House to Vote on Bill Prohibiting IRS Enforcement of Obamacare
Just say no to IRS enforcement of Obamacare …
The US House of Representatives is going to vote on a bill that would prohibit the Treasury Department, including the IRS, from implementing and enforcing the provisions of Obamacare. According to The Weekly Standard, the bill, authored Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) and co-sponsored by 114 other House members is purposed to “prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from enforcing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.” As compared the the enormous Obamacare law, this bill is only 2 pages long. It is being called the, ‘‘Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013’’.
SEC. 3. PROHIBITING ENFORCEMENT OF PPACA AND HCERA.
The Secretary of the Treasury, or any delegate of the
Secretary, shall not implement or enforce any provisions
of or amendments made by Public Law 111–148 or 111– 152.
With all of the recent scandals targeting conservatives and Tea Party non-profits, complete and total incompetence and out of control wasteful spending by the IRS, how could anyone trust them to enforce Obamacare?
The House is expected to hold a vote on the bill before Congress goes on their August recess. Make sure to call your Congressman.

This will be symbolic without the vote in the Senate. The real thing they should do is pass a bill defunding the IRS and the other out of control agencies such as EPA, DHS(except for Border Patrol) DOE and many others.
If Obama sticks with his plan to delay and not enforce the provisions in the law, then he needs to be impeached and removed from office. It may take some guts by the GOP to do it, but it needs to be done.
