Cattle Rancher Wins ‘Range War’ With Feds.

 A Nevada cattle rancher appears to have won his week-long battle with the federal government over a controversial cattle roundup that had led to the arrest of several protesters.

Cliven Bundy went head to head with the Bureau of Land Management over the removal of hundreds of his cattle from federal land, where the government said they were grazing illegally.

Bundy claims his herd of roughly 900 cattle have grazed on the land along the riverbed near Bunkerville, 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, since 1870 and threatened a “range war” against the BLM on the Bundy Ranch website after one of his sons was arrested while protesting the removal of the cattle.

“I have no contract with the United States government,” Bundy said. “I was paying grazing fees for management and that’s what BLM was supposed to be, land managers and they were managing my ranch out of business, so I refused to pay.”

The federal government had countered that Bundy “owes the American people in excess of $1 million ” in unpaid grazing fees and “refuses to abide by the law of land, despite many opportunities over the last 20 years to do so.”

However, today the BLM said it would not enforce a court order to remove the cattle and was pulling out of the area.

“Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public,” BLM Director Neil Kornze said.

“We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner,” he said.

Take a good look America at to how the Federal government is treating legal Americans. Attack dogs and tasering Americans, UNREAL. Remember when this used to be the United States of America, not a tyrannical police state? The Obama government does not do this to illegal aliens who come into America illegally, but they had no problem treating legal Americans this way.

A deal has been reached between Bundy family leaders and the Bureau of Land Management, but not without some very tense moments.

Armed Bundy family leaders met with BLM officers Saturday afternoon in Mesquite to discuss the fate of the Bundy’s cattle that the feds removed from BLM land, over the past week.

Under the deal the cattle were released from a holding area near Mesquite, back onto the federal lands they were removed from.

However, according to the BLM, the deal does not absolve Bundy from any of the fees he owes for having the animals there in the first place.

Rancher Cliven Bundy is not describing it as a deal, but as the American citizens taking back the cattle.

“There is no deal here. The citizens of America and Clark County went and took their cattle. There was no negotiations. They took these cattle. They are in possession of these cattle and I expect them to come home soon,” Bundy said.

Investigators Now Say that MH370 Co-Pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid Tried to Make a Mobile Phone Call After the Plane Turned West and Flew Over Malaysia But Was Abruptly Cut Off

It is being reported at the UK Daily Mail, that  Fariq Abdul Hamid, the co-pilot of flight MH370 tried to make a call from his mobile phone after the plane had turned right and vanished from radar. The call was made as the aircraft flew low over the west coast of Malaysia; however, was ‘was abruptly cut off’. Was this a desperation call from the co-pilot?

The co-pilot of missing flight MH370 made a call from his mobile phone while the aircraft flew low over the west coast of Malaysia, it was revealed today as the U.S. denied reports the plane landed at a military base on the remote island of Diego Garcia.

Investigators have learned that the call was made from Fariq Abdul Hamid’s mobile phone as the Boeing 777 flew low near the island of Penang, on the north of Malaysia’s west coast.

The New Straits Times reported the aircraft, with 239 people on board, was flying low enough for the nearest telecommunications tower to pick up Fariq’s signal.

The call ended abrupty, however it has been learned that contact was definitely established with a telecommunications sub-station in Penang state.

A CREW member of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 made a desperate  call from his mobile phone as the plane was flying low near Penang, the morning it went missing.

The latest breakthrough in the ongoing criminal investigation traced the source of the call to co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid’s phone.

The New Straits Times has learnt that investigators are poring over this discovery as they try to piece together what had happened moments before the Boeing 777-22ER twinjet went off the radar, some 200 nautical miles (320km) northwest of Penang on March 8.

“The telco’s (telecommunications company’s) tower established the call that he was trying to make. On why the call was cut off, it was likely because the aircraft was fast moving away from the tower and had not come under the coverage of the next one,” the sources said.

15 Year Old Janessa A. Rodgers-Bader Missing Since 4/7/14 in Omaha, NE … Believed to Have Runaway With her Boyfriend, 16 Year Old Erick Grijalva

15 year old Janessa A. Rodgers-Bader has been missing since Monday, April 7, 2014 in Omaha, Nebraska. The Douglas County female  teen believed to have run away with her boyfriend  16 year old Erick Grijalva. He is also listed with Omaha police as a missing juvenile. Janessa A. Rodgers-Bader was last seen at her home near 144th Street and West Dodge Road.

Janessa A. Rodgers-Bader was reported missing on Monday.  Her family said they’re concerned for her safety.

She was last seen at her home near 144th Street and West Dodge Road.

She’s 5 feet 3 inches tall, 110 pounds, has green eyes and shoulder-length brown hair and was last seen wearing a “Pink” T-shirt, black tights and tennis shoes.

Authorities said the teen is believed to be with her boyfriend, who is also listed with Omaha police as a missing juvenile.

 Erick Grijalva is described as 5-foot-10 and 145 pounds. He was last seen April 5th wearing a white shirt, green camouflage pants and yellow suede shoes.
