School Bus Driver Cathy Goetz Charged With Assault, Menacing & Child Endangering of an 8 Year Old Autistic Boy
This is truly troubling and disturbing …
43 year old Cathy Goetz, an Ashland City, Ohio Schools bus driver has been suspended without pay and charged with assault, menacing and child endangering of an 8 year old autistic boy. The disturbing crime was caught on the bus video on January 17, 2014. Goetz is seen smacking the boy as he continuously screams. After the boy is hit by the bus driver, he is heard threatening to kill her. She then called bus dispatcher, who called 911. When the police arrived Goetz told the officer that the boy had threatened her, hit her and kicked her, but conveniently failed to mention the fact that she slapped the boy and grabbed him around the collar. Goetz also claims she did not know the boy had autism.
Really, where should we begin? We have a bus driver who has no idea the make up of the children she is responsible for driving and being in her care. We have a bus driver who thinks it is perfectly okay to slap and assault 8 year olds. We have a bus driver who thinks it is perfectly fine to lie to police and tell them the truth of what actually happened. And we have a bus driver who still after having video and audio evidence of her crime still pleading not guilty.
Warning: VIDEO is disturbing

One in Four Americans Were Unaware that Earth Circles Sun … The Dumbing Down of America
And you wonder how Barack Obama got elected and then reelected? Look no farther than the survey below.
The survey conducted by the National Science Foundation revealed that one in four Americans polled were unaware that the Earth circled the Sun. Just 74% knew that the Earth revolved around the Sun. I guess it is a good thing that it was not asked on the questionnaire whether the moon was made out of cream cheese. Why would thins shock anybody in today’s dumbed down, indoctrination public school education. The result of the survey will be included in a National Science Foundation report to President Barack Obama and US lawmakers. This will be great news to Obama and Democrats, how else can one explain why they have won elections while destroying America? Those that got the answer wrong probably think the Sun revolves around Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton or themselves.
It’s not just science that individuals have an issue with, remember how poorly folks did on the civics literacy exam? It should be considered a crime in how children are being educated. But I am sure Common Core is going to fix everything.
Americans are enthusiastic about the promise of science but lack basic knowledge of it, with one in four unaware that the Earth revolves around the Sun, said a poll out Friday.
The survey included more than 2,200 people in the United States and was conducted by the National Science Foundation.
Nine questions about physical and biological science were on the quiz, and the average score — 6.5 correct — was barely a passing grade.
Just 74 percent of respondents knew that the Earth revolved around the Sun, according to the results released at the American Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in Chicago.
What are the odds that 100% of the clueless 26% who had no idea that the Earth circled the Sun voted for Barack Obama? Because an ignorant and apathetic people are easily ruled.

KNOCK OUT GAME Continues: ‘Knock That White Boy [Cracker] Out’ … Arrests Made After Mob of Black Teens Attack Disabled White Vet … Hate Crime!!!
Just curious … is it so hard for the media to report a crime accurately … not once in any of the written articles do they reference specifically that this was a black on white crime and namely mention a mob of black teens assaulted a white man. You have to watch the VIDEO to hear the reporter say it.
Arrests have been made in the “knock out game” assault of a white, disabled veteran in Cleveland, Ohio. A mob of black teens harassed, attacked, robbed and taunted with racial slurs their white victim near Public Square. Matthew Robinson was riding the RTA’s Healthline when a group of black teen punks began harassing him and followed him off the bus and down the street to 6th and Euclid. Robinson said that the mob hurled threats and racial slurs at him as they were saying, ‘Knock that boy out!’ ‘White boy.’ ‘Cracker.’ They were saying, ‘Knock that white boy out.’” Hmm … No hate crime here, eh? Three suspects have been arrested by Cleveland and RTA police, Kenneth Matthews, Ronald Reid Williams and an unnamed 16 year old female minor. The unnamed girl had actually filmed the attack with her cell phone, and the video was still on her phone at the time of her apprehension. One of the two teens has also been charged in two other robberies similar to this one. Good grief, just send this punk to prison and do society a favor before he kills some one.
