Former Trayvon Martin’s Medical Examiner Dr. Shiping Bao Says Prosecution Threw the George Zimmerman Murder Case

Sour grapes and lunacy from former Volusia County medical examiner discussing the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman murder trial.

Dr. Shiping Bao, the former and fired Volusia County medical examiner who was in charge of handling slain-teenager Trayvon Martin’s body has come out and made the accusation that the prosecution team was biased against the African-American teenager, and intentionally lost the case. HUH? So not only was George Zimmerman a racist, the prosecution was as well? Bao is claiming that the prosecution actually intentionally threw the case? Sorry, don’t buy that for one second. The prosecution did not throw the case against Zimmerman, the prosecution did not have a murder case against George Zimmerman. Try as they might to play upon the juries emotion, the prosecution was never able to present concrete facts against the neighborhood watch volunteer. The end result was that Zimmerman was found “not guilty”.

Dr. Shiping Bao, the Volusia County medical examiner who was in charge of handling slain-teenager Trayvon Martin’s body in February 2012, has come out and claimed that the prosecution team was biased against the African-American teenager, and intentionally lost the case. According to Bao’s attorney, Willie Gary, the medical examiner’s office, the state attorney’s office and the Sanford Police’s “general attitude was that [Martin] got what he deserved. He was in essence told to zip his lips. ‘Shut up. Don’t say those things.’” Dr. Bao is speaking out in the wake of having been fired from the m.e.’s office, and is planning a $100 million lawsuit against the State of Florida.

According to the former assistant coroner, the results of Martin’s autopsy clearly showed that, despite Zimmerman’s statements regarding their altercation, there was no feasible way for Martin to have been on top of Zimmerman when the gun was fired,  because the bullet entered Martin’s back.

No way Jose. With all the pressure that had been put on the specially hand picked prosecution, there is no way these people threw this case.

Did this nut-job say during the trial that ‘the bullet entered Trayvon thru the back’ ? I don’t remember hearing that.

Bao’s autopsy report states that the only bullet hole in the body was in the middle and front of the chest, right over the heart. There was no bullet hole or exit wound in the back. Lots of pictures were taken of the body that would have been reviewed by everyone including other forensic pathologists.

If Martin was shot in the back it means Bao falsified the autopsy report and lied under oath in court and that everyone in his office was in on it.

If Bao really said that he’s completely out of his mind. It’s got to be some miscommunication.

I have witnessed a few that are IMO educated idiots, but this guy tops them all.

Who could believe him after his performance on the witness stand.

The truth is that the prosecution did not have a case. It was a trumped up thing to push the political agenda of the Democrat/Socialist party.
