The DOJ, Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama are going to play the race card until the end.
In a sign that the Obama Administration is not going to let this go and continue to fan the flames of racism and make promises that they cannot deliver on, the Department of Justice placed an evidence hold on the George Zimmerman murder trial evidence and most notably the gun that was used in the “self-defense” shooting death of Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman was acquitted of murder and manslaughter by a jury of his peers and was found “not guilty” last week. So why can’t George Zimmerman be given his gun back? According to Florida state law, he has committed no crime, has a permit to carry and should be entitled to his property back. On top of that, if the DOJ ever decided to bring a case against Zimmerman, one in which they have no, none, nil, nada evidence that Zimmerman ever acted in a racist manner, the DOJ would be charging him with violating Trayvon Martin’s civil rights, not causing his death. So for what purpose would the gun be needed? Only a meager 21% actually believe that the DOJ should charge George Zimmerman with a hate crime.
Ok Eric, Let’s Tea Party Zimmerman …
The U.S. Department of Justice, overseen by Attorney General Eric Holder, has ordered the Sanford, Florida police department to keep possession of all the evidence from George Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial – including the exonerated neighborhood watch volunteer’s gun.
Sanford police confirmed on Thursday that the DOJ asked the agency not to return any pieces of evidence to their owners. Zimmerman was expected to get his firearm back by month’s end.
The development is a sign that the criminal section of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division is seriously investigating Zimmerman to determine if federal civil rights charges should be filed.
WESH-TV in Orlando reported Thursday afternoon that police had confirmed the evidence ‘hold,’ meaning that everything related to the trial, from Zimmerman’s gun to the Skittles and iced tea Martin was carrying when the pair’s altercation began, will remain in the hands of law enforcement.
So why keep Zimmerman’s gun? It just seems like more vindictive actions that this administration has been known for. Protein Wisdom makes a great comparison in saying that they believe that the DOJ will never charge Zimmerman; however, it reeks of the IRS holding up Tea Party and conservative groups non-profit applications whereas a hold and “other enemies of the Obama regime tied up for months in outrageous red tape, so the Justice Department can drag Zimmerman and his family through months of harassment until they say “Oh, never-mind.” Amen brother.
In the wake of the not guilty jury verdict, many irresponsible black leaders, athletes, celebrities, politicians and twitter cowards have made threats against George Zimmerman and his family. Now more than ever, Zimmerman probably needs that gun for protection. Just curious, what happens if something bad happens to George Zimmerman after all this hysteria has been ginned up by the so-called Civil Rights leaders of our times? Will Eric Holder and the DOJ have blood on their hands?

The DOJ has become a rogue agency of Law Enforcement. They will not prosecute the Black Panthers for the voter intimidation case in Philadelphia, but they will try to overrule state law for a supposed civil rights violation. This is pure legal harassment of a citizen.
The Congress of the United States needs to defund this rogue agency and charge the senior attorneys with crimes against the people.
CNN: If Obama saying that Travyon could of his son wasn’t enough now he says he could of been Martin 35 yrs ago. Oh, you mean a thug that was under suspension from school for the 3rd time, wore a brass plate of teeth representing a gang member, had stolen jewelry on him, drug user, which of course we know Obama was, calling someone a white ass cracker representing black hatred, attacking and beating a white man, went for Zimmermans gun when he knocked him down and his jacket flew open and Travyon saw it in the holster, Zimmerman shot in self defense, Travyon would of killed him. The blacks have caused there own distrust from all races. Obama says you can hear car doors lock when approaching blacks on the streets, unless you have a much older car door locks automatically lock right after you start your car. Such exaggeration and untruth. He said women clutch their purses and hold their breath on an elevator until they get off. Well don’t blame us, look at your own race for causing these situations and do something about it besides making it worse.

Norfolk NAACP president under fire for Facebook post

NORFOLK
A Facebook post by the president of the Norfolk NAACP about the George Zimmerman trial has sparked criticism.
According to an image of the post shown on WAVY-TV, Tristan Breaux, 25, wrote, “I wonder why is it that we are always willing to say someone who clearly had a shaky past, was the victim. Are we blinded about why Trayvon was at his dad’s house in the first place, and why he wasn’t at home at the time he was shot? Please think logically and not racially.”
Several local NAACP members asked Breaux to take the post down, and he initially refused, said Jeffrey Logan, a former member of the local chapter’s executive committee.
The post went up last week. Breaux’s Facebook page is no longer visible.
“With a sensitive issue like this, for an NAACP president to post that – it’s not a good thing,” said former Norfolk NAACP President Bob Rawls.
Logan and Rawls said Breaux should resign his position.
Members of the branch’s executive committee said they have no plans to seek his removal.

How does Obama intend on protecting George Zimmerman for the rest of his life….now that he opened his big fat racist mouth again and stirred up more problems…..a bounty of $10 thousand dollars for the capture of Zimmerman. George is not wanted by the law, what would they do to George if they did find him. The thought is beyond reckoning. Obama needs to address this situation immediately. Obama said this all had to do with black history, white’s locking their car doors, women clutching to their purses on elevators, well, that’s their business, Obama is BS, also, Zimmerman is Hispanic not white.
Now gun violence and wanting the Stand Your Ground law repealed. Neither of which had anything to do with this case. Stand Your Ground law is a state issue, not federal. If Obama wants to clean up gun violence he can start in his hometown of Chicago, many, many killings there among blacks killing blacks and others.
Travyon brought on his own death….he probably knew who Zimmerman was and didn’t like the fact that he was a neighborhood watchman. Why did Travyon own headphones and a mic when you can easily have a cell phone with an ear piece.
Now 1200 people protesting on the sidewalks and streets of Orlando. If you going to protest find a vacant lot somewhere and stay on it. Families are there on vacation with their children coming to see Disneyworld. They don’t want all this crap going on around them.
If you want to honor anyone, honor George Zimmerman, he and his wife were mentors for two black children, took them places and did things with them every other week-end. George worked diligently to find a helpless, homeless black man a place to live and did so through his church.