Sadly, not one person stepped into help this man. Not one. Let’s see if the Cleveland DA’s office has the CO-JONES to charge these punks with a “hate crime”.

Former New Orleans Saints NFL Player Darren Sharper Charged with Drugging & Raping Two Women in Los Angeles, CA
ANOTHER NFL PLAYER FINDS HIMSELF IN DEEP TROUBLE WITH THE LAW …
38 year old Darren Sharper, former New Orleans Saints football standout, was charged Friday with the drugging and raping of two woman in Los Angeles, California. According to court papers filed by the LA district attorney’s office, one rape occurred in October 2013 and the other January 2014. Prosecutors charged Sharper with two counts of rape by use of drugs, four counts of furnishing a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance, all felonies. Darren Sharper is also accused of possessing morphine and zolpidem (Ambien). In both rapes, Sharper is accused of a similar patters of meeting women, inviting them to his hotel room and drugging them with an “Ambien and morphine” cocktail and then sexually assaulting them after they passed out.
Former Saints star safety Darren Sharper was charged Friday with drugging and raping two women in Los Angeles, one in October and one in January, according to a complaint filed by the L.A. district attorney’s office.
In both incidents Sharper is accused of following a similar pattern of raping women whom he had invited to his hotel room and given them liquid shots possibly containing Ambien and morphine, causing them to pass out, prosecutors said.
Sharper, 38, is currently being investigated in a rape case in New Orleans, and L.A. prosecutors revealed Friday that he is also being investigated for rapes in Arizona and Nevada. His attorney in New Orleans has maintained his innocence.
The criminal felony complaint can be read in full HERE.
According to a May 2009 peer-reviewed medical journal article, Ambien, a sleep-promoter and muscle-relaxer, is commonly used as a “knock-out drug” among criminals because of its rapid onset within 10 to 30 minutes. The drug causes memory loss and it can only be detected for a short time after it is ingested.
From the penthouse to the out house, or should we say, jail house. Darren Sharper played for the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and Saints from 1997-2010. He was a six-time NFL All-Pro and a member of the NFL 2000′s All-Decade Team.
UPDATE I: Darren Sharper suspected in 7 rapes, 11 druggings in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Arizona, Los Angeles.
Darren Sharper is suspected of committing seven rapes and 11 acts of drugging someone in four states, according to a Friday court filing by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. The cases include two in which charges were filed Friday accusing the former New Orleans Saints star safety with two drugging-rapes in Los Angeles.
The filings Friday included a narrative by a Los Angeles Police Department detective of the cases in other states, including New Orleans, in which Sharper is suspected of additional drugging-rapes. The filing revealed that analysis of the rape kit in the New Orleans case found Sharper’s DNA in the alleged victim, who reported blacking out after accepting a drink from Sharper. (Read the detective’s narrative here.)

Chattanooga,Tennessee Volkswagen Workers Reject UAW Union Vote … Devastating Defeat for Unions … “A Southern Man Don’t Need Them Around Anyhow!”
Tennessee, it’s called the “Volunteer” state, not the union state …
Lynard Skynard may have been singing about ‘Sweet Home Alabama,’ but the same holds true in Tennessee and the rest of the South … “Well, I hope Neil Young UAW will remember, A Southern man don’t need him around anyhow!”
YES TO AMERICAN WORKERS, NO TO UNION THUGS!!! Workers at a Volkswagen factory in Chattanooga, Tennessee have voted no against union representation in a devastating loss for the UAW, United Auto Workers union. The vote was 712-626, that was released late Friday night opposing unionization of the Detroit based union. Imagine that, the workers in Chattanooga, TN did not want their plant or their city going the way of Detroit? As Reuters reports, this failure to unionize VW is a stinging defeat that could accelerate the decades-long decline of the United Auto Workers. Prior to the vote, Barack Obama interjected himself into the discussion on the side of “Big Labor”. Of course, Obama’s message was divisive and stated that the union representation of VW was “settled science.”
