George Zimmerman Murder Trial: After nearly 13 hours of court room hearings today … the night ended in fireworks!!!

Late last night tensions flared between the defense and prosecution as George Zimmerman’s defense attorney blasted the prosecution for withholding evidence.  The defense stated that there was an ongoing discovery violation against the prosecution. The defense argued that they were mislead and the George Zimmerman’s US and Florida Constitutional rights have been violated.  The defense also argued with the judge of the unreasonable work hours. It ended with the judge walking off the bench and saying court is in recess.

The hearing was highly contentious, with defense lawyer Don West vigorously asserting that failure to allow the evidence would violate Zimmerman’s constitutional rights, and blaming the prosecution for withholding evidence until early June as to the texts.  West argued that it was unfair to hold the defense to strict authentication standards given the prosecution’s tactics.

Poll: Good Grief, Only 12% Support Implementing Barack Obama’s Obamacare’s Individual Mandate

Will the individual mandate be the next part of Obamacare to be delayed until 2015?

According to The Hill, a poll from HealthPocket shows that a pathetic 12% of Americans support the Obamacare “individual” mandate that forced all individuals to have health care or face a fine. That is correct … 12%!!!  Next year, Obamacare will make individuals, courtesy of the IRS, without coverage will pay $95 or 1% of their annual income. The fine will increase to $695 or 2.5% of annual income, whichever is highest, over time. Just last week the Obama administration stated that they would delay the employer mandate until 2015. As per the Washington Free Beacon, Congressional leaders sent a letter to President Barack Obama on Tuesday asking for more information on the delays and they also requested that he delay the implementation of the individual mandate as well.

A new survey finds only 12 percent of respondents support implementing ObamaCare’s individual mandate, which fines consumers who don’t acquire health insurance, in 2014 as prescribed by law.

Forty-one percent said consumers shouldn’t have to pay a penalty if they don’t have insurance, according to the poll from HealthPocket, a consumer resource on health insurance.

A plurality, 47 percent, said they were not sure if the fines should take effect as scheduled.

The poll’s findings follow the Obama administration’s recent announcement that it will not require larger businesses to offer healthcare coverage until 2015, delaying a key provision in the president’s signature domestic legislation.

As of now, individuals will still be required to carry health insurance starting next year or pay a fine.

Broward County Sheriff’s Office released Video Asking the Public Not to Riot in the Wake of the George Zimmerman Murder Verdict … RAISE YOUR VOICE, NOT YOUR HANDS

A note to all “White” Hispanics … from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, no rioting if George Zimmerman is found guilty.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has released a video asking the public not to riot in the wake of the George Zimmerman murder verdict in the death of Trayvon Martin. The Sheriff’s Office released a statement explaining that it was “working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies” to coordinate “a response plan in anticipation of the verdict.” Hmm, I wonder who this PSA is pointed to? If there is a “not guilty” verdict, Sanford, FL better get ready for the Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton race bating show.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office, working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies, has coordinated a response plan in anticipation of the verdict.

Freedom of expression is a constitutional right. While raising your voice is encouraged, using your hands is not. BSO has created a public service announcement with the help of kids from the Jason Taylor Foundation, H.A.N.D.Y. (Helping Abused, Neglected, Disadvantaged Youth) and basketball star James Jones of the championship Miami Heat team urging young people not to let their emotions get the best of them.

“We don’t have information about a specific event that might take place at the conclusion of the trial, but we encourage everyone to keep any protests peaceful,” Sheriff Scott Israel said.

Who would be responsible for riots? Couldn’t be the liberal MSM who all but convicted George Zimmerman from the outset and made him a card carrying member of the KKK. Oops, except Zimmerman was a Hispanic. So to keep to the narrative, the MSM made Zimmerman a “white” Hispanic. After all, the libs in the media have to keep the races at each other to make a buck. THEY LIED AND MISLEAD!!! As reported at the National Journal, the Obama White House has known for months that the implementation of Obamacare would not work. They knew it and they covered it up. They knew it and tried to con the NFL into being their useful idiot propaganda tool to promote Obamacare. Thankfully, wiser heads prevailed and the NFL said no. It was just last week that the Obama administration delayed the implementation of the employer mandate until 2015. Then we were told that the individuals would not have to verify whether they are eligible for Obamacare. Now we are learning that there are probably more aspects of Obamacare that are not ready for prime time than are. What a shock that this disaster known as Obamacare was impossible to compliment. Who saw that coming, besides any common sense thinking individual?

So let’s get this straight. Obamacare has been the single most important piece of legislation since Barack Obama as been President and they have wasted 4+ years to implement, rather than concentrate on jobs and getting America back to work, and in the end it can’t be implemented? Obama and Democrats rammed this down the throats of Americans and have caused many Americans to lose their jobs, lose their insurance, lose their full time employment and have their rates go up dramatically.  WHAT A JOKE. BUT THEN AGAIN, SO IS OBAMA.

If you’ve been reading all the Obamacare stories lately, you might get the impression that the administration has just realized it will not be able to implement the massive health reform as designed.

It has known for months.

As far back as March, a top IT official at the Department of Health and Human Services said the department’s current ambition for the law’s new online insurance marketplaces was that they not be “a Third-World experience.” Several provisions had already been abandoned in an effort to simplify the administration’s task and maximize the chances that the new systems would be ready to go live in October, when customers are supposed to start signing up for insurance.

In April, several consultants focusing on the new online marketplaces, known as exchanges, told National Journal that the idealized, seamless user experience initially envisioned under the Affordable Care Act was no longer possible, as the administration axed non-essential provisions that were too complex to implement in time. That focus has intensified lately, as officials announced that they would not be requiring employers to cover their workers next year or states to verify residents’ incomes before signing them up for insurance.

The IRS Mistakenly Exposed Thousands of Social Security Numbers … Can They Do Anything Right? (UPDATE: Make That 100,000 Social Security Number)

The IRS has mistakenly made 1000′s of social security numbers public. Isn’t that special. What is wrong with this organization? Now they are publishing our private information? Whether the IRS was acting in an illegal and corrupt manner in purposely targeting conservative and Tea Party nonprofit groups or whether they are mistakenly making social security numbers public, one thing is for certain … the IRS is a complete disaster and needs to be dismantled once and for all. The IRS has become too big, too powerful, to malicious and too sloppy for “We the People”.

The incident involves the unwitting exposure of “tens of thousands” of Social Security numbers, according to a recent audit by the independent transparency and public-domain group Public.Resource.org. The identifying numbers were on the Internet for less than 24 hours after being discovered, but the damage was done. And unfortunately, the data-breach concerns some of the most sensitive types of transactions: Those made by nonprofit political groups known as 527s.

Every so often, 527s have to file tax forms to the IRS, which then get added to a database. The database itself is hardly a secret; the IRS has been sending updated records routinely to Public.Resource.org and other public-interest groups, and it’s a favorite among political reporters. But when the IRS told the group’s founder, Carl Malamud, to disregard the Form 990-Ts included in the agency’s January release, he took a closer look at the files in question.

The IRS mistakenly posted the Social Security numbers of tens of thousands of Americans on a government website, the agency confirmed Monday night. One estimate put the figure as high as 100,000 names.
