A Barack Obama Anti-Military World: Dishonored and Disrespected … Obama Disarmed US Marines at Inaugural Parade

HOW DISRESPECTFUL …

I guess this must be a new Barack Obama administration policy? According to the Examiner, Barack Obama disarmed the US Marines at the Inaugural parade this year. Isn’t that special? US Marines marched in the parade with rifles that had the bolts taken out of. In other words, they might as well have had been marching with 2×4′s or brooms.  Who knew with DC’s strict gun laws that even Marines could not carry weapons? It is hard to imagine that dishonoring the Marine Corps. is a parade policy. As stated by Bob Owens, is it possible that Obama doesn’t trust the very men who put their lives on the line to serve their country. With all that this president has done, I guess it’s not too hard to believe.

“Didn’t know the Marines had to take the bolts out of their rifles for the Inaugural,” an email forwarded to Gun Rights Examiner from a United States Marine Corps source observed. “Wonder if someone can explain why [they] would be marching in the inaugural parade with no bolts in their rifles!”

The email linked to a YouTube video of the 57th Presidential Inaugural Parade, embedded in this column, featuring Bravo Company Marines from the Marine Barracks Washington. Sure enough, the observation in the email is confirmed by watching the video, with screen shots provided in the photo and slide show accompanying this article.

This prompted an internet search to see if others had also noticed, and the Blur-Brain blog had.

“The bolts have been removed from the rifles rendering them unable to fire a round,” the post stated. “Apparently Obama’s Secret Service doesn’t trust the USMC. Simply searching each guy to make sure he didn’t have a live round hidden on him wasn’t enough, they had to make sure the guns were inoperable.

As seen in the VIDEO below courtesy of Nice Deb, I guess Barack Obama has sour grapes with Marines over the fact that they are a bit more energetic when it came to George W. Bush being their Commander in Chief, rather than Barack Hussein Obama. LOL, what was that when Obama was introduced? I have heard golf claps louder than that. This is what happens when soldiers realize that a president is a Campaigner in Chief and Community agitator, only using the military for photo-ops, rather than a Commander in Chief.

Amber Alert Issued for Month Old Rayden Dominguez Missing Since 2/10/13 in Humble, TX

An AMBER Alert has been issued in Humble, TX for missing 2 month old Rayden Dominguez. The 2 month old baby is believed to be with her biological mother, Silvia Menchaca. Menchaca was last seen with the baby in Humble Saturday around 7pm. According to police, Silvia Menchaca suffers from depression, but if she is off her medication and the child is believed to be in danger. The Amber Alert has been issued for the following Texas counties: Texas: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller and Wharton.

Rayden Dominguez is around 11 pounds and has dark brown hair and a strawberry birthmark on her upper lip.

Menchaca is five feet, six inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has dark brown hair. She has a Marine emblem tattoo on her lower back with “Dillon” underneath.

Police say Menchaca suffers from depression, but is off her medication and the child is believed to be in danger.

11 Year Old Dashanique Upchurch Missing Since 2/10/13 in Fort Wayne, IN

The Fort Wayne Police Department activated the A Child Is Missing Alert System for missing 11 year old Dashanique Upchurch. She has been missing since Sunday afternoon, February 10, 2013 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dashanique Upchurch was last seen wearing a purple plaid jacket, blue jeans, and black boots. According to a police spokesman, Dashanique walked away from her home in the 3100 block of South Hanna Street about 1 p.m. after a family disturbance.

Dashanique Upchurch was last seen wearing a purple plaid jacket, blue jeans, and black boots. She is described as 5’2” 120 pounds with braided black and blue hair. She has brown eyes, pierced ears, and a scar on her left ankle.

The Fort Wayne Police Department activated the A Child Is Missing Alert System at 8:30 p.m Sunday. Police and Fire Department personnel searched the area and are continuing to do so.

Anyone with information on where Dashanique could be is asked to immediately call police at (260) 427-1272.

Tornado Touches Down in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Damage including at the University of Southern Mississippi (VIDEO)

TORNADO TOUCHES DOWN IN HATTISBURG, MS …

The National Weather Service is stating that emergency officials are reporting that a large tornado hit Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Forrest County Fire Coordinator Chip Brown says there is major damage in Hattiesburg and Petal, including on the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi. So far it has been reported that there is wide spread damage and at least 3 people have been injured. The National Weather Service meteorologist Joanne Culin says there have also been reports of injuries in Marion County. Robert Latham, director of the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency stated that there were reports of significant damage in Hattiesburg, where the tornado touched down. The city is home to the University of Southern Mississippi.

As the storm system moved east, tornado warnings remained in effect for parts of southeastern Mississippi and southwestern Alabama.

UPDATE II:  Officials state that major damage to several buildings including those located on the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi.

The university released a statement saying that several buildings had been damaged but that no injuries were reported. Campus police have declared a state of emergency and asked anyone not on campus to stay away.

Video by CBS affiliate WHLT-TV shows the heavy damage to the university, including busted windows, wood panels strewn on the lawn and fallen fences.

The storm overturned and damaged vehicles and threw debris around parts of the campus.

Nevada Democrat Assemblyman Steven Brooks Arrested for Attacking Family Member and Grabbing for Police Officer’s Weapon

It’s bad enough when one attacks a family member, but grabbing for a police officer’s weapon … that will get one in a world of hurt.

It would appear that Nevada Democrat Assemblyman Steven Brooks life and career is spirally out of control. The 40 year old Assemblyman Brooks  was arrested on Sunday for physically attacking a family member and attempting to grab for a police officer’s weapon.  The arrest came only days after the North Las Vegas Democrat began a leave of absence following a string of bizarre events that began with his January 19, 2013 arrest for threatening Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.  Brooks was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and obstructing a public officer. His bail was set at $4,000.

Troubled Nevada Assemblyman Steven Brooks was arrested early Sunday in Las Vegas on suspicion of physically attacking a family member, then grabbing for an officer’s weapon.

The arrest came only days after the North Las Vegas Democrat embarked on a three-week leave following a string of bizarre events that began with his Jan. 19 arrest for allegedly threatening Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.

Brooks, 40, was “agitated” and refused to obey officers’ orders when they arrived to find him outside a home after responding to a report of a domestic dispute, according to police. Brooks is accused of fighting and grabbing for an officer’s weapon as they tried to arrest him shortly after midnight.

Oh wait, Steven Brooks tried to grab a cop’s gun from him during the course of events. Can we expect a manifesto from Stevens and that the LEFT will make him a hero, much like  cop killer Christopher Jordan Dorner. I guess this is nothing more than racism as well.