President Barack Obama on Friday waded into a high-stakes union vote at Volkswagen AG’s plant in Tennessee, accusing Republican politicians who oppose unionization of being more concerned about German shareholders than U.S. workers.
Obama’s comments, made at a closed-door meeting of Democratic lawmakers in Maryland, came as the vote to allow union representation at the Chattanooga plant drew to a close.
Obama’s interjection in the war of words on Friday, albeit behind closed doors, underscored how much is stake in the three-day vote by VW’s 1,550 hourly workers. The vote is due to end at 8:30 p.m. ET and the results could be announced soon after that.
Obama said everyone was in favor of the UAW representing Volkswagen except for local politicians who “are more concerned about German shareholders than American workers,” according to a Democratic aide who attended the meeting with Democratic lawmakers in the House of Representatives.
NOT SO FAST BARACK, WRONG AGAIN … Not everyone was in favor of UAW representation ... including 712 workers who voted in the majority and said NO!!!
VIDEO of vote announcement.
Union organizers in the South suffered a setback Friday when workers at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, voted against being represented by the United Auto Workers.
The vote was 712 against the union and 626 in favor. There are about 1,550 hourly workers at the plant who were eligible to vote.
The vote was seen as the UAW’s best chance to organize a nonunion auto plant, because Volkswagen management did not oppose the effort.
Winners and Losers:
Winners: The VW workers, The city of Chattanooga, The state of Tennessee, Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), right to work, Volkswagen, America
Losers: UAW, Unions, Big Labor, President Barack Obama, liberalism, Democrats, Thuggery
UPDATE I: Frank Fischer, CEO of Volkswagen Chattanooga, thanked the workers for participating in the vote in the following statement.
“They have spoken, and Volkswagen will respect the decision of the majority,” said Fischer in a statement.
Of about 1,500 Volkswagen workers eligible to vote, 89% cast ballots between Wednesday and Friday night.
“We think it was unfortunate that there was outside influence,” said Gary Casteel, UAW regional director who led the unsuccessful campaign. “I want to urge the VW employees to go back to the business of building cars. There are some issues to be sorted out.
UPDATE II: From the Chatanooga Times Free Press: UAW President Bob Kingexpresses his disappointment of the vote.
UAW President Bob King said he was “deeply disappointed” by the outcome, but insisted that the union will regroup and consider its options, which may include a challenge to the results because of what he said was interference by Tennessee Republicans.
“To lose by such a close margin is very, very difficult,” King said. “We’re also outraged by the outside interference in this election. Never before in this country have we seen a U.S. senator, a governor and a leader of the Legislature threaten the company with incentives and threaten workers with a loss of product. That’s outrageous.”
Jack Nerad, executive market analyst of Kelley Blue Book, said UAW put a lot of work into trying to organize VW’s Chattanooga operation. He termed it “a publicity setback for certain.”
UPDATE III: And now for the most hypocritical “sour grapes” comment of the post vote outcome from the unions, they actually had the audacity to claim their were “outside outsiders trying to influence and intimidate VW workers.” Who are the outsiders UAW? That would be you, trying to come to a Southern, right to work state and causing chaos within a business that came to the state to operate and has been successful because they do not have to deal with unions. A note to the unions, Sen. Bob Corker is a Tennessee senator, whose job it is to represent the people of Tennessee. He is hardly an outsider. The UAW and Barack Obama are the outside “carpetbaggers”. Also, how comical is it for unions to call out others for intimidation … the UAW and other unions are infamous for intimidation and thuggery.
During three days of voting, the UAW repeatedly complained of outsiders trying to influence and intimidate VW workers into voting against joining the union.
One specific complaint involves Tennessee Senator Bob Corker, a Republican, and vocal critic of the UAW.
During the vote, Corker said he had been told by people close to Volkswagen that the German automaker would not bring production of a new vehicle to Chattanooga if workers rejected the union offer.
